Abstract

This Study uses multiple linear regression analysis of factors that influence farmers' production of rubber clones with superior planting materials, meticulous production factors in the area of land, seed, fertilizer and medicine. The result obtained that simultaneously (simultaneous) production of rubber farmers affected by land area, fertilizer and medicine by 96,6% and the rest is influenced by factors other than variable by 3,4% to the calculated value of F-> F-table (@=0,05). Partial Production of the most influential factor in the fertilizer value of t-count > t-table, while the factors of production that do not significantly affect the area and the drugs with the calculated value of t<t-table (@=0,05)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pola konsumsi pangan keluarga karyawan di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Usaha Kebun AJamu sehingga dapat dilihat bagaimana dan berapa jumlah pengeluaran untuk konsumsi pangan sebagai akibat berubahnya pendapatan, dan dapat diketahui pula elastisitas pendapatan terhadap konsumsi pangan keluarga karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada dilapangan. Pengambilan sampel karyawan sebanyak total keseluruhan populasi karyawan yaitu sebanyak 58 karyawan. Metode dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, menghitung rata-rata pengeluaran konsumsi pangan, MPC (Marginal propensity to consume), dan elastisitas pendapatan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan rata-rata pengeluaran konsumsi pangan karyawan sebesar Rp 1.028.952 dengan persentase pengeluaran konsumsi pangan karyawan sebesar 57,5 % dan persentase pengeluaran konsumsi non pangan sebesar 42,5 % MPC yang didapat sebesar 0,034 yang menunjukkan bahwa apabila terjadi perubahan pendapatan akan mengakibatkan perubahan pengeluaran untuk konsumsi pangan sebesar Rp 0,034. Elastisitas pendapatan diperoleh sebesar 0,45% yang menunjukkan sifat inelastis yang artinya barang konsumsi pangan tersebut merupakan barang normal.Kata kunci: konsumsi pangan, marginal propensity to consume, elastisitas pendapatan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know the financial feasibility of red rice farming. The population in this study is farmers of red rice in the village of Saran Padang, Dolok Silau District, Simalungun Regency. From the research results obtained the amount of rice production of red rice amounted to 1,014.40 Kg with the price of Rp. 5,700 / Kg, then the amount of farmer's acceptance is Rp. 5,782,080 seasonal crops. Total cost incurred of Rp. 2.851.535 planting season, so that the income of Rp. 2,930,545. Red rice farming is feasible to be cultivated based on NPV, IRR and BEP criteria with NPV value 11.251.995, IRR value is 76,76%, and BEP value is overall profitable, with BEP value Rp. Rp. 2.811 BEP Production 287,87 Kg and BEP Revenue Rp. 1.640.213.Keywords: Financial Feasibility, Rice Red, Farming

Abstract

The state of Indonesia is an agrarian country, most of its livelihoods are farming. In Indonesia, corn is one of the food ingredients that the government recommends because it sees the huge need of rice. The government made efforts to realize the self-sufficiency of corn production in North Sumatra Province. For that Prediction of corn production development is needed to know the expected target is achieved. Corn production prediction is done using linear trend line formula and data taken in the form of corn production data from 2005 until 2015. North corn maize production until 2015 continues to experience enhancement. Total corn production is 12,369,482 tons, and total corn consumption until 2015 is 690.363 tons. There was a surplus of 10,679,119 tons. Based on the prediction result until 2020 maize production is 8,382,273 tons and corn consumption is 344,990 tons, so the surplus is 8,037,283 tons. This surplus occurs because the corn demand for the industry has not been taken into account.Keyword : Prediction, Maize Production, Linear Trend Line

Abstract

The study was conducted using a case study method. Aimed at finding out, income, production level, Break Event Point (BEP) and farmers' perceptions of organic rice farming in the Subur Farmers Group, Lubuk Bayas Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (census), if all members of the population are used as samples. As many as 30 respondents in the Subur Farmers Group have implemented organic rice farming. Data collection methods are primary data obtained directly from farmers and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency, Subur Farmers Group Documents and the Head Office of Lubuk Bayas Village. The analytical method used is descriptive and qualitative which is quantitative. This research was conducted in March 2019 in Lubuk Bayas Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The first problem research results are known that the average farmer's income is Rp. 15,905,000, the total production cost incurred in the amount of Rp. 6,973,357 and the income earned is Rp. 8,931,643. For BEP Production results obtained an average of 678 kg, BEP Price of Rp. 2,670 while the BEP Receipt was Rp. 3,808,610. The second research result is known that farmers have a very effective perception on the benchmark Price (82.26%), Environmentally Friendly (84.8%) and Production Costs (80.11%). While Marketing (74.13%), Mutu and Quality (68.53%) included in the effective category.

Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in the economy because it can absorb a lot of labor, empower the community, the emergence of a creative economy. The increasing number of Muslim population, making halal tourism a strategic issue to be observed. Guaranteed halal destinations is very important to attract tourists, so they feel safe with their choices.This article intends to model the development of halal destinations, by including elements of consumer behavior and attributes in the selection of halal destinations. Consumer behavior is very important in influencing the decision / selection of products or services to be consumed. While the halal attribute is an indicator of consumers in choosing a halal destination. This research is a literature study because it develops the model through a literature review. The halal destination development model must consider consumer behavior which includes cultural factors, personal factors, psychological factors, social factors, values, motivation, self-concept and personality, expectations, attitudes, perceptions, satisfaction and trust and loyalty. The attributes of halal destinations that are expected to be fulfilled by the destination management include: having Islamic values and which also includes halal food products, non-alcoholic drinks, halal hotels, clean, safe, the availability of comfortable prayer rooms, and other facilities.

Abstract

Sub Terminal Agribisnis (STA) pada hakikatnya merupakan pasar tempat kegiatan transaksi hasil-hasil pertanian (tanaman pangan hortikultura, peternakan maupun perikanan) dari para produsen kepada pedagang di dalam pasar modern yang dilengkapi dengan mutu produk, sistem informasi, promosi, perlakuan sortasi, grading dan packing, eksportir untuk selanjutnya di distribusikan kepada konsumen. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Sub Terminal Agribisnis (STA) Sukadame Kota Pematang Siantar. Sampel penelitian adalah petani sayur yang menjual hasil panenya ke STA Sukadame Pematang Siantar berjumlah 25 petani sayur. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi petani terhadap keberadaan STA Sukadame berada pada kreteria positif dengan skor penilaian sebesar 63% >50. Yang artinya bahwa sebesar 63% petani berpersepsi positif terhadap keberadaan STA Sukadame. Dari hasil penelitian mayoritas faktor– faktor yang membentuk persepsi petani terhadap keberadaan STA adalah manfaat yang diperoleh petani dari keberadaan STA, yaitu memperlancar kegiatan pemasaran dan meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran komoditas sayuran, meningkatkan pendapatan petani sayur, mempermudah pembinaan mutu hasil sayuran dan lay out pasar yang baik sehingga petani sayur merasa nyaman dengan keberadaan STA Sukadame.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out how much money beef cattle may make in the Enggal Mukti livestock group in Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan, North Sumatra. This study employs the case study approach, in which the research is conducted by looking directly at the field, the sampling is done purposefully (deliberately), and the sample method is the probability method. For the data analysis approach utilized to respond to the initial formulation, namely the formulation of variable costs, fixed expenses, and income. Use the calculation Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period to answer the second formulation (PP). The findings of this study show that the enggal mukti beef cattle company earns a lot of money. The income of the enggal mukti beef cattle company is Rp.7.584 million, according to the findings, with an average income of Rp.224.889.882. The Net Present Value (NPV) of the enggal mukti beef cattle business is 3,663,970,800 0, indicating that the enggal mukti beef cattle business is financially feasible to operate, and the IRR value is 40.56 percent, indicating that the use of investment in this business is better and can provide internal profits of 40.56 percent per year. And for the Payback Time (PP) of 1.4, it can be read as a 1.4-year payback period that has met the investment requirement's eligibility criteria.

Abstract

Gaharu merupakan tanaman Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu (HHBK) yang mengandung              resin atau damar wangi dan menghasilkan aroma harum yang menjadi ciri khas dari gaharu, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku industri parfum, obat-obatan, kosmetik, dupa, pengawet, serta untuk keperluan adat. Teknologi kedokteran telah membuktikan bahwa gaharu dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat anti asmatik, anti mikroba, stimulan kerja syaraf dan memperlancar pencernaan. Daun gaharu dapat diolah menjadi teh gaharu herbal dan memiliki manfaat untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit yang kronis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di C.V. Cahaya Gaharu, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan nilai tambah pengolahan daun gaharu menjadi teh gaharu. Data yeng dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder dengang metode pengumpulan data indept interview dan observasi. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Hayami dan deskriptip. Perhitungan nilai tambah yang didapat dari daun gaharu menjadi teh gaharu herbal sebesar 0,41 % dengan harga bahan baku 1 kg seharga Rp. 25.000 dapat menghasilkan 60 kotak. Satu kotak teh gaharu herbal Rp. 12.500 dengan modal 1 kotak Rp. 7.000/kotak  sehingga dalam satu kali proses produksi dapat menghasilkan 300 kotak teh gaharu herbal, penerimaan CV. Cahaya Gaharu untuk satu kali proses produksi Rp.3.750.000 dengan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 2.100.000. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa nilai tambah yang     diperoleh sebesar Rp. 1.518.000 dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 0,72% dengan Manfaat dan keunggulan dari teh gaharu herbal dapat memperlancar pencernaan, mendetoksifikasi tubuh, mencegah penuaan dini, menurunkan kolestrol, sebagai antioksidan, meningkatkan stamina kesehatan tubuh, Kata Kunci: gaharu, teh, nilai tambah
