Abstract

Every businessman in the industry in conducting its business continuity capabilities required to maintain a harmonious environment and balanced to support sustainable development. This is more emphasized that any plan the establishment of industrial enterprises is estimated to have a significant impact on the environment must be accompanied Environmental Impact Assessment. The obligation is also a prerequisite for granting industrial enterprises, so that each business establishment industry is always bound to take action preservation capability environment to support environmentally sound development. Implementation of industrial licensing function as a means to control environmental pollution, as the negative impact of various business activities in the field of industry by supporting the principles of environmentally sound development that is being missed a lot of people.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the work environment and teacher performance at SMP N 24 Jambi City and to verify the effect of the work environment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City. The population used is the total number of teachers of SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City, amounting to 44 people. the sample is part of the population that is used as the object of research. The sample in the study was all teachers of SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City, totaling 44 people. Data collection methods in this study are field research and library research, in this study using descriptive analysis methods. Descriptive analysis method provides a systematic structure in organizing the data as well as objective answers and the data is presented in the form of an average, scale range. It is known that the constant value of 0.411 means that if the work environment variable (X) is 0 then the performance variable (Y) is 0.411. Furthermore, with the simple linear regression equation above, there is a positive value for the regression coefficient of the work environment variable, which is 0.657. work (X) is positive if there is a change in the work environment variable, it will cause a unidirectional change in the teacher performance variable. In this study, it can be analyzed the magnitude of the influence of the work environment on teacher performance that is equal to 0.657. it means that if the work environment (X) on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City increases by 1%, the teacher's performance will increase 65.7%

Abstract

CV Artha Mandiri Group is a company (Persero) engaged in equipment leasing and contracting. This study aims to describe job satisfaction, work environment, CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency, to find out and analyze the increase in job satisfaction and work environment.  To answer the research objectives, the authors used theoretical studies related to research variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment. In addition, the authors also look for relevant previous research in the form of previous articles/journals and theses to support this research. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of CV Artha Mandiri GroupThe results of a simple linear regression analysis are obtained by the equation Y = 1.773 +0.032 Meanwhile, from the hypothesis testing carried out. The results obtained show that job satisfaction and work environment have increased significantly Merangin Regency, totaling 98 employees. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be it can be concluded that CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency has high job satisfaction, unfavorable work environment. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future we can focus more on improving a more conducive work environment so that employee performance is higher than before.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe work facilities and the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center staff, to identify and analyze the effect of facility work on the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center staff. The benefit of this research is to provide additional information for interested parties in the industrial world about work facilities related to employee performance so that efforts can be made to maintain work facilities that can improve work for employees. This research is a descriptive research to test the hypothesis, the sample of this research is the Merlung Inpatient Health Center staff as many as 33 people, using the population census method as respondents in answering the statements. Data collection techniques using statements. The data analysis technique used is SPSS with simple regression analysis and t test. The research method uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods with library research, research fields, and questionnaires. The location of this company is on Jl. Bhakti Husada, Merlung, Kec. Merlung, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi 36552, Indonesia. The result of calculating the t-count value is 3,063 using the SPSS program while the t table is 2,039 with a significant level of 5%, df (31) from the t table distribution. Shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (t-count > t-table) = 3.063 > 2.039. This shows that work facilities affect the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center employees. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS it shows that work facilities affect the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center employees seen from the value of the coefficient of determination with a value of 0.232 or 23.2% while the rest 76.7% by other variables not explained in this lesson. This shows that work facilities affect the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center Employee Performance. It is hoped that the Merlung Inpatient Health Center will pay attention to inadequate or incomplete facilities to support employee work processes and have an impact on work results.

Abstract

Anak merupakan tunas, potensi, dan generasi muda penerus cita- cita perjuangan bangsa wajib dilindungi dari segala bentuk perlakuan tidak manusiawi, kekerasan maupun diskriminasi. Maraknya kejahatan/kekerasan seksual terhadap anak menuntut perhatian serius dari negara, pemerintah maupun masyarakat pemerhati anak untuk mengambil langkah strategis dalam penanggulangan terhadap kejahatan tersebut. Lahirnya UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 tentang tentang Perlindungan Anak dan UU No.12 tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual mempertegas keinginan serius Negara/Pemerintah melindungi anak dari kejahatan seksual yang bertujuan untuk memberikan efek jera pada pelaku. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memicu terjadinya kekerasan seksual terhadap anak serta menemukan model sarana penanggulangan yang tepat terhadap pelaku. Permasalahan mendasar penulisan artikel ini adalah apakah faktor-faktor yang mendorong perlunya penanggulangan kejahtan seksual anak dan bagaimana model sarana yang tepat untuk menanggulangi pelaku kejahatan tersebut. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor internal dan eksternal yang memicu terjadinya kejahatan seksual anak dan model penanggulangan kejahatan seksual anak lebih diutamakan pada penggunaan sarana penal dan non penal secara simultan dengan melihat kondisi pelaku. Simpulan artikel ini menegaskan bahwa belum ada model yang tepat dalam penanggulangan kejahatan seksual terhadap anak, baik sarana penal maupun non penal, sangat tergantung pada kondisi pribadi pelaku.
