Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine the effect of factors on the income of fishermen in the Village Bongo Batudaa District Beach. 2) to analyze how the income of fishermen in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District. The research method used in this research is survey with data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear analaisis. The results of this study show: 1) Capital, labor, experience and mileage to sea together have real effect on the income of fishermen in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District. While partially only capital and mileage of the sea that influences very real, while the labor and experience have no effect. 2) The average income of fisherman respondents in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District is Rp. 7,473,852 every three months.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) To know the cost structure of hybrid corn farming in Daenaa Village, West Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency, 2) Analyze the income of hybrid maize farm in Daenaa Village, West Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. This research was conducted in Daenaa Village, West Limboto District, Gorontalo District from July to August of 2017. The method used was survey method that is data collection based on interview and observation. The sampling technique was done by using systematic sampling method. Namely sampling technique from a sequence of lists in a particular order where in this study the population consists of 750 people and taken from a multiple of 25 so that the results obtained as many as 31 people. Types and data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is farming analysis by calculating cost, revenue, and income. The results showed that 1). the cost structure of the maize farm in Daenaa Village is a fixed cost of Rp. 1.092.074 / farmer or Rp. 868.058 / ha and variable cost Rp.5.492.886 / farmer or Rp.4.366.139 / ha. 2). The average revenue received at the maize farm in Daenaa Village is Rp. 10.134.667 / farmer / ha. While the average income received is Rp. 3,549,718 / farmers or Rp.2.821.57 / ha.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of management of rice field paddy farming business at Gapoktan Serumpun, City of Gorontalo and the relation between management of rice field paddy farming business with level of successfulness of Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Dembe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo, Province of Gorontalo. This research is conducted at Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Dembe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo from April to June 2017 with 48 farmers as research samples. This research applies survey method. Research data are analyzed by descriptive analysis with percentage formula and Pearson Correlation analysis. Research finding reveals that based on assessment of farmer group and farmer as individual, management of rice field paddy farming business Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Dembe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo remains in Very Good category with percentage value of 87% and 85%. Meanwhile, success of Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Debe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo as learning unit, cooperation unit and production unit as well as enterprise unit shows good category with value of percentage of 81%. Then, finding of research about relation between management of farming business with level of successfulness of Gapoktan Serumpun shows there is relation of 0.70 at level of failure for 0.01 and it is included in category of strong relation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know Characteristic of SME coffee ginger mania in Langi Village, West Bolangitang District, BolaangMongondow Utara Regency. This research was conducted from August to September 2017, using case study method. Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique is then obtained with a sample of 1 respondent is the owner of SMEs Coffee Ginger Mania. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: 1) SME Coffee Ginger Mania as a whole employees have a productive age and can increase the production of more businesses. Furthermore, based on the level of employee education in accordance with the results of research that the level of employee education in SMEs Coffee Jahe Mania is in high school (SMA) as much as 3 (three) people. 2) The Business Capital of this SME that consists of investment capital (long-term equipment), Working Capital (raw materials) and Operational Capital (employee salary and electricity costs). 3) For every production can reach ± 50 pack / month with size 1gr with price 15.000 perbungusnya. In fulfilling the results of production here still see from the market demand. Meanwhile, for the marketing area of this product spread in District of West Bolangitang, BolangitangTimur, Kaidipang and Bintauna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui Faktor Lingkungan Internal dan Lingkungan Eksternal usaha Stik Jagung dan Strategi Pengmbangan Usaha Stik Jagung pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Lestari di Desa Barakati. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Informan penelitian berjumlah 3 orang, yaitu Pemilik UMKM, Karyawan dan Konsumen dari UMKM Lestari. Hasil Penelitian ini  Identifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal usaha Stik Jagung di UMKM Lestari : Faktor internal meliputi: kekuatan yang ada di UMKM Lestari yaitu Produk yang memiliki banyak rasa, Pelatihan khusus untuk karyawan, Ketersediaan bahan baku utama, Produk tanpa bahan pengawet, Menerapkan standar GMP/SOP, Harga yang murah, Kegiatan Produksi menggunakan teknologi, Loyalitas terhadap konsumen, dan Kemampuan bermitra dengan stockholder. Sedangkan kelemahan yang ada di UMKM Lestari adalah Lokasi usaha selalu banjir, Kegiatan promosi yang belum efektif,  Tidak memiliki hak paten, dan bentuk kemasan kurang menarik. Faktor eksternal meliputi : peluang yang akan nanti ada d UMKM Lestari yaitu Konsumsi terhadap makanan jadi, Peningkatan jumlah penduduk, Pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, Perkembangan teknologi dan Ekspansi usaha. Sedangkan ancaman yang ada di UMKM Lestari yaitu Produk sejenis, Meningkatnya harga bahan baku utama, Meningkatnya tarif transportasi, adanya pesaing dari UMKM lainnya, perubahan selera konsumen dan System regulasi dan perpajakan. Strategi pengembangan usaha Stik Jagung di UMKM Lestari berdasarkan diagram SWOT pada posisi kuadran III, maka strategi yang terpilih adalah kombinasi strategi S-T yaitu: 1). Diversifikasi produk , 2). Membuat surat kemitraan dengan petani jagung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : 1) Saluran atau Distribusi pemasaran cabai rawit di Desa Sosial Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo, 2) Faktor apa yang menyebabkan fluktuasi harga cabai rawit di Desa Sosial Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo, 3) Margin Pemasaran Cabai Rawit di Desa Sosial Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian ini  dilaksanakan di Desa Sosial Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo dari bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Agustus Tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei yaitu pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah total 25 responden yaitu 15 orang petani dan pedagang pengumpul 5 orang dan pedagang pengecer 5 orang. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis margin distribusi dan analisis margin pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran untuk Cabai Rawit di Desa Sosial Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo terdapat 2 saluran yaitu saluran pemasaran langsung dan pemasaran tidak langsung. Dan di bentuk dengan lembaga pemasaran terdiri dari pemasaran langsung yaitu Petani dan Konsumen Akhir. Sedangkan untuk saluran pemasaran tidak langsung  terdiri dari Petani, Pedagang Pengumpul, Pedagang Pengecer dan Konsumen akhir. Dengan margin saluran pemasaran tidak langsung sebesar Rp. 15,000 dimana terdiri dari margin pedagang pengumpul sebesar Rp. 10,000/Kg, dan untuk pedagang pengecer sebesar Rp. 5,000/Kg. Dengan melalui banyaknya lembaga dan biaya pemasaran yang dikeluarkan. Sehingga margin yang di dapat nilainya besar sedangkan keuntungan yang didapat lebih sedikit dibandingkan saluran II (pemasaran langsung) yang tidak mempunyai margin karena tidak melalui lembaga pemasaran atau perantara yang dimana petani menjual langsung cabai rawit pada konsumen akhir. Sehingga saluran II (pemasaran langsung) ini dapat dikatakan menguntungkan bagi petani cabai rawit. Tingginya nilai margin dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya nilai biaya pemasaran yang dikeluarkan. Sehingga saluran yang paling menguntungkan produsen atau di tingkat dipetani.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing analysis of beef cattle in Taluditi Regency, Pohuwato Regency. Gorontalo. The research method uses the survey method. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection techniques conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Sampling is determined through stratification of Random Sampling, where the sample is based on the largest population. The number of samples produced was 72 respondents. Data were analyzed descriptively. The observed variables are marketing channels, marketing margins and marketing efficiency. The findings of this study are two beef cattle marketing channels in Taluditi District, Pohuwato Regency, namely: Channel I (Farmers - Collector Traders - Consumers), and Channel II are (Breeders - Collector Traders - Retailers Traders - Consumers). The average marketing margin in each marketing institution is Rp. 100,000 - Rp. 500,000. The level of marketing efficiency in each marketing institution is 0.26-3.1

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the management of farmers groups in the application of cropping systems in the district legowo Kabila Bone Bolango District. And to determine the impact of the adoption of cropping systems to farmers in the district legowo Kabila Bone Bolango District. This research was conducted in December to February, 2016. The method used was survey method. Data collected included primary and secondary data. The samples of farmers using the method slovin, so the sample size is 53 farmers. The analysis is SWOT analysis, and Revenue Analysis. The results showed that the factors that affect the management of farmers groups: (1) Strategy (SO): The existence of government policies in providing facilities and infrastructure that support the farmer group Strategy (WO): The existence of effort and attention from the government or the extension to be informed or fostering the farmer groups. Strategy (ST): The farmer group needs the support of government in smoothing delays seeds / inputs to support the success of farming. Strategy (WT): Need for counseling or mentoring farmer groups so that mastery of technology is still lacking that have an impact on technological limitations will not affect farming. (2) The impact of the adoption of cropping systems legowo to farmers, namely on increasing farmers' income, with total revenues of Rp. 6,595,928.94 / farmer, or Rp. 10,690,649 / Ha.
