Abstract

This study aims to determine the supply pattern of staple food , the  availability of staple food, and energy  avaibility from staple foods on the irrigated and rainfed rice farmers household in Karanganyar Regency. Samples totaling 150 rice farming households consisting of 90 irrigated rice farmers households and 60 rainfed rice farmers households  in four districts ( Karanganyar, Gondangrejo, Jaten, and Jatipuro District ) in the Karanganyar  Regency. Data used include the primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the supply pattern  of staple food on rice farmer households in Karanganyar is from  production itself  and production itself plus of purchase. Average of staple food avaibility on irrigated rice farmer household  was 64.75 Kg per month and 65.05 kg per month on rainfed rice farmers  household. Average availability of energy from staple food on irrigated rice farmers household  was  2516.69 kcal / person / day and on the rainfed rice farmer households    was3584.53kcal/person/day.Keywords: Availability, staple food, energy, Karanganyar Regency

Abstract

Potato is one of the vegetable commodities that are utilized by its tubers and have the potential to be developed, as is the case in Magetan Regency. This study aimed to analyze the costs, revenues, productivity, income, profits, efficiency, and profitability, as well as to compare the potato farming of Granola and Atlantic varieties. Location determination was done purposively with 100 respondents. The data used was quantitative data and the data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Z distribution statistical tests at 95% confidence level (? 0.05). The results showed that the amount of granola potato farming costs was IDR 99,103,163 / ha / MT, revenue of IDR 158,310,720 / ha / MT, productivity of 22,590 kg / ha, income of IDR 101,857,730 / ha / MT, profit of Rp 59,207. 557 / ha / MT, efficiency 1.60 and profitability 0.60. While the cost of atlantic variety potato farming is IDR 97,332,514 / ha / MT, revenue is IDR 130,464,460 / ha / MT, productivity is 18,718 kg / ha, income is IDR 74,530,033 / ha / MT, profit is IDR 33,141,946 / ha / MT, efficiency 1.34 and profitability 0.34. There are differences in productivity, income, profits, efficiency, and profitability between the granola and atlantic varieties of potato farming. This research is expected to be an input for farmers to maximize the care of their farms so as to increase productivity, income, and profits of farmers.

Abstract

”Janggelan” (Mesona palustris BI) that known by the name of Black Cincau is one of the plant species in Indonesia are grown widely in Pacitan, especially in Bandar sub district. “Janggelan” in Bandar subdistrict has good prospects to be developed because a lot of production and marketing is widespread. This opportunity was captured by residents in the “Jeruk Village”, Mr. Suyanto who processing wet “janggelan” into dry “janggelan” with the business name "Suyatno Janggelan" and Mr. Haris Kuswanto who processing “dry janggelan” become Cincau with the business name "Cincau Lestari". Problems encountered in the development of “Janggelan Business” are limited means of production, the production process is not suitable to the standards of food processing and financial management is not well ordered. Activities were undertaken aim to improve the performance of both SMEs partners. Activities include training of the Good Manufacturing Process (GMP), practical bookkeeping training and the introduction of production technology in the form of janggelan chopper machine, stainless steel drum for cooking “janggelan”, and the generator as a power source for a mechanical stirrer. From this activity, SMEs partners can increase the production and quality of products that suitable to the standards of Good Manufacturing Process, and have the financial records. At the end, this activity can increase revenues of SMEs partner.Keywords: “janggelan”, the performance of SMEs, production technology, financial management

Abstract

The research was aimed to identify the cost, revenue, income, and efficiency of red tilapia raising I Polanharjo Sub-District, Klaten. The basic methode of this research is descriptive analysis. The selected samples were Janti, Ngajat, and Sidowayah Villages based on the fact that the aforementioned were the major sites of red tilapia raising with large ponds and large red tilapia populations. Datta collecting was conducted through observation, interview, and record-keeping. Data consisted of the primary and secondary data. The data was analysed using cost, revenue, income, and efficiency analysis, Research result indicated that the total cost in red tilapia raising in rapid water ponds was to Rp 49.059.430,00 for one cycle of fish raising. The level of mean revenue obtained by a fish farmer is equal to Rp 5L 461.465,83, The mean income obtained by a fish farmer of equal to Rp 2.402.035,8T. The efficiency is equal to 1,05 showing that red tilapia rasing in rapid water ponds in Polanharjo Sub-District, Klaten is efficient,Keywords : raising, red tilapia fish , rapid water, income, efficiency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu menghasilkan Rancangan media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial untuk mahasiswa FKIP PBSI Wisnuwardhana di dalam kelas ataupun pada latihan dasar teater. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dari penjabaran materi yang berada dalam media video tutorial. Hasil penelitian ini berwujud. Pertama, unit pendahuluan berupa pembukaan pengenalan, konsentrasi dan meditasi Kedua, berisi vocal, gerak dan penggunaan pancaindera dalam pementasan. Ketiga, berisi karakterisasi. Rancangan tersebut divalidasi oleh dua validator media guna kevalidan data. Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor 89% dan 91%. Dengan demikian, rancangan media VITOR ini layak dan dapat diimplementasikan untuk tahap selanjutnya. Keseluruhan isi pada rancangan media VITOR dapat digunakan dosen sebagai suplemen dalam matakuliah pementasan drama.
