Abstract

Salah satu penyebab kegagalan menyusui pada ibu antara lain kurangnya kepercayaan diri pada ibu. Relaksasi autogenic training (RAT) merupakan metode untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan membangun pikiran positif ibu.  Hal ini sesuai dengan teori keperawatan self-care dari Orem yang bertujuan membantu ibu mencapai kemandirian untuk mempertahankan hidup, kesehatan, perkembangan, dan kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek RAT terhadap keberhasilan menyusui pada ibu postpartum.  Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experiment dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design.  Sampel terdiri dari masing-masing 15 responden untuk kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol.  RAT diberikan melalui media audio voice selama 10-15 menit sebanyak 2-3 kali sehari selama 7 hari.  Posttest dilakukan dengan cara observasi melalui kunjungan pada hari ketujuh. Instrumen Via Christi Breastfeeding Assessment Tool yang telah valid dan reliabel digunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan menyusui. Analisis data menggunakan t-test. Hasil: ibu yang melakukan RAT bisa menyusui lebih efektif dibanding kelompok kontrol (p=0,000). Diskusi: RAT memberikan ketenangan dan kemudahan kepada responden dalam membantu meningkatkan keberhasilan menyusui karena memiliki efek relaksasi. Kesimpulan: RAT efektif terhadap keberhasilan menyusui. Oleh karena itu RAT dapat digunakan oleh perawat sebagai sebuah asuhan keperawatan dalam program dukungan ibu menyusui di rumah sakit atau fasilitas kesehatan.Kata Kunci: autogenic training, menyusui, relaksasiRelaxation Effects of Autogenic Training on Lactation Success in Post Partum MothersABSTRACTOne of the causes of failure to breastfeed, among others, is a lack of confidence in mothers. Autogenic relaxation training (RAT) is a method to increase self-confidence and build positive thoughts for mothers. This is in accordance with Orem's self-care nursing theory, which aims to help mothers achieve independence to maintain life, health, development, and well-being. Objective: This research aims to reveal the effect of RAT on breastfeeding success in postpartum mothers. Methods: This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The samples consisted of an intervention group and a control group, with 15 respondents for each. RAT was given through audio voice media for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times a day for 7 days. The posttest was conducted using observation through visits on the seventh day. A valid and reliable instrument of the Via Christi Breastfeeding Assessment Tool was used to assess breastfeeding success. Data were analyzed using a t-test. Results: Mothers who did RAT could breastfeed more effectively than the control group (p=0.000). Discussion: RAT provides comfort and convenience to respondents in helping to increase breastfeeding success because it has a relaxing effect. Conclusion: RAT is effective for breastfeeding success. Therefore, nurses can use RAT as nursing care in breastfeeding mother support programs in hospitals or health facilities.Keywords: autogenic training, breastfeeding, relaxation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of head room transactional leadership on the implementation of nursing nurses' nursing care. The design of this study was Quasy Experiment with pre and post test design with control group. The results of the analysis of transactional leadership data have a significant effect on the implementation of nursing care in the intervention group with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05. Whereas in the control group there were differences in the pre and post measurement values of week VI of the Implementation of Nursing Care with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05. Conclusion, in the intervention group it was found that the measurement of the implementation of the first, second, and third post nursing care had a significant increase from 77.55 to 105.45 but not yet reached the optimal value. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of nurses' Islamic behavior to the ability to implement Islamic nursing care inpatients at the Sukapura Jakarta Islamic Hospital in 2019. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental method with the research design is pre and post with control group design. Results The intervention group from the measurement before intervention was obtained a mean value of 82.53 and after intervention 98.68 at the measurement of week VI, with a difference of 16.15. While the average value in the control group between measurements before 75.34 and at the measurement of week VI obtained a mean value of 86.06 with a difference of 10.71. In conclusion, the application of Islamic behavior is effective in implementing Islamic nursing care at Sukapura Islamic Hospital, Jakarta in 2019. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of the implementing nurse on Watson's caring behavior at Bhayangkara Hospital Tk I R. Said Sukanto. The research method is descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that caring behavior was influenced by years of service (p = 0.002) OR = 7.167. Multivariate results obtained that the variables significantly related to caring behavior were years of service, which were controlled by confounding, namely age and marital status. The model formed is declared feasible because it meets the model's meaning seen from the Omnibus test value (p = 0.000). Based on the Nagelkerke R Square value = 0.384, the independent variables contained in the model (length of work, age, marital status) can explain caring behavior by 38.4%. In conclusion, the working period is the dominant factor in caring behavior. Keywords: Characteristics of Nurses, Caring Behavior, Implementing Nurses

Abstract

ABSTRAK Stroke merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di dunia karena menjadi penyebab kematian ketiga di dunia juga termasuk di Amerika setelah penyakit jantung dan kanker, bahkan stroke juga  menjadi penyebab pertama kecacatan. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan kkemandirian pasien pasca stroke di Rumah Sakit  Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih, meliputi : 1) Peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan fungsi kognitif dan  kemandirian bagi Perawat, Nakes lainnya dan pasien,   2) Skrinning tentang Fungsi kognitif dan kemandirian pasien pasca stroke, 3) Bina suasana dengan cara optimalisasi club  stroke RSIJCP, pendampingan , 4) monitoring dan evaluasi kemajuan pasien pasca stroke. Strategi yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui pelatihan MMSE dan BADL adalah fase persiapan, fase pelaksanaan dan fase evaluasi serta tindak lanjut. Pelatihan di tujukan untuk Tenaga perawat di Lingkungan Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta. RSIJ  Cempaka Putih, RSIJ  Pondok Kopi, RSIJ  Sukapura, dan RS Islam Jiwa Klender, kegiatan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik, ada pre test dan post test dan ada kenaikan sebesar 43%. Dari kegiatan pelatihan didapatkan nilai pre tes dan post tes mengalami kenaikan yang bermakna. Materi pelatihan di buat Modul pelatihan. Kata Kunci: Stroke, Preventif, Promotif  ABSTRACT Stroke is a major health problem in the world because it is the third cause of death in the world, including in America after heart disease and cancer, even stroke is also the first cause of disability. The objectives of implementing improvement activities to improve the cognitive abilities and independence of post-stroke patients at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih, include: 1) Increasing the knowledge and ability of cognitive function and independence for Nurses, other health workers, and patients, 2) Screening of cognitive function and patient independence post-stroke, 3) Fostering the atmosphere by optimizing the RSIJCP stroke club, mentoring, 4) monitoring and evaluating the progress of post-stroke patients. The strategies carried out in Community Service activities through MMSE and BADL training are the preparation, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up phases. The training is aimed at nurses in the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Environment. RSIJ Cempaka Putih, RSIJ Pondok Kopi, RSIJ Sukapura, and Klender Mental Islamic Hospital, the training activities went well, there were pre-tests and post-tests and there was an increase of 43%. From the training activities, the pre-test and post-test scores experienced a significant increase. The training material is made into a training module. Keywords: Stroke, Preventive, Promotive

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kejadian pandemi covid 19 yang merupakan kejadian luar biasa pada seluruh  aspek kehidupan termasuk aspek/bidang kesehatan, bagi tenaga kesehatan  terutama perawat, yang menjadi salah satu subyek penting pada garda terdepan dalam memberikan pelayanan khususnya pemberian asuhan keperawatan secara paripurna, walau dengan kondisi pasien yang infeksius. Situasi kesehatan  pasien yang turun naik tanpa bisa di prediksi , makin banyaknya pasien baru bermunculan dan ketidak tersediaan ruang rawat di berbagai rumah sakit, akan meningkatkan resiko gangguan kesehatan mental emosional pada perawat itu sendiri, akhirnya   kondisi tersebut bagi tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat dapat memperburuk daya tahan tubuh dan membuat rentan untuk juga terinfeksi covid 19. Tujuan program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah umtuk meningkatkan  pengetahuan dan kemampuan perawat dalam mengenal kesehatan mental emosionalnya serta mampu beradaptasi dalam berbagai kondisi sehinga terbentuknya pribadi sehat fisik dan mental yang profesional. Adapun metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan pendekatan advokasi,   bina suasana dan pemberdayaan perawat. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan . Pemberdayaan melalui Pembentukan Kelompok Kerja Kesehatan Jiwa (Pokja Keswa) “Edukasi Sejawat Hebat”. dan Pelatihan Pokja Keswa terhadap kesehatan jiwa, tehnik relaksasi serta  deteksi dini. Kata Kunci: Sejawat Hebat, Meningkatkan, Kesehatan Jiwa  ABSTRACT The Covid 19 pandemic is an extraordinary event in all aspects of life including aspects/fields of health, for health workers, especially nurses, who are one of the important subjects at the forefront in providing services, especially providing complete nursing care, even with the patient's infectious condition. . The patient's health condition fluctuates without being predictable, causing many new sufferers to emerge and the unavailability of inpatient rooms in various hospitals, will increase the risk of emotional mental health disorders for the nurses themselves, ultimately these conditions for health workers, especially nurses, can improve endurance. and makes you more vulnerable to contracting COVID-19. The purpose of this community partnership program (PKM) is to increase the knowledge and ability of nurses to recognize their emotional mental health and to be able to adapt to various conditions so that a healthy, physically and mentally professional person is formed. The implementation method in community service is by advocacy, atmosphere building and nurse empowerment approaches. Abstract

Mutu suatu rumah sakit ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satu faktor utama suatu rumah sakit adalah sumber daya manusia, sumber daya manusia yang baik dan kompeten merupakan langkah awal lahirnya pelayanan rumah sakit yang prima. mengutamakan motivasi dan kompetensi sebagai tolak ukur pelayanan keperawatan khususnya di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu jenis penelitian yang menekankan waktu pengukuran/pengamatan data pada variabel bebas dan variabel terikat hanya sekali dalam satu waktu. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja perawat, rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi acuan utama bagi rumah sakit dan mendorong mereka untuk menjadi referensi penelitian berkelanjutan berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Patients with chronic kidney failure can improve the quality and quantity of life by undergoing kidney replacement therapy. In clients with kidney failure, to eliminate residual toxins, excess fluid and to improve electrolyte adequacy using the principles of external and internal dialysis osmosis systems, hemodialysis is required. Based on data taken in the first trimester of 2023, the average rate of anemia in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing regular hemodialysis in hospitals. Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih is known to have 163 active patients on regular hemodialysis or as many as 6-8% have anemia with an average HB value <10 grams/dl, an average of 4-6% excess fluid, 5-7% less family support, Because the fees are 5-10%. The description above explains that in patients on hemodialysis for chronic kidney disease at RSIJ Cempaka Putih, the rate of renal anemia and fluid overload is still quite high and the achievement of hemodialysis adequacy has not yet been achieved to the maximum. Integrated educational implementation is to maintain Kt/V, Kt/V is the ratio of urea clearance or clearance (K) and hemodialysis time (t) to the distribution volume of urea in human body fluids (V) thus making hemodialysis effective for cleaning toxins waste from body metabolism. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of integrated education on adequacy in patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital. The research method that the researcher will carry out is quantitative analysis with a cohort approach, using the Dependent T Test. Furthermore, the targeted outputs are teaching materials for adequacy management in hemodialysis patients, final research reports, publication of scientific journals of at least Sinta 4, Integrated Education Benner on Adequacy Management. The statistical test results obtained a value of 0.0001, so there was an average difference between the first and second knowledge adequacy measurements for respondents (hemodialysis nurses) after the intervention. The influence of integrated education on the adequate management of care for hemodialysis patients at the Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital. Keywords: Integrated Education, Adequacy Management, Hemodialysis    ABSTRAK Penderita penyakit gagal ginjal kronik untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hidupnya dengan melakukan terapi pengganti ginjal. Pada klien gagal ginjal untuk menghilangkan sisa toxik, kelebihan cairan dan untuk memperbaiki ketidakseimbangan elektrolit dengan prinsip osmosis system dialisa eksternal dan internal diperlukan tindakan yaitu hemodialisa. Berdasarkan data yang diambil pada tri-semester awal 2023, angka rata-rata anemia pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis secara reguler di RS. Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih diketahui sejumlah 163  pasien aktif dengan hemodialisis reguler atau sebanyak 6-8  % mengalami anemia dengan rata-rata nilai HB<10 gram/dl, Kelebihan cairan rata-rata 4-6 %, Dukungan keluarga 5-7% kurang, Karena biaya 5-10 %. Gambaran diatas menjelaskan bahwa pada pasien dengan hemodialisis  pada penyakit ginjal kronik di RSIJ Cempaka Putih, angka anemia renal dan kelebihan cairan masih cukup tinggi dan pencapaian adekuasi hemodialisis belum pada pencapian yang maksimal. Implementasi edukasi  Terintregasi adalah untuk mempertahankan Kt/V, Kt/V adalah rasio dari bersihan urea atau klirens (K) dan waktu hemodialisis (t) dengan volume distribusi urea dalam cairan tubuh manusia (V) sehingga membuat hemodialisis menjadi efektif untuk membersihkan toksin-toksin sisa metabolisme tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi terintegrasi terhadap adekuasi pada pasien yang  menjalani hemodialisis di rumah sakit islam jakarta cempaka putih. Metode penelitian yang akan peneliti lakukan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Kohort, dengan menggunakan Uji T Dependent. Selanjutnya luaran yang ditargetkan adalah bahan ajar manajemen adekuasi pada pasien hemodialisis, Laporan akhir penelitian, Publikasi jurnal ilmiah minimal Sinta 4, Benner Edukasi Terintegrasi terhadap Manajemen Adekuasi. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai 0,0001, sehingga terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara pengukuran pengetahuan adekuasi pertama dan kedua bagi responden (perawat hemodialisa) setelah dilakukan intervensi. Adanya pengaruh edukasi terintegrasi terhadap manajemen adekuasi asuhan pasien hemodialisis di rumah sakit islam jakarta cempaka putih. Kata Kunci: Edukasi Terintegrasi, Manajemen Adekuasi, Hemodialisis

Abstract

One of the impacts of the problems caused by the pressure and stress that takes place continuously on nurses in health care facilities, can result in the emergence of mental emotional emotional and behavioral disorders. worsens the body's resistance, and makes it vulnerable to also being infected with Covid-19. This study aims to find the relationship between the role of the nurse practitioner and Mental Emotional Disorders in Handling Covid 19. This research is an analytical descriptive study with a retrospective cohort design which is a research design that captures an event and its effects at a previous time. The statistical test that researchers will use is Multiple Logistic Regression Analysis. The results showed that bivariate analysis of the role of nurses and co-variates with mental emotional disorders, it can be seen that the variables of the nurse's role, gender and having been exposed to Covid gave significant results with mental emotional disorders with a p value <0.05. in the role of nurse, katim has a greater chance (OR 1.97) of experiencing mental emotional disorders. besides that, male gender (OR 2.53) and people who have never been exposed to covid (OR.1.09) also have the same opportunity to experience emotional mental disorders.

Abstract

This study aims to identify an analysis of factors related to nurses' job satisfaction during the COVID-19 transition period. This research method uses a cross-sectional design because the measurements of the independent and dependent variables are measured simultaneously at one time. The results of the research towards the final stage of this modeling, the results obtained based on the table above can be concluded that the value of R Square (R2) = 0.311, which means that the coaching and work motivation variables influence nurses' job satisfaction by 31.1% with the strength of the influence of a strong correlation with a significant p-value = 0,000. From the results of this equation, the regression obtained is nurse job satisfaction = 77.466 - 0.956 (coaching) - 0.942 (motivation)+0.026 (coaching and motivation). The conclusion is that coaching is the most dominant factor related to job satisfaction. Keywords: Coaching, Job Satisfaction, Motivation, COVID-19 Transition Period
