Abstract

This study aims to find out the contribution level of entrepreneurship education and creativity taking into account factors that support entrepreneurs' intents. This type of investigation is ex post facto with a quota sampling technique of 76 students. The results of the investigation are then discussed through literature review of relevant references and research findings so that several factors are found to support / mediate business importance. Studies have found that there is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial education and students' intent in entrepreneurship. The contribution of change in entrepreneurship education partly to intent in entrepreneurship was 32.60%. There is a positive contribution to creativity in students' intents in entrepreneurship. The contribution to allow for creative change in entrepreneurial intent is partially 18.40%. There is a positive contribution between entrepreneurship education and creativity in students' intent in entrepreneurship. Other supporting factors are self-efficacy and locus of control.

Abstract

This study aims to offer alternative competency assessments based on Freedom Learning policies and education era 4.0 through the implementation of the 2013 revised curriculum. The minimum competency assessment refers to skills needed in the 21st century through student-oriented learning models, character values in the 2013 curriculum, and HOTS items with reference to literature studies. To improve students' literacy and numeracy skills in the minimum competency assessment, an appropriate approach to the competency assessment is needed, namely by implementing student-centered learning models. Some of these models have been widely discussed in a study. The results show that the role of students is greater in the learning, while the teacher acts as a supervisor. The implementation of the learning through the project learning approach also contains observation and analysis from students. So that competency assessment based on literacy and numeracy can be carried out comprehensively. Implementation of the National Examination which tends to use learning material from student textbooks will only cause students, teachers and student guardians to be burdened with time, energy, and mind. The competency assessment instrument as a substitute for the national assesment requires progressive learning, not necessarily memorization but observation and analysis. Thus, students are required to deal directly with the object of learning material.

Abstract

Abstrak: Locus of control internal adalah salah satu faktor yang memiliki kontribusi terhadap niat kewirausahaan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara Locus of control internal dan niat kewirausahaan pada siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XII di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Jombang sebanyak 392 siswa dan peserta penelitian secara total adalah 171 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala intensi kewirausahaan dan skala Locus of control internal. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis momen produk. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Locus of control internal dengan intensi berwirausaha, dengan tingkat signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,030. Locus of control internal berkontribusi 2,1 persen untuk niat wirausaha sehingga sisanya 97,9 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa Locus of control internal siswa dapat memprediksi niat kewirausahaan siswa.Abstract:  Internal locus of control is one of the factors that has contributed to the entrepreneurial intentions of vocational high school students. This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between internal locus of control and entrepreneurial intentions in vocational high school students. The population in this study were all students of class XII at 3 Jombang Vocational High School as many as 392 students and the total research participants were 171 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Data collection is done by using the scale of entrepreneurial intentions and internal Locus of control scale. Data analysis was performed using product moment analysis techniques. The results of data analysis showed a significant positive relationship between internal Locus of control with entrepreneurial intentions, with a significance level (p) of 0.030. Internal locus of control contributes 2.1 percent to entrepreneurial intentions so the remaining 97.9 percent is influenced by other variables. It can be concluded from this study that students 'internal locus of control can predict students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

When computers take over from routine tasks at work, some employees are involved in independent problem-solving tasks. The current learning system must encourage students to move to lower levels of thinking in order to become independent individuals. The purpose of this study was to test the validity of the Plan-Do-Review-Share-Happy (Plandoresh) strategy as an effort to develop independent learning for vocational school students. This study used a descriptive method, and the aim is to get the validity of the Plandoresh strategy steps with a random sample of 78 respondents. The results that 1.) The Plan step is valid with r count r table of 0.849 0.227; 2.) The next steps are done valid with r count r table of 0.873; 3.) The Review step is valid with r count r table of 0.856; 4.) The Share step is valid with r count r table of 0.868; and 5.) The happy step is valid with r count r table  0.929. These results indicate that the steps of the Plandores strategy are valid to be applied in an effort to develop independent learning for vocational students.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine differences in the level of metacognitive awareness and learning outcomes of students who learn through problem-based learning model-assisted blended learning on technical drawing material as a reflection towards new normal era education. This study used a test instrument and metacognitive questionnaire with the results of a validity level of 92.58% and the Alpha Cronbach reliability coefficient was categorized as high with a score of 0.876. The research sample was carried out at the state of vocational high school in two classes. Experimental classes learned with a problem-based model were aided by blended learning and a control class learned through a problem-based model. The results showed a significant difference in cognitive domain learning outcomes in the experimental class and metacognitive awareness of students in the two research classes so that this learning model could be used as a reflection in the learning activities of the new normal era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of locus of control on the work readiness of mechanical engineering students; (2) the effect of internship experience on the work readiness of mechanical engineering students; and (3) the simultaneous influence of locus of control and internship experience on the work readiness of mechanical engineering students. This study uses an ex post facto method through a quantitative data approach using a questionnaire instrument distributed to students at SMK YPM 8 Sidoarjo. Data obtained from 60 students as the selected sample to be analyzed using regression. The results of this study found that: (1) there is a positive effect between locus of control on students' work readiness in mechanical engineering competence; (2) there is a positive effect between internship experience on students' work readiness in mechanical engineering competence; and (3) there is a positive effect between locus of control and internship experience simultaneously on students' work readiness in the mechanical engineering competence.

Abstract

This study uses a type of field research. The research sample was 30 respondents. The research data that has been collected is then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Testing the research hypothesis using Product Moment correlation analysis. This research shows that: (1) The use of digital classes in MA Unggulan K.H.Abd.Wahab Hasbullloh Tambakberas Jombang is in the "Medium" category, which is in the 66-71 interval with an average value of 68.43. (2) Learning achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Superior KHAbd.Wahab Hasbulloh Tambakberas Jombang is included in the "High" category, which is in the 87-92 interval with an average value of 89. (3) student achievement in fiqh training for the 2019/2020 school year. This is based on the data that has been obtained by correlation rxy = 0.511> 0.361, with a significance level of "Medium" because it is in the position 0.40 - 0.599.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan khususnya sayur-sayuran di skala rumah tangga dan hasilnya bisa di jual kembali. Setelah adanya kegiatan ini masyarakat dapat menerapkan dan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan yang sempit di kediamannya masing-masing sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sayur-sayuran yang sehat untuk keluarga dengan budidaya tanaman vertikultur yang bisa bermanfaat di kemudian hari. Asset Based Community Delelopment (ABCD) digunakan sebgai metode dalam pelaksanan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada skema progra penerapan teknologi tepat guna (PPTTG). Metode ini sebagai alternatif pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan menggunakan asset. Asset dalam konteks ini diberikan makna potensi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat sendiri, dengan menggunakan potensi atau kekayaan yang dimiliki masyarakat dapat digunakan sebagai senjata pamungkas untuk melakukan program pemberdayaan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam upaya pengoptimalan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dapat di lakukan dari hal yang paling sederhana, yakni dengan berbudidaya tanaman sendiri di rumah. Inisiasi dalam menggunakan teknik penanaman vertikultur ini di dasari oleh karena tidak setiap orang memiliki lahan yang luas untuk melakukan budidaya sayuran. penggunaan media berupa botol bekas dengan menggunakan limbah botol air mineral merupakan sedikit contoh kegiatan yang baik bagi keberlangsungan ekosistem alam. proses pembuatan vertikultur dapat menggunakan modal yang sangat minim yang mana masyarakat sendiri akan mendapatkan kualitas hasil panen yang segar dengan modal yang sangat ekonomis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan instrumen penilaian HOTS, (2) mengetahui validitas instrumen penilaian HOTS, dan (3) mengetahui karakteristik butir soal HOTS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model Borg & Gall. Validitas dilakukan pada tahap pengembangan produk awal oleh tiga ahli guru PAI sebagai orang yang berhubungan langsung dengan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal yang dikembangkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagi berikut: (1) instrumen asesmen berupa soal pilihan ganda yang terdiri dari 40 butir soal, (2) hasil validasi terhadap tiga ahli diperoleh hasil bahwa butir soal pilihan ganda berada pada kategori valid dan layak digunakan, dan (3) karakteristik butir soal memenuhi kriteria reliabel dan koefisien 0,589 berada pada kategori cukup. Sementara dari tingkat kesukaran memiliki rata-rata 0,6167 dengan kategori sedang, Daya pembeda memiliki rata-rata 0,2728 dengan kategori cukup

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 9 Jombang dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang berbasis game Edukasi Quizizz dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan menggunakan research and development (RnD) sebagai metode penelitian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran Quizizz apakah layak digunakan atau tidak untuk memper mudah pembelajaran pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan pada siswa kelas 10 dengan materi khusus Fiqih Zakat. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yang pertama adalah Hasil Validasi Ahli Materi yang menunjukkan total angka 40 dalam kategori Sangat Layak, dan memperoleh rerata skor 13,3 masuk pada kriteria Layak. Yang kedua Hasil Uji Validasi Ahli Media menunjukkan angka total 74 dengan kriteria Sangat Layak dan memiliki rerata skor 24,6 dengan kriteria Sangat Layak. Dan yang terakhir Hasi Uji Cova Siswa dengan rerata total 61,1 dengan kriteria Sangat Layak. Hal ini menunjukkan Pengambangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Game Edukasi Quizizz dalam Mata Pelajaran Fiqih Layak dan dapat dipertahankan sebagai alat pembelajaran.
