Abstract

Bojonegoro is one of regency in East Java which attempt to develop the economic condition. An effort is being actively developed is agroindustry based raw materials locally. One of the many commodities produced is cassava. This study aims to map the potential of agroindustry processed cassava and formulate development strategies of processed cassava agroindustry. This study uses descriptive analytical method by using primary data in the form of the potential of agroindustry data and data of leading agroindustry strategic factors. Method of Comparison Exponential (MCE) and Borda method was used to rank the agroindustry potention and SWOT analysis was used to formulate the development strategies of processed cassava agroindustry. The results showed that based on the analysis of MCE, processed cassava agroindustry spread in 15 sub district, they are: Balen, Bubulan, Dander, Gondang, Kadewan, Kalitidu, Malo, Margomulyo, Ngasem, Purwosari, Sekar, Sumberrejo, Tambakrejo, Temayang and Trucuk. Based on Borda analysis showed that processed cassava agroindustry is the fourth leading agroindustry in Bojonegoro. Processed cassava agro-ndustry development strategies include: Improved volume and diversification of processed cassava products, increase product quality based on product quality, packaging innovations marketable, post-harvest training and product safety, maintain continuity of raw materials through cooperation with farmers' groups, introduction of machine dryer according to the needs of craftsmen. Abstract

SMEs of Asri Rotan has economic potential, but also has disadvantages such as limited technology and business management weaknesses. This study aims to analyze the advantages potential, formulating business development strategies for SMEs Asri Rotan and followed up with partisipatory action as realization of the development strategies. This study uses a participatory action approach and using the primary database include revenue, costs, internal factors (strengths-weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities-threats). The analysis tools are profit analysis and SWOT Analysis. Results showed that SMEs Asri Rattan is profitable and feasible to developed. Alternative development strategies for SMEs Asri Rattan include: Maintaining the quality of products to enhance product competitiveness, establish partnerships with agents to maintain continuity of supply and demand, increase the capacity of production technology, improving business management, optimum use of government support, increasing the skill and creativity of human resources for increased competitive advantage. Partisipative action as realization of development strategies include: training of simple bookkeeping, preparing financial report, preparing business plans, increasing production technology capacity.Keywords: SME of Asri Rattan, profit analysis, development strategies, action research

Abstract

”Janggelan” (Mesona palustris BI) that known by the name of Black Cincau is one of the plant species in Indonesia are grown widely in Pacitan, especially in Bandar sub district. “Janggelan” in Bandar subdistrict has good prospects to be developed because a lot of production and marketing is widespread. This opportunity was captured by residents in the “Jeruk Village”, Mr. Suyanto who processing wet “janggelan” into dry “janggelan” with the business name "Suyatno Janggelan" and Mr. Haris Kuswanto who processing “dry janggelan” become Cincau with the business name "Cincau Lestari". Problems encountered in the development of “Janggelan Business” are limited means of production, the production process is not suitable to the standards of food processing and financial management is not well ordered. Activities were undertaken aim to improve the performance of both SMEs partners. Activities include training of the Good Manufacturing Process (GMP), practical bookkeeping training and the introduction of production technology in the form of janggelan chopper machine, stainless steel drum for cooking “janggelan”, and the generator as a power source for a mechanical stirrer. From this activity, SMEs partners can increase the production and quality of products that suitable to the standards of Good Manufacturing Process, and have the financial records. Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah usaha produk pangan olahan yang terus meningkat menuntut pemilik usaha untuk memasarkan produknya dengan lebih baik dan efektif. Salah satu metode pemasaran yang dinilai efektif saat ini adalah menggunakan celebrity endorser. Celebrity endorser sebagai pemilik dan pengiklan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sosial media Instagram untuk memasarkan produknya. Produk pangan olahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas produk Ayam Geprek Bensu, Mie Bangcad, Filosofi Kopi, dan Sang Pisang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengaruh atribut celebrity endorser terhadap intensi dan perilaku pembelian produk pangan olahan di Jakarta. Data dianalisis menggunakan konsep Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) dan modifikasi TRA yaitu sikap dan norma subjektif menjadi atribut celebrity endorser yaitu keterpercayaan, keahlian, daya tarik interpersonal, kualitas dihargai, dan kesamaan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen terhadap produk pangan olahan di Jakarta. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan analitis dengan teknik survei. Metode pengambilan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 70 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan pencatatan dengan alat pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner secara online menggunakan google form. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterpercayaan, keahlian, daya tarik interpersonal, dan kesamaan secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi pembelian produk pangan olahan di Jakarta dan intensi pembelian konsumen secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku pembelian produk pangan olahan di Jakarta. Kualitas dihargai tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian produk pangan olahan di Jakarta

Abstract

Makanan halal tidak hanya diminati oleh masyarakat muslim namun masyarakat non muslim juga tertarik untuk mengkonsumsi. Makanan olahan beku halal merupakan makanan yang diminati oleh masyarakat kota. Gaya hidup konsumsi makanan olahan beku halal terkhusus masyarakat kota yang memiliki aktifitas padat merupakan peluang bagi produsen untuk semakin mengembangkan usaha. Untuk menangkap peluang tersebut maka produsen perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat memberikan pengaruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi niat beli konsumen terhadap makanan olahan beku halal di Kota Surakarta. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku persepsian, sertifikasi halal, kesehatan pemasaran halal dan kualitas halal. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis dan survei. Metode pengambilan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik survei dan pencatatan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku persepsian, sertifikasi halal, kesehatan dan pemasaran halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli produk makanan olahan halal di Kota Surakarta dan variabel kualitas halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap dalam niat beli produk makanan olahan beku halal di Kota Surakarta.
