Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between attitude toward Islamic financial technology as specific religious attitude and consumer based brand equity as market driven variable toward consumer satisfaction in Islamic financial technology. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from users of online service of Islamic financial technology in Indonesia. Incidental sampling method was adopted to collect data from the existing users. Regression analysis was used to test the proposed research model. This study become the first research how specific religious attitudes and market driven affect the consumer satisfaction. This research is a survey-based study. Hence a representative sample is mandatory. The result show that attitude toward Islamic financial technology insignificantly influences consumer satisfaction, meanwhile the consumer based brand equity has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the best startup developments in the world which ranks 6th in the country with the highest number of startups. However, the quality of Indonesian human resources, which are able to meet the qualifications of startup companies, is still low. To that end, the devotees do community service, namely by holding a webinar with the theme "Startup for Gen-Z, Is It Possible?". This webinar aims to motivate, increase knowledge, and provide guidance to webinar participants, especially Generation Z, for a career in the startup world. Gen-Z can be a founder or work in a startup company. In addition, Gen-Z can also take advantage of startups to start small businesses. The stages of implementing this service are analysis, problem determination, solutions offered, outcomes, and evaluation. Participants expressed a high level of satisfaction with the implementation of the webinar “Startup for Gen-Z: Is It Possible?” with an average satisfaction evaluation result of 4,635 Likert scale 1 to 5.

Abstract

The country's unstable economic condition due to the COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on economic growth. The condition of the company is experiencing liquidity pressure which can result in default. This study is a quantitative study to determine the effect of financial performance in banking companies. This study uses a sample of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred in the 2019 quarter period and the COVID-19 pandemic period in the 2020 quarter. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with certain criteria. The analysis technique using regression analysis was carried out with the classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found that TPF has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), NPL has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), LDR has a positive effect on Return on Assets (ROA), CAR has a positive effect on Return on Assets ( ROA), and NIM have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Abstract

Media sosial berperan besar sebagai media komunikasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterikatan pelanggan hingga kunjungan ke situs web ritel daring. Penelitian ini menguji besarnya pengaruh jumlah pengikut tiga media sosial yakni Twitter, Instagram, dan Facebook terhadap rata-rata kunjungan situs web bulanan ritel daring di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data peta persaingan ritel daring di Indonesia yang diterbitkan oleh Iprice Insights. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pengikut Twitter dan Facebook tidak berpengaruh pada kunjungan situs web ritel daring. Di sisi lain, jumlah pengikut Instagram berpengaruh positif pada kunjungan situs web ritel daring. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pengikut Twitter, Instagram, dan Facebook secara simultan berpengaruh positif pada kunjungan situs web ritel daring. Penelitian di masa mendatang bisa mempertimbangkan aspek penggunaan aplikasi ritel daring pada smartphone dan bisa dilakukan pada situs web dan media sosial UMKM.

Abstract

The final project is a student's scientific writing that reflects the ability to carry out processes and patterns of scientific thinking through study or engineering activities and is accounted for through exams as a requirement for obtaining a bachelor's degree. Socialization activities for the final task flow were given to lecturers and educational staff at Harapan Bangsa University. The determination of participants for this socialization is an attempt to convey the importance of understanding the flow of the final task so that lecturers and educational staff can comply with the guidelines when carrying out guidance and direction to students. This socialization provides an understanding that the final project is a reference for students, lecturers, study programs, and faculties at Harapan Bangsa University, starting from the stages of identifying ideas, proposals, research, preparing reports, examinations, and assessments. The method used is direct outreach to lecturers and education staff at Harapan Bangsa University. Socialization activities aim to give lecturers and educational staff an understanding of the flow of the final project. The results of socialization have a positive impact. Namely, there is harmony between the final assignment guidelines and the final assignment flow carried out by lecturers and education staff which has an impact on the smooth running of the final assignment preparation process.

Abstract

Banyaknya alternatif pilihan investasi yang beragam yang tersedia dan sangat mudah digunakan. Berbagai platfrom aplikasi yang bergerak dalam hal investasi mulai banyak bermunculan. Hal ini membuat masyarakat Indonesia semakin dimudahkan dalam melakukan investasi sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Tingginya tingkat keuntungan yang akan diterima pemegang saham juga diimbangi dengan tingginya tingkat risiko pada saham biasa. Tingginya tingkat risiko ekuitas berbanding lurus dengan tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat return dari instrument saham, emas, dan cryptocurrency. Dalam peneltian ini menggunakan metode komparatif menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini sepenuhnya menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan uji t test sample. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara saham LQ45, emas, dan cryptocurrency. Perbedaan tersebut diukur melalui tingkat return yang dihasilkan dari masing-masing variable. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini terbatas mulai dari januari 2021 hingga januari 2022. Dari test yang sudah dilakukan tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa investasi dengan tingkat return tinggi akan didapatkan pada investasi saham. Kemudian untuk tingkat menengah didapatkan pada investasi cryptocurrency. Dan tingkat return terendah terdapat pada investasi emas.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Managing references is an important part of preparing assignments and scientific work, especially in the higher education environment. This activity aims to provide additional insight for students at Harapan Bangsa University about managing reference sources in scientific work by utilizing the Mendeley application. This activity was carried out targeting students, especially final year students, to assist in the process of preparing the final assignment. Students can practice directly and operate Mendeley from the initial stages, starting with downloading applications, searching for a bibliography, and inputting sources of various references from books, journals, and websites. The obstacle found is that not all students know and understand the existence of a reference resource management application. The role of the lecturer is very influential in improving the quality of student scientific work so this activity is expected to be scheduled regularly, especially to help beginner and final-level students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan pengaruh karakteristik demografis yang berupa generasi dan gender konsumen pengguna pay later dengan perilaku pembelian impulsif. Kemunculan pay later menjadi faktor yang menggeser metode pembayaran konsumen yang akan memberi kemudahan ketika berbelanja. Disrupsi seperti ini berpengaruh pada perilaku belanja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Uji analisis data dilakukan dengan metode SEM di mana data primer diperoleh dari 204 responden yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa generasi dan gender konsumen berpengaruh pada perilaku pembelian impulsif. Selain itu dapat diketahui bahwa konsumen generasi Z dan konsumen perempuan memiliki kecenderungan yang lebih kuat untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian secara impulsif.
