Abstract

The high number of workers who were economically affected by the Pandemic in Denpasar City prompted the Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar City Tourism Office to hold a Pandemic Incubation Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Participants' Perceptions of the Pandemic Incubation Program on the Sustainability of MSEs in Denpasar City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, using the SEM-PLS analysis method. The sample in this study amounted to 105 participants who were selected purposively with the criteria of participants who took the PIP from start to finish for two months. PIP participants' perceptions and participants' perceptions of the sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises in Denpasar City are in the good category. The results of the analysis also show that PIP has a positive and significant relationship to the continuation of micro, small and medium enterprises in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Dampak Pandemic COVID-19 sebagai bencana darurat nasional terhadap return pada saham sub sektor Consumer Good Industry di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang dilihat dari perbedaan average abnormal return saham sebelum dan sesudah Pandemic COVID-19 ditetapkan sebagai bencana darurat nasional pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor Consumer Good Industry di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah 44 perusahaan sub sektor Consumer Good Industry. Dengan menggunakan metode census sampling meliputi keseluruhan populasi. Penelitian difokuskan pada periode jendela, yaitu 10 hari sebelum dan 10 hari sesudah tanggal peristiwa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah Pandemic COVID-19 ditetapkan sebagai bencana darurat nasional terhadap return saham perusahaan sub sektor Consumer Good Industry di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari adanya penurunan average abnormal return pada periode jendela sesudah ditetapkannya Pandemic COVID-19 sebagai bencana darurat nasional. Adapun nilai average abnormal return periode jendela sebelum peristiwa adalah 0,00949 dan periode jendala sesudah adalah peristiwa -0,00252.

Abstract

Stock split merupakan salah satu kegiatan korporasi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan likuiditas saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan  reaksi pasar saham sebelum dan sesudah stock split dan pengaruh split factor terhadap reaksi pasar. Pemilihan periode peristiwa didasarkan pada panjangnya jumlah pengamatan dan menghindari terjadinya confounding effect. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui reaksi pasar di sepanjang peristiwa stock split. Jika terdapat perbedaan reaksi pasar maka stock split dapat dikategorikan sebagai peristiwa yang mengandung informasi. Penelitian ini mengambil 48 sampel yang melakukan stock split dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2010-2014 dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Paired Sample t-test dan Regresi Sederhana dengan periode jendela peristiwa selama 11 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat reaksi pasar saham sebelum dan sesudah stock split dan split factor tidak berpengaruh terhadap reaksi pasar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar tidak bereaksi terhadap peristiwa stock split.

Abstract

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which has occurred this year, paralyzes the activities of all people who are carried out outside the home. The impact of this pandemic has decreased the economy, and the unemployment rate has increased due to the fact that many companies have terminated their employment contracts. This period of the COVID-19 pandemic cannot be controlled quickly, so it requires proper management from both the government and the community to restore the economy. Therefore, the government established a new normal system. New normal is a change in behavior or habits to continue carrying out activities as usual but by always implementing health protocols in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.Entrepreneurship is a strong belief in a person to change the world through ideas, innovation and creativity. In this new normal era, having an entrepreneurial spirit is very important to restore the economy and to adapt to this situation. To adapt, we must follow business trends that are rising during this pandemic, for example, online businesses. During this pandemic, many people prefer to shop online because it is more efficient and prevents transmission of COVID-19. Therefore, online businesses are very developing during this pandemic and this business can awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship in the community, especially millennials so that they can adapt to this new normal era.The Synergy Accounting Seminar Volume 1 (NARASI # 1) will be held online on Thursday, May 6, 2021 through a video conference application, namely Google Meet, which is located at DNA (Dharma Negara Alaya). Abstract

The purpose of this financial literacy webinar activity is to provide participants with financial literacy skills, and to know the financial literacy abilities of the millennial generation and to increase the understanding of financial literacy of the millennial generation through the provision of webinar material. The material presented is about financial literacy knowledge, financial life cycle, financial financial planning process, scope of financial planning, and application of financial records. The participants were students from the Denpasar National Polytechnic campus, students from several campuses in Bali and outside Bali, high school/vocational high school students from Bali and outside Bali and general public. However, because it is still in the atmosphere of the COVID-19 pandemic, the provision of insight and assessment of insights is carried out online through the Zoom meeting application. There are 122 participants who are willing to take part in this webinar. The importance of knowledge about financial literacy to make the millennial generation financially literate. Financial literacy means understanding how to manage money, paying off debt, insurance, retirement savings, taxes, and financial products such as credit and loans. With a state of financial literacy, the millennial generation can use these financial products to achieve financial prosperity.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence that motivation, investment knowledge, and self-efficacy affect investment interest. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing survey questionnaires to the younger generation in Bali Province who have attended courses, seminars, capital market courses and have stock accounts. The sample was determined through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technology uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that motivation, investment knowledge, self-efficacy had a positive effect on investment interest. So, the research results theoretically confirm the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Keywords: Motivation; Investment Knowledge; Self Efficacy; Investment Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of motivation and financial management in entrepreneurship for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung district. Unemployment is a macroeconomic problem that directly affects humans and is one of the most serious problems. The increase in the number of unemployed in Badung district has soared since the Covid-19 pandemic. Entrepreneurship is seen as one way to reduce unemployment. In Dalung Village, Badung district, efforts to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are still very minimal. Therefore, encouragement and understanding of motivation and financial management are needed to support interest in entrepreneurship. The material presented was about Entrepreneurship Training and Preparation of Financial Reporting for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung Regency. The participants were all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung Regency. There are 30 participants who are willing to take part in this training. The importance of training on entrepreneurship and preparation of financial reporting to support interest in entrepreneurship for the people in Dalung Village, Badung district.

Abstract

The tax industry is a substantial source of state revenue. The enhancement of tax compliance is a pivotal determinant in boosting the tax sector's revenue, thereby prompting the government, by means of its Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), to persist in its efforts to improve tax compliance. The present research endeavors to ascertain the impact of tax incentives and financial conditions on tax compliance. The present study was executed on individuals who have enrolled as taxpayers and are currently registered under the administration of the KPP Pratama Tabanan. The methodology employed for gathering data encompassed the utilization of questionnaires, documentation, and observation techniques. The analytical methodology utilized in this study adopts a multifaceted approach involving the employment of multiple linear regression analysis. This commences with the evaluation of the research instrument and the application of classical assumption testing. The findings indicate that tax incentives and financial circumstances exerted a favorable and noteworthy influence on tax conformity among taxpayers who had registered with KPP Pratama Tabanan

Abstract

Di era ekonomi saat ini, banyak bank di Indonesia yang berlomba-lomba mengeluarkan produk tabungan untuk pelajar sekolah. Munculnya minat menabung seseorang merupakan bagian dari motivasi menabung dan kepribadian masing-masing individu. Motivasi seseorang adalah dorongan di dalam diri mereka yang membuat mereka bertindak ketika mereka memiliki kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi. Saat ini permasalahan yang terjadi adalah minat menabung masyarakat Indonesia masih kalah dengan negara lain dan menurut informasi dari Sistem Pengelolaan Sampah Nasional (SIPSN) Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK), Indonesia menghasilkan 68 juta ton sampah sejak tahun 2021. Maka dari itu, pengabdian masyarakat disini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat menabung masyarakat yang dimulai dari siswa sekolah dasar dengan pemanfaatan bahan daur ulang dimana lokasi pengabdiannya adalah di salah satu SD yang ada di kota Denpasar yaitu SD 6 Peguyangan dimana Kota Denpasar adalah Ibu Kota Provinsi Bali yang harus dijaga kelestariannya. Siswa yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 dengan jumlah 31 orang. Pemberian materi dilakukan dengan praktik langsung dalam membuat celengan dari botol bekas. Berdasarkan hasil kreatifitas dan antusias siswa dalam membuat celengan, dapat dikatakan pemberian materi mengenai pentingnya menabung dan hidup tidak boros telah diresapi sejak dini oleh siswa.
