Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang paling penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan sebagai subyek pelaksanaan kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional sebuah perusahaan. Sehingga setiap organisasi haruslah memperhatikan dan memberdayakan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya dengan baik agar organisasi dapat berkembang. Dalam rangka memberdayakan karyawan yang ada maka perusahaan harus mampu memotivasi karyawannya, penerapan kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang tepat, sehingga akan meningkatkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works (ISTW) Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan mengajukan sejumlah pertanyaan tertulis yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi dan responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works (ISTW) Semarang yang berjumlah 140 orang. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 103 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara convenience sampling atau sampel yang dipilih dengan pertimbangan kemudahan. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian validitas menggunakan Pearson Correlation, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (2) kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik kepemimpinan yang terjadi dalam organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (3) budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik budaya organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study analyzed the effects of work motivation, leadership, work environment on employee performance. The research object in this paper is PT.PLN (Limited) UIPJJB Semarang. SPSS version 16.0 software used for data analysis. The research objective was formulated to seek answers to the flow that affect employee performance. The results of his research are: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performanceof an employee, the more likely motivation is given it will improve employee performance. (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the better leadership going on in the organization that will enhance employee performance. (3) The working environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the better the work environment by providing safety and comfort of theemployees performance will increase.Key words: Work motivation, leadership, work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

This study is a study that examined the effect of organizational commitment of labor discipline on the performance of employee motivation. Formulation of the problem in this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline, work motivation of employees working on the performance of either partially or simultaneously. Research on the organizational commitment variable (X1) labor discipline (X2) and motivation (X3) on the performance of the employee (Y) in PT Citra Nusa Insan Cemerlang Semarang. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Citra Nusa Insan Cemerlang Semarang. In the method of this study using a census method in which all members of the population sampled in this study. Respondents in this study amounted to 50 respondents and data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) or primary data that is by asking questions on the questionnaire and then answered by the respondents by providing a cross to choose an answer. Analysis of data using qualitative and quantitative analyzes covering validity, reliability test regression hypothesis test that includes a t test and f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the data analysis can be concluded testing of the hypothesis is partially positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance. There is a positive but not significant between labor discipline on the performance of employees. The influence of positive but not significant between the motivation to employee performance. Testing coefficient of determination obtained figures adjusted R Square of 0.910. This means 91% can be explained by the variables of organizational commitment, discipline and motivation to work together on employee performance. While the remaining 9% is explained by reasons other causes beyond the studied variables.Key words: Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of brand image and product quality on purchase decisions. Object of study in this paper is the consumers who buy and use the brand KYT helmet in District Gajah Mungkur Semarang City. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique is the method of purposive sampling, the sampling of carefully selected by taking the object of research is selective and has specific characteristics. The data used are primary data, analysis of data used include test validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing which includes the F test and t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that brand image in partial positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand. Variable quality products and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand. The test results of determination unknown variables brand image and product quality can explain the variation of 65.7% on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand, while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables that were not analyzed in this study.Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study is a study that tested the effect of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Wahyu Onderstel. The research object in this paper is WahyuOnderstel Semarang. Sampling technique in this study is the use of data population of 53 respondents which means using the entire population by using the method of data collection questionnaire by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach Alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination (R²) and F test models. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership has not effect on the performance of employees, (2) The working environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Organization culture is collection of positive value that is useful for organization in order to influence behavior. Authority tolerance culture is part of culture concept founded by Hofstade (1994). As high as authority to culture, means they are willing to accept the authority to culture difference in an organization Career perception as long as working (Asthur, et al 1989).The aim of this research are to analyze and to prove wheather tolerant culture influence bureaucratic and professional career perception. Method of this research uses purposive sampling method with 89 female nurse as sample and also usess doble regression analysis. Result of this research shows that authority tolerance culture has positive influence towards bureaucratic to career perception and professional career perception. It means that as high as authority tolerance culture will determine life some one’s career choice, even though still in perception form. Next, this perception will influence some one’s behavior in acting to do pioneering career. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Transformational Leadership On Performance Employees At Perum LPPNPI (Airnav Indonesia) Branch Pratama Semarang. This research uses qualitative research, with the employee population is 85 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. The research uses sampling The result showed that the Work Stress not affect on Employee Performance, Motivation not effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Employee Performance. From resul tresearch showed Transformational Leadership very strong and effect can explain the variable employee performance.Keywords: Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of discipline, competence and work culture on the performance of nurses inpatient unit of the General Hospital of Salatiga City. The sampling technique of this study was by using a saturated sample which. 130 people. Data completion technique using questionnaire. Cronbach alpha, using multiple linear regression analysis for the partial purpose of each independent variable to the related variables. Classic cropping test by conducting multicollinearity test, heteroskedatisitas test and auto test. The results of his research are: (1) Discipline has a negative effect on the performance of nurses. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance of Semarang City Land Office. The population in this study is the Employee of the Land Office of Semarang are still active a total of 219 people. The sample in this study as many as 69 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Leadership positive and significant influence on employee performance. Motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance.
