Abstract

Muara Enim road segment SP. Sugihwaras very potential to occur landslide based on its location which is on the edge of the river. Recorded by the National Road Implementation Institute (BBPJN) III has been a slope grid in 2014. Slope improvement efforts undertaken by the Ministry of Public Works using a combination of gabion not too successfully overcome the problem. In addition to the strength element of a construction work, the cost and timing of the implementation are also important considerations in planning. Slope at 173 + 535 - Km 173 + 705 along 170 m using soil nailing planned three nails with 19 mmnail diameter and angular slope of 20° with variation of nail length, nail installation spacing, safety factor (SF) and estimated working time to the cost. Using the SPSS.16.0 program, the variations are modeled by nine samples as multiple linear regression equations. Based on the SPSS output, then tested the classical assumption and feasibility test model which produced the model: Cost (million) = - 3159,475 - 54,097 length - 1354,256 distance + 5188,127 SF + 26,483 time. The Budget Plan (RAB) covers preparatory work, drainage system, soil nailing, and shotcrete. An efficient cost estimate of 8 m length nail, 1.5m installation distance, 1.5 safety factor and 64-day working time resulted in a cost of Rp. 3.853.485.500,00 (Three billion eight hundred fifty three million four hundred eighty five thousand rupiah).

Abstract

Rental income of Kasnariansyah rent flats can not cover the increase in operating costs so that the new rental rates are adjusted. Adjustment of rental price is limited to 1/3 of the residents income. The purpose of this study is 1) determine the amount of Willingness to Pay (WTP), 2) determine the amount of Ability to Pay (ATP) 3) determine variables that influence the willingness to pay the occupants. The results showed that ATP and WTP approached the value of new rental rates. Factor of willingness to pay is influenced by income and perception of facility.

Abstract

Abstrak: Taman perkotaan adalah aset infrastruktur hijau kota yang ditujukan untuk memberikan keberlanjutan sosialbagi warga, terus dikunjungi, menjadi venue aktivitas dan interaksi sosial. Fokus penelitian untuk mengukur skalapelayanan taman. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian survey, berlokasi di Taman KIB,Kampus, dan JSC. Menggunakan teknik sampel insidental. Metode distribusi frekuensi dan pengukuran horizontaldistance digunakan untuk mengolah data, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, gambar dan atau narasi untukmenginterpretasikan data tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan radius rata-rata pelayanan taman di kota Palembangberada pada rentang ± 4,40 km dari center spot taman. Pengunjung terbanyak berasal dari Kecamatan Ilir Barat – I(24,33%). Ketiga taman preseden telah mencapai skala pelayanan kota (KIB 93%, Kampus 57%, dan JSC 74%). KIBtelah menjadi venue aktivitas sosial (51%), tetapi belum menjadi venue interaksi sosial (0,42%), sedangkan TamanKampus dan JSC belum menjadi venue aktivitas sosial dan atau venue interaksi sosial.Kata kunci: skala pelayanan taman, radius, domisili, venue aktivitas sosial

Abstract

Worker productivity is an important part of the successful development of human resources and infrastructure building. One of the ways to improve workers’ productivity is using training and worker certification. Therefore, there is a need to analyze the effects of training and certification on worker productivity with case study lightweight brick and steel rods workers in some projects in Palembang. This study aims to analyze the productivity value of workers between certified trained workers (TS) and untrained noncertified workers (BTBS) in the field. Furthermore, comparisons were also conducted on productivity based on field survey and Indonesian National Standard (SNI). This paper also analyzed the significant factors that affect workers productivity in the field. This productivity appraisal used field observation methods and questionnaire. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the training and certification of the workforce greatly affected the worker’s productivity; but some of workers’ productivity of trained workers (TS) and untrained noncertified (BTBS) met the standards of SNI, some did not. This was due to the influence of other factors beyond training and certification of the productivity value of handyman. Furthermore, based on t test results, the factors that significantly affect the productivity of workers were the skills of labor (X1), work motivation (X2) and management (X4). Thus the available regression equation was Y =0,024 +0,332 X1 + 0,676X2 -  0,039X4 + e.

Abstract

Taman berkelanjutan tidak hanya mendukung keanekaragaman hayati dan ekologi, bahkan sebagai wadah aktivitas interaksi sosial. Masalah kemudian muncul ketika ketersediaan komponen infrastruktur taman tidak bersesuaian dengan karakteristik pengunjung, dan dianggap tidak menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan karakteristik pengunjung dan menetukan kebutuhan komponen infrastruktur taman yang mendorong keberlanjutan, khususnya rekomendasi untuk Kota Palembang. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian survey, berlokasi di Taman Kambang Iwak Besak, Kampus, dan Jakabaring Sport City. Menggunakan teknik sampel insidental. Metode distribusi frekuensi dan tendensius sentral digunakan untuk pengolahan data, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, gambar dan atau narasi untuk menginterpretasikan data tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan karakteristik pengunjung taman di Kota Palembang umumnya adalah; perempuan, usia 17–25 tahun, mahasiswa, bertujuan jalan-jalan, datang bersama teman-teman, menggunakan motor pribadi, berkunjung pukul 16.00–17.00 WIB, sebanyak 1–2 kali seminggu, selama 1–2 jam dengan aktivitas duduk atau berjalan. Empat belas komponen infrastruktur taman berupa; 1) Pepohonan Besar, 2) Tanaman Bungan, 3) Lapangan Rumput Hijau Terbuka, 4) Arena dan Alat Bermain Anak, 5) Tanaman Perdu, 6) Sungai, 7) Jogging Track, 8) Bangku Taman, 9) Shelter, 10) Jalur Refleksi Kaki, 11) Plaza dengan perkerasan, 12) Lampu-lampu Taman, 13) Pedestrian, dan 14) Kolam Retensi, beserta kriterianya direkomendasikan untuk mewujudkan taman berkelanjutan di Kota Palembang

Abstract

Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) should be noted. It is because of the high number of accidents. The purpose of SMK3 are to create a system of safety and health working in the workplace by involving elements of management, employees, conditions and environment that  integrated in order to prevent and to decrease the accidents and occupational diseases and to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace. The applying of SMK3 at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja has been quite better since the applying guidance of SMK3 that is included in the report 1 PERMENAKER has been almost adapted by PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja. The company had identified and recorded the risk that will be happened to all of the activities in the factory area. It also had communicated the rule and the guide of K3 to the contractors and partners by a meeting, electronic media and bulletin. By spreading a questionare that analyzed by the method of 'scoring' with the result toward the employees 77.75., team of contractor 88,5, team of supervisor 89, team of K3&LH 80.25. The applying of SMK3 to this project's preparation of pusri's field IIB included in the applying category of SMK3 which in fact, quite effective By presenting this evaluation, It's expected ,the company can keep the balance process of SMK3 that had been there so that we can be obtained a safety and healthy place for work so that the  productivity can be  improved.Keywords : accident, SMK3

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan tol merupakan salah satu jenis proyek konstruksi yang memiliki lingkup pekerjaan yang kompleks, durasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang lama, dan membutuhkan biaya yang signifikan. Dibutuhkan teknik pengendalian kinerja proyek yang bersifat konsisten dan terintegrasi agar kinerja proyek tidak berada di bawah kinerja yang direncanakan. Konsep earned value merupakan salah satu metode yang tepat digunakan untuk kepentingan pengendalian kinerja proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep earned value pada proyek pembangunan ruas jalan tol Kayuagung-Palembang-Betung (Kapalbetung) yang merupakan bagian dari rencana pembangunan jaringan jalan tol Trans Sumatera. Pengendalian kinerja proyek menggunakan earned value dilakukan pada awal proyek hingga akhir bulan ke-15 pelaksanaan proyek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hingga akhir bulan ke-15, pelaksanaan proyek menghasilkan kinerja biaya yang baik, ditandai dengan nilai CPI sebesar 1,10, namun kinerja jadwal proyek kurang baik sebagaimana ditandai dengan nilai SPI sebesar 0.97. Jika proyek terus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kinerja yang ada, maka biaya akhir proyek dapat mencapai efisiensi sebesar 8.9% dari biaya yang direncanakan namun proyek mengalami keterlambatan sebesar 5.8% dari jadwal rencana. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep earned value pada proyek studi kasus dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai status kinerja proyek secara komprehensif.
