Abstract

Manusia selalu dijadikan objek dalam mengembangkan setiap produk yang dihasilkan. Produkproduktersebut diharapkan dapat memuaskan dan memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Akan tetapibanyak produk yang digunakan manusia dinilai tidak ergonomis, dan manusia juga tidak menyadarihal tersebut, maka produk yang digunakan hanya dapat memberikan sedikit manfaat dan akanmembuat manusia sebagai pengguna produk merasa tidak nyaman. Metode antropometri tersebutkemudian diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan pengukuran pada dimensi tubuh yang ditujukan padasebuah meja bagi customer Cafe Duta Pertiwi Mall Semarang. Analisa meja bagi customerdilakukan karena posisi meja yang terlalu rendah dan belum bisa memberikan rasa nyaman bagipenggunanya sehingga menjadi alasan untuk penulis menganalisa lebih lanjut tentang kenyamananmeja cafe di Duta Pertiwi Mall Semarang.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Produk, Antropometri, Meja Cafe, Kenyamanan, Ergonomis

Abstract

Retail industry competition is so tight, one of which is cost efficiency, which can be done by controlling inventory. Store X is one of the modern retail stores in Indonesia. Store X sells various types of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). The company implements a make to stock system to meet consumer demand. The amount of inventory in the warehouse is not in accordance with consumer demand so that there is a buildup of goods in the warehouse which results in high inventory costs. In addition, some of the goods sold have low stock, even though there is a lot of consumer demand. Conditions like this will result in losses for the company. Category A 30% total goods Rp. 38.235.557,-. Classification B 20% total goods worth Rp. 7.748.157,-. Category C 50%. value of Rp. 4.552.842,- Economical order at shop X, for stock of item A, namely mineral water A PET 600 ml, the order is made when stock is 7 pcs, safety stock is 46 pcs. Mineral water A PET 1500 ML ordering supplies 7 pcs, safety supplies 52 pcs. Bear brand milk 12 ml with order when stock is 11 pcs, safety stock 39 pcs.

Abstract

Abstract - PT.I is a company that produces synthetic rattan furniture on an export scale. The various products at PT.I are an attraction for consumers, such as classic and modern weaving models. However, the number of defects produced is higher than the tolerance limit company. Based on data from the weaving section, it shows that there are 5 types of defects that are not in accordance with the standards and quality that have been determined by the company. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of defects that often occur in PT. I and identify the main factors causing product defects using the SPC method. The seven tools consist of a check sheet, histogram, stratification, scatter diagram, p control chart, Pareto diagram, and fishbone diagram. The results showed that the number of defects in October and November exceeded the limit set by the company. The highest level of disability occurred in October. The higher the number of production, the higher the number of product defects. Based on the results of the p control chart, it can be seen that the product is outside the control limits that it should have. The process is in a state of uncontrollability or is still experiencing deviations. To suppress or reduce the number of product defects that occur in production, 3 types of dominant defects can be applied, namely the woven model (254 units), loose woven (122 units), and nail-looking woven (119 units). Factors causing defects in production are derived from human factors/workers, methods, materials/raw materials and work environment.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan untuk mempertahankan kualitas produk adalah perawatan mesin (maintenance). Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka pihak pihak terkait harus mampu menemukan sistem perawatan yang baik sehingga dapat meminimasi jumlah breakdown mesin dan biaya perbaikan atau perawatan. Dalam proses produksi Tic-Tac, mesin yang sering mengalami jumlah downtime besar adalah continue frying. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi maintenance dari divisi Tic-Tac dan bagaimana tingkat efektivitas serta rekomendasi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan produksivitas tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah overall equpment effectiveness dengan six big losses. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata overall equipment effectiveness sebesar 97,69%. Hasil tersebut sudah melebihi standart OEE yaitu ³85%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi six big losses adalah breakdown losses yaitu sebesar 85,72% dari jumlah time losses yang terjadi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi breakdown losses antara lain faktor mesin, lingkungan, metode, manusia. Dari faktor tersebut faktor mesin serta metode yang paling dominan. Untuk mengurangi hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya autonomous maintenance yang diberikan kepada operator, melakukan pelatihan bagi teknisi maintenance dengan adanya pengontrolan kemajuan ketrampilan dan kemampuan. Pengontrolan dan pengawasan operator tentang kebersihan mesin. Kata kunci: perawatan, overall equipment effectiveness, six big losses

Abstract

Industri rumah tangga X berdiri sejak tahun 2011, memproduksi tempe kemasan plastik. Terletak di Kecamatan Gayamsari, Kota Semarang. Dengan kondisi tempat produksi yang sederhana, salah satu permasalahan adalah kondisi tata letak tempat bahan baku yang jauh untuk menuju tempat awal produksi. Kondisi demikian akan mengakibatkan proses material handling produksi menjadi lama. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang tata letak produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui biaya pemindahan material serta biaya pemindahan optimal untuk usulan tata letak baru. Perencanaan ulang tata letak produksi industry rumah tangga X, dengan menganalisis tata letak awal, data aliran barang pada aliran produksi menggunakan metode From To Chart. Jarak perpindahan lantai produksi, jumlah bagian pada lantai produksi dan jumlah asumsi biaya pemindahan bahan. Analisa tersebut berguna untuk mengetahui biaya pemindahan bahan dan jarak pada pemindahan bahan yang ada. Pembuatan usulan tata letak menggunakan metode Activity Relationship Chart untuk mengetahui hubungan kedekatan antar bagian. Hasil pengolahan menggunakan metode From To Chart, jarak tata letak awal perpindahan jarak sebesar 1791,35 m/hari jumlah kedelai yang direbus sebanyak 720 kg dalam sekali produksi, Biaya pemindahan sebesar Rp 379,34 permeter. Biaya perpindahan material Rp 681.558,68 perhari dan Rp 17.720.525,68 perbulan. Setelah tata letak fasilitsa produksi, mengalami penurunan jarak 1332,81 m/hari dengan biaya meterial sebesar Rp 673.844,50 perhari dan Rp 17.519.957 perbulan untuk sekali proses produksi, atau mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,57% perbulan dari jumlah biaya pemindahan bahan tata letak usulan.

One of the environmental component learn perceived in this research is scheme of lecture chair to reach freshmen, effective and. Anthropometry represent the part of ergonomic which peculiarly study body, covering linear dimension, weight, content, size measure, speed, aspect and strength of[is differ from body movement. Measurement of anthropometry at this research on course student sit hefty by using one appliance which is special well designed to be used in measurement of human being body criteria, recognized with bench of anthropometer. Abstract

Scheduling of production basically resource allocation to finish a group of work to be fulfilling certain criterion. The criterion can in the form of minimum completion of task time, usage of maximal resource, generated total cost minimum and other criterions. There is three important aspect to determine accomplishment of criterion, that is determination of production lot, determination of work sequence and determination of production capacities which is needed. In a industry of manufacture, scheduling needed in operator energy allocation, machine, and equipment of production, process sequence, product type, purchasing of raw material and others. Queue arise because of requirement of service will exceed ability (service capacity) or service facility, so that consumer of facility which arrive cannot immediately get service caused workload of service. Many matter, additional service facility can be given to lessen queue or to prevent incidence of queue.
