Abstract

Batik is one of the original types of Indonesian culture, even UNESCO has determined Batik as one of the world's cultural heritages. In its development came a variety of batik motifs including the ways or processes used in producing batik. Indonesia recognizes batik as a form of art work done by humans by giving certain patterns to plain cloth by waxing wax to block color, which is what is known as batik cloth. The making of written batik requires special expertise because the process must be carried out through certain stages. The quality of the finished batik cloth is very dependent on the skills of batik craftsmen to go through each stage of the batik process. Sengguruh Village, Malang Regency has a Batik Written UKM which has quite potential to develop its business. But the lack of the number of crafters possessed is an obstacle in producing written batik. Another obstacle experienced is the lack of understanding of written batik craftsmen to each stage of the process that must be passed. The results of the written batik SOP training provide new knowledge and provide deeper understanding to the batik crafters, so that when the batik process is passed well it will produce batik cloth which is also better in quality.

Abstract

Currently, rice farming land is getting narrower because it is pressed for housing. Ways are needed to utilize narrow land to develop a rice farming system, including hydrogenic farming, which is an organic cultivation system by planting rice on humus soil in plastic cups planted in a row of paralon pipes above fish ponds, integrating a hydro system (water circulation) nutritious and organic systems (without chemical fertilizers). This Community Partnership Program aims to deal with the problems experienced by service partners, namely the Self-help Agricultural and Rural Training Center "Bengkel Mimpi" in Malang Regency which carries out hydroganic rice cultivation, namely how to obtain alternative sources of electricity so that financial expenditures for electricity can be increased. So far, only state electricity company can save more/reduce, so that the solution and output target implemented in overcoming these problems is in the form of a solar power plant which is used to drive 12 hydraulic water pumps. The method of service is action research: discussion, design and application of solar power plants. After going through technical calculations, 6 100 wp solar panels were installed, complete with support brackets, 3 100 AH batteries, 1 solar charge controller, 1 3000 WA inverter, 12 water pumps. The advantage of this solar power plant is the design aspect of the solar panel support bracket which is made attractively resembles the shape of a sunflower. The test results have been carried out in sunny conditions this solar power plant produces 2,144 Watt Hours. The output of this Community Partnership Program can be used as a model for alternative sources of electricity in other villages nationally, especially on hydrogenic and hydroponic agricultural lands which are located far from the state electricity network. Abstract

Saat ini ada cara lain untuk memanfaatkan lahan sempit sebagai usaha untuk mengembangkan hasil pertanian, yaitu dengan cara bercocok tanam secara Hidroponik. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menangani beberapa permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra pengabdian yaitu Kelompok Wanita Tani “Anggrek” di Desa Sutojayan Kecamatan Pakisaji Kabupaten Malang. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh “Anggrek” adalah cara penanaman yang efisien pada lahan sempit dan pengembangan teknologi sumber tenaga listrik alternatif. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami oleh KWT “Anggrek” yaitu penanaman sayur di lahan terbatas secara efisien dengan menggunakan energi listrik mandiri. Solusi dan target luaran yang akan dilaksanakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut berupa sebuah greenhouse dengan tanaman hidroganik yang menggunakan pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) untuk menggerakkan pompa air hidroponik dan lampu penerangan jalan di kawasan greenhouse. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: (1) Diskusi kebutuhan; (2) Desain dan perhitungan greenhouse, hidroponik, dan PLTS; (3) Pembuatan dan pengoperasian greenhouse, hidroponik dan PLTS. Hasil PKM ini adalah sebuah greenhouse dengan pertanian sistem hidroponik energi listrik mandiri, meliputi 4 buah solar panel 100 wp lengkap dengan bracket penyangga, 2 buah battery 100 AH, 1 buah solar charge controller, 1 buah inverter 1000 WA, 4 buah pompa air;  Keberadaan Greenhous Hidroponik dengan PLTS ini dapat menjadi sarana edukasi bagi pihak yang mengunjungi sehingga ada kemungkinan untuk mengembangkannya di daerah lain

Abstract

Penelitian didasarkan pada rencana strategis induk penelitian Universitas Merdeka Malang yang masuk dalam kategori kewirausahaan.  Penelitian  memiliki tujuan yang spesifik untuk memperoleh sebuah gambaran mengenai Financial Life Skills khususnya pada mahasiswa peserta pelatihan. Penelitian diikuti oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Merdeka Malang sejumlah 24 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat dilihat terjadi perbedaan yang nyata antar sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan Finansial Life Skill.  Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya adanya pelatihan Financial Life Skill guna meningkatkan daya saing lulusan Universitas Merdeka Malang. Pelatihan FLS tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan investasi tetapi juga pengetahuan dan sikap yang bisa mendukung saat mahasiswa lulus dan memasuk dunia kerja. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) design an information system related to marketing audits, especially marketing functions in the form of an E-Marketing Audit model design based on conceptual studies and empirical exploration, 2) develop a web-based information system, and 3) apply the E-Marketing Audit model for SMEs Malang City. This study uses a qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is conducted to define the need for marketing audits using depth in interviews to enrich the development of conceptual models and applicable systems.  While system development uses the waterfall SDLC model development method. This method is a sequential or sequential approach to the software life flow starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. The object of research is an SME in Malang City, observation activities are conducted on 20 SMEs in Malang City and depth interview is conducted with 3 SMEs who represent the characteristics needed in this research. This activity is aimed at elaborating on the need for the formation of a model as a basis for designing an applicable model of E-Marketing audit for SMEs in Malang. The results obtained are in the form of a web-based marketing audit system that is ready to be used by prospective users (SMEs). The resulting marketing audit system features recording product sales, recording of production costs and product price variations, recording sales channels (if an SME uses more than 1 distribution channel), auditing promotional activities by connecting the system to social media and measuring its impact. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i2.5097

Abstract

Sejak masa desentralisasi fiskal dan otonomi daerah dimulai pada tahun 2000 setiap daerah di Indonesia dituntut untuk dapat mememenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri melalui penerimaan daerah. Oleh sebab itu untuk, meningkatkan penerimaan daerah dapat diupayakan melalui pajak daerah. Pendapatan yang paling besar dan potensial dari PAD adalah sektor penerimaan pajak daerah. Walaupun secara nominal pajak daerah selalu meningkat namun kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap PAD masih kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh jumlah penduduk, dana bagi hasil, terhadap pajak daerah kota Malang tahun 2008-2017. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) kota Malang dan Badan Pengeloaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) kota Malang. Data yang digunakan adalah data runtut waktu (time series) selama 10 tahun yaitu tahun 2008-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pajak daerah, sedangkan variabel DBH negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pajak daerah kota Malang pada tahun 2008-2017.https://doi.org/10.26905/jrei.v8i1

Abstract

Minat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain dari dalam diriserta lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan dampak faktor internaldan faktor eksternal terhadap minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa Universitas Merdeka Malang.Metode analisis yang dipergunakan ialah regresi berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah110 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemudiandiolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Kualitas data diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas, ujireabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada hipotesis pertama bahwafaktor internal (X1) menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Minat Kewirausahaan (Y).Hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapMinat Kewirausahaan (Y). Hipotesis ketiga bahwa faktor internal (X1) dan faktor eksternal (X2)secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan Minat Kewirausahaan (Y) MahasiswaUniveritas Merdeka Malang.

Abstract

National economic development can be realized, one of which is economic independence by encouraging the number of entrepreneurs, increasing business activities in the form of businesses and businesses on a small, medium or large scale. One of the potentials to become independent entrepreneurs is young people who of course must first have the provision of education. The reality is that there are still school-age teenagers who do not have the opportunity to get the right to education due to several things, one of which is economic limitations that prevent them from continuing their education. The consequences that arise from situations that are not good, namely teenagers who cannot continue their schooling will cause a new problem for both the child himself and his environment. The form of community service activities carried out is holding written batik training activities targeting marginal groups in Sengguruh Village, Malang Regency with a total of 30 participants. The purpose of this activity is to provide training participants with the opportunity to develop themselves and get alternative business ideas. The results obtained from this activity are an increase in insight and skills in making batik, increasing motivation for training participants to develop themselves, participants getting alternative business ideas that can be chosen as professions that have the potential to generate income and obtain business network information

Abstract

To encourage the development of a business, a. During the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently being experienced by the Indonesian nation, more strategies and efforts are needed for business actors, especially UMKMs, to maintain their business. Therefore, business continuity can run, community economic empowerment and assistance are needed to stimulate small entrepreneurs to develop their businesses sustainably. One of the economic empowerment activities is the handmade batik UKM development program implemented by the PPMUPT team at Merdeka University Malang in Sengguruh Village, Malang Regency. The target partners are UKM Batik Zheng, which functions as a production unit and as a training center to improve community skills. Entering the second year, the target of the activities being carried out is to start a batik training center. At the end of the activity, the goal of empowerment was realized, namely the survival of the production circulation of Zheng Batik UKMs during the Covid-19 pandemic that was hitting so that craftsmen could still earn income, and an increase in the number of craftsmen from the participation of the surrounding community, so that there was a harmonious synergy between UKMs and the people of Sengguruh Village.ABSTRAKDalam upaya mendorong berkembangnya sebuah usaha, diperlukan sebuah. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang dialami bangsa Indonesia saat ini, diperlukan strategi dan upaya lebih keras lagi bagi para pelaku usaha khususnya UMKM untuk dapat mempertahankan usahanya. Oleh karena itu agar keberlangsungan usaha tetap berjalan, diperlukan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dan pendampingan yang menstimulus pengusaha kecil untuk dapat mengembangkan usahanya secara berkelanjutan. Salah satu kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi tersebut melalui program pengembangan UKM batik tulis yang dilaksanakan oleh tim PPMUPT Universitas Merdeka Malang dilaksanakan di Desa Sengguruh, Kabupaten Malang. Sasaran mitra adalah UKM Batik Zheng yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai unit produksi namun juga sebagai sentra pelatihan dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat. Memasuki tahun kedua ini target kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah merintis sentra pelatihan membatik. Pada akhir kegiatan terwujud tujuan pemberdayaan yaitu bertahannya sirkulasi produksi UKM Batik Zheng di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang melanda sehingga pengrajin tetap menperoleh pendapatan, dan bertambahnya jumlah pengrajin dari partisipasi masyarakat sekitar, sehingga ada sinergi yang harmonis antara UKM dengan masyarakat Desa Sengguruh.Kata kunci: batik zheng; usaha kecil menengah; pemberdayaan; sentra pelatihan

Abstract

In achieving long-term goals and specific targets researchers will develop a model ESRM (entrepreneurial Skill Reinforcement Model) in order to create a strong competitive edge in the face of the complex economic conditions. The existence of limited information regarding training and education that strengthens entrepreneurial skills can affect the quality of an entrepreneur. This study aims to cluster and need analyze the interests of students in entrepreneurship at the University of Merdeka Malang. The method that will be used in this research is using the clustering method, where at this stage the student's entrepreneurial interest will be clustered, then a need assessment is carried out and then the model design is carried out according to the student's needs. In the next stage, a model for strengthening entrepreneurial skills was designed and then improved with focus group discussions and expert tests so that the model became feasible and suitable to be applied. Then it will be tested in a trial class to test the effectiveness of the model. The results of the model's feasibility analysis show that there is a strong agreement between experts and practitioners on the feasibility of the developed model. In addition, based on the effectiveness test, the research product in the form of ESRM is categorized as effective for increasing entrepreneurial skills instudents.
