Abstract

Gesang and Didi Kempot, in dominating the market of the music industry in their era, incorporated local capital, i.e., the site in lyrics and scales in melody. Likewise with Markasan. However, little is known about the site and melody used by Markasan as a tool to dominate the keroncong market in East Java in the 1960-1965 period. This study aims to reveal lyrics and melody that songwriters can use to dominate the music competition market in their day. To address this gap, observations, interviews, and documentation studies were carried out. The subjects are Keroncong-Markasanan musicians and RRI as melting pots of keroncong in Surabaya. Through ‘Blauran Wayah Sore’ song, we can observe Markasan’s efforts to construct songs, build resistance, and perpetuate domination in the music industry competition in his day. This research provides a strategy to utilize cultural capital consisting of lyric styles, popular site names, local scales, and identification of favorite song scales in a best-selling effort in the music industry today.

Abstract

Millennials and Z-generation were born in the modern era. Since their birth, they have been surrounded by sophisticated technology. This generation always gets information quickly and limitless. They are very familiar with the internet and applications on smartphones. The most familiar application is generally based on Android. Android must also be used in the world of education. Android applications can be realized as a tool to deliver learning or supervision of learning. Supervision of learning in this development is limited to material comptetion. This development was developed from a paper-based initial device. The device focuses on students' practical skills in music. For this purpose, peer tutoring forms in drill supervision are very necessary. This study used a Research and Development method modified from Borg and Gall in 10 steps. The steps used are research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, dissemination and implementation. The first score validation were 65,25% from the IT validator, 70,50% from the media validator, and 75,25% from the material validator. The mean values in the small group trials were 70.50 and 78.25 in the large group trials. The final score from validation were 92,50% form the IT validation, 77,25% from the media validator, and 84,75% from the material validator. There are three applications that must be developed as recommendations from the results of this research. These three applications are: main teacher applications, admin applications, and student applications. Each application must be connected and updated in real-time.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Narasumber dari penelitian ini adalah Guru ekstrakurikuler, Pembina ekstrakurikuler, dan Kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data dimulai dari tahap reduksi data, kemudian penyajian data, dan mengambil kesimpulan digunakan saat pengecekan keabsahan data triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran tidak membuat RPP, namun RPP cuma ada dipikran guru dan guru hanya menyiapkan notasi yang sudah di print. (a) tujuan pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler karawitan adalah tampil diacara pendopo kabupaten dan menang lomba di tingkat kabupaten maupun provinsi (b) materi tentang teori dasar karawitan, cara memainkan, pola irama, pola notasi, cara mengaransemen dan materi utama yaitu Gending Lesung Jumengglung (c) metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, metode demonstrasi dan metode drill, (d) media yang digunakan satu set gamelan laras pelog slendro. LCD Proyektor, microphone, Soundsystem, alat tulis dan papan tulis yang disediakan oleh sekolah. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler di SMAN 1 Karangan guru merendah kepada peserta didik dan guru selalu santai dari bahasanya, motivasinya, sikapnya, dan hukumannya yang ringan. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Karangan guru melakukan pemilihan bagi peserta didik yang rajin untuk mengikuti lomba, sedangkan peserta didik yang kurang rajin akan di pentaskan di sekolahan.Kata Kunci: Proses Pembelajaran, Karawitan, Ekstrakurikuler, SMAN 1 Karangan, Trenggalek.THE LEARNING OF KARAWITAN IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIESAbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe (1) Learning planning (2) Implementation of learning (3) Evaluation of learning.The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Resource persons from this study were extracurricular teachers, extracurricular coaches, and school principals. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis activity starts from the data reduction stage, then presents the data, and draws conclusions used when checking the validity of triangulation techniques and source data.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Planning for musical extracurricular learning is not made in writing but is guided by work programs and training schedules, including: (a) musical extracurricular learning goals are as developing talents in the music field and as learning material for appropriate knowledge with the conditions of the students (b) the material about the basic theory of music, how to play, the pattern of rhythm, the pattern of notation, how to arrange and the main material namely Gending Lesung Jumengglung (c) the method used is the lecture method, demonstration method andmethod drill, (d) the media used is a set of gamelan pelog slendro. LCD Projector, microphone, sound system, stationery and the blackboard provided by the school. (2) Extracurricular learning at SMAN 1 Karangan, (a) initial activities, (b) core activities, (c) final activities. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan sejarah musik keroncong di Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan (1) pengamatan, (2) wawancara, dan (3) dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari (1) narasumber/informan, (2) data tertulis, (3) foto, dan (4) rekaman musik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keroncong telah ada di Surabaya sejak awal abad ke-19 dan berkembang hingga sekarang. Perkembangannya sangat dinamis sehingga menghasilkan musik keroncong yang memiliki karakteristik khas. Sejak abad ke-20 perkembangan musik keroncong di Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh pasang surut suasana politik. Pengaruh politik terhadap musik keroncong terlihat pada bentuk dan gaya penyajiannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah riset yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa video pembelajaran seni pertunjukan Sandur. Menyediakan media pembelajaran sebagai alat yang membantu guru dan siswa dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran khususnya materi tari tradisi daerah setempat. Subjek uji coba dalam riset ini yaitu siswa kelas X SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah metode penelitian pengembangan yang dikemukakan Allesi dan Trollip. Pengembangan media video pada penelitian ini telah diriview oeh ahli materi, media, dan pembelajaran. Hasil review dari ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa Hasil dari data pre-test secara keseluruhan menunjukkan presentase sebesar 47,6%. Hasil dari data post-test secara keseluruhan menunjukkan presentase sebesar 97,9% dengan nilai rata-rata 97,9. Nilai tersebut daat dikategorikan bahwa hasil belajar dari siswa sudah mencapai taraf tuntas. Selain pre-test dan post-test, peneliti membagikan angket keterbacaan produk untuk menguji keterbacaan produk yang sudah dibuat. Hasil dari data angket menunjukkan presentase 95,5%, sangat layak. Sehingga dalam hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video pembelajaran seni pertunjukan Sandur berupa video dokumenter lebih efektif dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Sandur, video pembelajaran, pengembangan media Sandur performance art learning video for students Xth graders AbstractThis research is research that aims to produce a product in the form of a learning video for Sandur's performing arts. Provide learning media as a tool that helps teachers and students in the implementation of the learning process, especially local traditional dance materials. The test subjects in this research were students of class X SMA. The method used in this research is the development research method proposed by Allesi and Trollip. The development of video media in this study has been reviewed by material, media, and learning experts. The results of the review from material experts show that the results of the pre-test data show a percentage of 47.6%. The results of the post-test data show a percentage of 97.9% with an average value of 97.9. This value can be categorized that the learning outcomes of students who have reached the level of completion. In addition to the pre-test and post-test, the researcher distributed a product readability questionnaire to test the readability of the products that had been made. The results of the questionnaire data showed a percentage of 95.5%, very feasible. So, in this case it can be concluded that the video media for learning Sandur's performing arts in the form of a documentary video is more effective and can be used to improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Sandur, tutorial video, media development

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Dau Kabupaten Malang pada pembelajaran seni budaya kelas VII. Diketahui hasil belajar dikelas VII-B berada dibawah KKM (75). Jumlah siswa yang tuntas hanya 35,48% pada materi keterampilan memainkan alat musik recorder. Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar memainkan alat musik recorder pada kelas VII-B di SMP Negeri 1 Dau melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, pendekatan yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian berjumlah 31 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dengan prosedur meliputi 4 tahap yaitu Perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi,dan tes. Hasil penelitian  siklus I siswa yang nilainya tuntas di atas KKM sejumlah 54,83%, Pada siklus II siswa yang nilainya tuntas di atas KKM sejumlah 90,3%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hingga mencapai 90,3%. This research was conducted at Dau 1 Malang Middle School in the learning of art class VII culture. It is known that learning outcomes in class VII-B are under the KKM (75). The total number of students who completed it was only 35.48% in the skill of playing a musical instrument recorder. The study aimed to improve the quality of learning outcomes in playing a musical instrument recorder in class VII-B in SMP Negeri 1 Dau through the application of atype cooperative learning model jigsaw. The research method used was Classroom Action Research, the approach used was descriptive qualitative, the research subjects were 31 students. The study was conducted in 2 cycles with the procedure covering four stages, namely planning, action, observation, reflection.Data collection techniques use observation, interview, documentation, and test techniques. The results of the first cycle of students whose grades were completed above the KKM were 54.83%, in the second cycle students whose grades were completed above the KKM amounted to 90.3%. It can be concluded that the application of thetype cooperative learning model jigsaw can improve student learning outcomes up to 90.3%.Keywords: Musical Instrument Recorder Skill, TypeCooperative Learning Model Jigsaw

Abstract

Keroncong is a genre of music that evolves and lives in Indonesia. Many versions have been raised about the origin of keroncong. There is a version states that keroncong music was originated from Portuguese, others state that keroncong is an Indonesian local genius. Surabaya as one of the cities in Indonesia with its dinamic political development was very possible has influence to its musical history, form, and presentation style. Based on this background, the question research is how are the form and presentation style of keroncong music in Surabaya? The method used in this research was qualitative, and case study approach. The results showed that Surabaya keroncong style is charachterized by the musical forms, lyric, presentation, instruments, and tuning.

Abstract

Perkembangan perangkat komunikasi dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi alat untuk memperoleh informasi baik sederhana maupun kompleks, contohnya android. Android dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat belajar praktis yang menampung berbagai materi di dalamnya. Tujuan penggunaaan basis m-learning dalam aplikasi android ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran teori musik dengan perangkat yang mudah ditemui. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development yang dimodifikasi dari Sugiyono dalam 11 langkah yakni menemukan masalah dan potensi, pengumpulan data, rancangan produk, pembuatan produk, validasi I, revisi I, validasi II, revisi II, uji coba I kelompok kecil, uji coba II kelompok besar, dan distribusi atau produksi masal. Nilai akhir yang diperoleh adalah 93,75% dari validator materi dan 78,75% dari validator media. Rata-rata dalam uji coba I kelompok kecil adalah 71,2 dan 77,03 pada uji coba II kelompok besar. Proses distribusi media dilakukan setelah media telah melalui rangkaian uji coba. Distribusi dilakukan dengan mangunggah media pada layanan konten digital Google Play  Store. Penelitian ini memiliki kesimpulan bahwa  media yang dihasilkan adalah berupa aplikasi yang memuat materi tentang teori musik dan dapat diperoleh pada layanan konten digital android yakni Google Play Store. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah merinci dan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lapangan tentang teori musik agar aplikasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengetahuan teori musik.

Abstract

Keroncong merupakan musik, instrumen musik, dan genre yang diklaim sebagai warisan budaya indonesia. Keroncong sebagai warisan budaya tentunya memiliki sejarah yang panjang.sejarah yang panjang juga tidak akan luput dari pasang surut dan perkembangan. Pasang surut dan perkembangan umumnya dipengaruhi politik dan situasi sosial. Untuk memetakan sejarah keroncong di Indonesia yang diwarnai politik dan situasi sosial, data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, telaah pustaka, dan wawancara. Data valid dikonfirmasi dan dipaparkan secara kronologis berdasar periodesasinya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keroncong bermula dari diseminasi instrumen musik bangsa Portugis yang menjalin hubungan dengan Majapahit. Diseminasi instrumen fado di nusantara mengalami perubahan morfologi dan teknik perlakuan alatnya. Perubahan morfologi dan perlakuan alat ini melahirkan instrumen keroncong atau cukulele. Gaya lirik dibangun oleh kearifan lokal nusantara sesuai demografi dan situasi sosial di masing-masing lokasi penciptaannya. Gaya lirik dan pasang surut popularitas keroncong sebagai kelompok musik didorong dan dihentikan oleh naik turunnya kekuatan politik Portugis, Majapahit, Belanda, Jepang, dan Orde Lama dan Orde Baru. Political and Social Situations in the History of Keroncong in IndonesiaAbstract:Keroncong is music, musical instrument, and the genre that is claimed to be Indonesia's cultural heritage. Keroncong, as a cultural heritage, certainly has a long history. A long history will not escape its ups and downs and developments. Political and social situations generally influence the ups and downs and developments. In order to map the history of keroncong in Indonesia, which is colored by politics and social situations, data is collected through documentation, literature review, and interviews. Valid data are confirmed and presented chronologically based on the periodization. The results of this study indicate that keroncong originated from the dissemination of Portuguese musical instruments, which had a relationship with Majapahit. The dissemination of fado instruments in the archipelago has changed the morphology and treatment techniques of the tools. Changes in the morphology and treatment of this tool gave birth to the keroncong or Cukulele instrument. The local wisdom of the archipelago builds the lyric style according to the demographics and social situations in each location of its creation. The lyric style and the ebb and flow of keroncong's popularity as a musical group was driven and stopped by the ups and downs of the political power of the Portuguese, Majapahit, Dutch, Japanese, and the Old and New Order.

Abstract

Beach tourism and seaside settlements are perennially popular. Nature's potential as well as the coast's characteristic hybrid art may always entice visitors. The settlements at the foot of the mountain, on the other hand, have their own unique environmental, gastronomic, and cultural identities. Bedugul village (Indonesia), Albarracin village (Spain), Reine village (Norway), Wengen village (Switzerland), Panglipuran village (Indonesia), Hallstatt village (Austria), Patiangan village (Indonesia), and Ora village (Indonesia) are some of the names given to the villages in Indonesia (Greece). They're all mountain communities that have successfully marketed themselves as tourist destinations at the foot of the mountain. The goal of this research is to come up with a viable approach for village branding at the foot of the mountain. This study is a hybrid of action research and development research, with a focus on tourism village acceleration. The Benjor village residents, Benjor village administrators, and a sample of potential visitors were polled for information. The community around Benjor village, the Malang Regency community, and persons outside the Malang Regency were all surveyed for potential visitors. Individual interviews or focus groups, environmental observations, and archives of village office records and Malang Regency government documents were used to gather data. The purpose of this study is to understand the tourism village process before and after therapy. Mining potential excavation yields eleven environmental assets in the form of waterfalls, five culinary assets in the form of chilli sauce, grilled rice, and other similar dishes, and three cultural assets in the form of hadrah, jaranan, and dancing. The development research yielded seven goods that Benjor villagers found to be the most effective in terms of branding. For mountain slope communities, the greatest method is to combine branded items that showcase their artistic, natural, and gastronomic potential.
