Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis etnomatematika kebudayaan sunda yang sangat kental di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SDN 01 Kahuripan Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis etnomatematika dapat membuat siswa menjadi lebih bersemangat dalam belajar serta menumbuhkan karakter cinta pada kebudayaan lokal sehingga dapat membuat siswa menjadi lebih mengenal, melestarikan serta dapat menghubungkan budaya Sunda dengan matematika sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran bangun datar.Kata Kunci: matematika realistik, etnomatematika, kebudayaan sunda. ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the application of realistic mathematical learning based on ethnomathematics of sundanese culture from Purwakarta. The sample in this research were the 4th graders SDN 01 Kahuripan which is located in Purwakarta Regency. This research method was explorative survey with qualitative approach. The result shows that the implementation of realistic mathematics learning method based sundanese ethnomathematics encouraged students to be more active to learn and Purwakarta Regency. The application of realistic mathematics learning with the elements of etnomatematics can make students become more enthusiastic to learn as well as to care of the local culture so that it makes students become more familiar, preserve and relate Sundanese culture with mathematics in accordance with the learning materials .Keywords: realistic mathematics, ethnomathematics, sundanese.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the typology and determining factors of the customer community and know the pattern and shape of the product penetration programs and also by the company to the customer community in the three major cities of East Java Province namely Kediri, Surabaya and Malang. The study was conducted over two years using mixed method research with exploratory approach. In the first year of the study have been found typology and determining factors of the customer community as well as the pattern and shape of the penetration of the company products to the community pelanggandi Kediri, Surabaya and Malang through qualitative methods. The results showed that the typology of community background of the formation may be due to similarities community brand consumed, while the pattern of penetration of products in each community can be done without any interference or direct relationship with the company. The shape of the relationship and program product / company in each community can be a) The Company does not undertake any relationship with the community; b) The Company entered into a sponsorship and provide assistance for specific community activities incidental; c) The Company is continuously collaborate with the community to organize joint activities. Based on these results are expected to represent the contribution of community-based enterprise management implementation using Community Based Marketing approach to improve Customer Lifetime Value and its implications on the economy of East Java province.

Abstract

Laba dan produktivitas usaha yang dilakukan pengusaha distro anggota Kreative IndependentClothing Kommunity mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2010-2013. Permasalahan yang lainadalah semakin tingginya persaingan dalam industri fashion do Kota Bandung selain bersaingdengan sesama distro (Distribution Store) ada Factory Outlet (FO) dan Butik. Serta lemahnyaCitra perusahaan dilihat dari merk. Para konsumen lebih percaya pada distro yang sudah lamaberdiri dibandingkan distro yang baru berdiri.Penelitian ini disusun untuk memperoleh temuan mengenai 1) bagaimana keterampilanwirausaha pengusaha distro anggota komunitas Kreative Independent Clothing Community(KICK), 2) bagaimana gambaran keberhasilan usaha distro anggota komunitas KreativeIndependent Clothing Community (KICK), 3) bagaimana pengaruh keterampilan wirausahaterhadap keberhasilan usaha. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah distro anggota komunitasKreative Independent Clothing Community (KICK)) di Kota Bandung. Variabel bebas dalampenelitian ini adalah keterampilan wirausaha (X) dan variabel terikat adalah keberhasilanusaha (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripitif dan verifikatif, metode yangdigunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan tekhnik sampel jenuh dan jumlah respondensebanyak 32 orang. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana,dengan alat bantu software computer SPSS 21.0 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh dalampenelitian menyatakan bahwa keterampilan wirausaha memiliki pengaruh sebesar 74,2%terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapatdiketahui bahwa keterampilan wirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilanusaha.Penulis merekomendasikan upaya yang harus dilakukan distro anggota komunitas KreativeIndependent Clothing Community (KICK) di Kota Bandung untuk mencapai keberhasilanusaha dengan memperhatikan keterampilan wirausaha yang dimiliki oleh distro danmemaksimalkannya agar berhasil dalam menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the effect of Intrinsic Religiousness on Attitude toward Digital Piracy (2) find out the effect of Intrinsic Religiousness on Intention to Commit Digital Piracy (3) find out the effect of Attitude toward Digital Piracy on Intention to Commit Digital PiracyThe type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 2013-2018 students of Universitas Brawijaya who using Microsoft Office and worship in mosques on the main campus of Universitas Brawijaya. The sample used in this study was 115 respondents taken by using purposive sampling and data collection methods using questionnaires. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The data in this study were processed using SPSS. The results of this research show that Intrinsic Religiousness (x) has a significant on Attitude toward Digital Piracy (z) and Intention to Commit Digital Piracy (y), moreover Attitude toward Digital Piracy (z) have a significant effect on Intention to Commit Digital Piracy (y).

Abstract

A multicultural school environment makes it easier for students to understand multicultural values. Still, on the other hand, it provides difficulties for students, such as the adaptation process that is not easy due to background differences. This article examines the inculcation of multicultural values in social studies learning. It also discusses the actualization of multicultural values in students' social attitudes. This study also analyses the role of the social environment in supporting the actualization of multicultural values by students. The qualitative approach used is a collective case study design. The results showed that teachers had difficulties making various learning methods and media in the planning stages of social studies learning. At the implementation stage, there were problems with insufficient school infrastructure, and in the evaluation, many students violated the school. Language actualization is going well. Students learn each other's language, some students have difficulty adapting to ethnicity, and a form of cultural actualization is holding an endog parade. The social environment's role is essential in actualizing multicultural values by students. Through multicultural learning, it is expected that students can behave by the multicultural values contained in society.
