Abstract

One of the common problems that occur in Indonesia concerning the issuance of Sukuk is the limited issuance of Sukuk by companies. There were only two types of Sukuk issuance issued by companies, namely Mudaraba Sukuk and Ijarah Sukuk, and based on the data of OJK Sukuk Statistics, as of 2017 the issuance of Ijarah Sukuk still dominates Sukuk issuance. We investigated to discover how issuers of Sharia bonds (Sukuk) choose between the issuance of Mudaraba Sukuk and Ijarah Sukuk structures, based on the determinant factors of company characteristics, variables related to Sharia, and type of company industry. The population in this study were companies that issue Mudaraba Sukuk and Ijarah Sukuk. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The selection of the research sample consists of 27 issuers that issued 59 Ijarah Sukuk and 31 Mudaraba Sukuk during the period of observation. By implementing a probit regression analysis, the results showed that leverage level, Sharia compliance, and financial industry type might all influence the choice of companies to issue Mudaraba Sukuk.JEL Classification: G12, G23, O16DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v22i4.2368

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the brand image, brand origin and purchase intension. The model in this study refers to the theory of country of origin, which in essence a consumer will connect the perception of a product or brand based on the origin of manufacture. Sampling method used is Random sampling, with the number of respondents a number of 140 respondents. Methods of data collection, by survey and observation. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression used to analyze the relationship between the origin of the brand, brand image, the impression of quality and purchase intention. This study confirms the influence of local origin and the impression of quality on purchasing intentions. This study also confirmed the influence of regional origin with the impression of quality. Survey results show that Solo Batik excels in brand reputation, favorite motifs and color preferences compared to other types of batik in Java.

Abstract

Some research shows that microfinance institutions can help them improve their standard of living. In organizational behavior theory, a leader really determines the success of a program. However, no leadership model has been found in Islamic microfinance institutions that play a role in the success of the program to help increase the lives of customers who are on the verge of poverty. Research in the first year has concluded that vision, hope / faith, altruistic love, meaning / calling, membership, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on spiritual leadership. The implication of the results of this study is that the management of human resources (HR) and company management along with all policies directly related to HR aspects are better based on the application of spiritual leadership by managers. However, empirical evidence has not yet been found that the role of spiritual leadership on the successful management of poverty alleviation programs in Islamic microfinance institutions. The second year of research aims to find empirical evidence with a qualitative approach. data with content analysis approach.

Abstract

This research is designed to examine the income smoothing in Indonesia. Incomesmoothing can be defined as a means used by management to diminish the variability ofstream of reported income numbers relative to some perceived target stream by the manipulation of artificial (accounting) and real (transactional) variables (Koch, 1981).Three main issue investigated in this reseach were factor influencing income smoothing andthe income smoothing effect to return and risk (beta) of public companies stocks in Indonesia.Eighty three listed in Jakarta stock exchage (JSX) selected using purposive sampling methodwere used as reseach sample. The sample was then classified into smoother and nonsmoother using Eckel’s model, used income after tax. The result showed that 45 companiespracticed income smoothing and 38 companies didn’t practiced income smoothing bycompanies listed in JSX.Common and special statical test according the hypothesis were used in this reseach.Common statical includes descriptive statistic, normality data test(with one sampel kolmogorov smirnov) and population test with Mann Whitney test or t t est. All kind of common statical test concluded that data was distributed unnorrmally and the sample came from the same population.The first hypothesis examined whether NPS, Profitabilitas, Net Profit Margin,Leverage, Industrial sector, and winner losser stocks influenced income smoothing. Logisticregression was used to the test this hypothesis and concluded that the first hypothesis cannotrejected, so all the factors hypothesized were not influence income smoothing. The secondhypothesis examined whether there was return difference between smoother aand nonsmoother. This hypothesis was tested with independent sample t test and concluded that therewas no return difference between smoother and non smoother. The third hypothesis examinedwhether there was risk ( beta) difference between smoother aand non smoother. This hypothesis was tested with independent sample t test and concluded that there was no risk (beta) difference between smoother and non smoother.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik budaya organisasi unggul di Industri Batik Laweyan Surakarta Jawa Tengah. (2) Mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai yang mendasari karakteristik budaya organisasi unggul di Industri Batik Laweyan Surakarta Jawa Tengah. (3) Mengidentifikasi peran budaya organisasi unggul di Industri Batik Laweyab Surakarta Jawa Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan metode dskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (Case study). Data studi kasus diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi atau arsip. Untuk mendapatkan data yang benar-benar valid, maka pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan tehnik triangulasi yaitu pengecekan atau sebagai pembanding terhadap data tersebut. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik BO unggul di industri batik berbasis Islam, sebagai berikut: (1) adanya sifat profesionalitas (professionality), (2) adanya sifat agresivitas (agresivity) dalam bekerja, (3) adanya sifat kreatif (creative) dari karyawan dalam menjalankan pekerjaan, (4) adanya sifat inovatif dalam pengembangan disain produk, (5) adanya sifat ketelitian (attention to detail) dalam bekerja, (6) adanya nilai keahlian (full expertise) dalam melaksanakan tugas kerja, (7) adanya nilai keharmonisan kerja (harmonity) dalam melakanakan tugas kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Firm Size, TipeIndustri, Profitabilitas dan Leverage terhadap Corporate SocialResponsibility Disclosure (CSRD) pada perusahaan manufaktur yangterdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Hipotesis dalampenelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Firm Size, Tipe Industri, Profitabilitas danLeverage secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapCorporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD).Profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Leveragediproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Teknik sampling yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling dandidapatkan 40 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel. Metodeanalisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi linear bergandayang sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesismenggunakan uji statistik t, uji statistik F dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukkan bahwavariabel Tipe Industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CSRD.Firm Size, Profitabilitas dan Leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidaksignifikan terhadap CSRD. Sedangkan secara bersama variabel-variabelindependen berpengaruh terhadap CSRD. Koefisien determinasimenunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,172 yang berarti secarabersama-sama variabel-variabel independen menjelaskan CSRD sebesar17,2%, sedangkan sisanya 82,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loans (NPL),Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to DepositRatio (LDR) and Size to Profitability (Case Study in BankingCompanies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 Period). The sampling technique used in this study was apurposive sampling technique with the criteria of Foreign ExchangeConventional Commercial Banks that publish annual financialreports during 2013-2017 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange websiteand the website of each Foreign Exchange Conventional CommercialBank. The method of data analysis in this study with multiple linearregression analysis previously tested the classical assumptions.Hypothesis testing uses t statistical test, F statistic test and coefficientof determination. The results showed that partially showed that theCAR, NPL, LDR, and Size variables had a negative but notsignificant effect on profitability, NIM had a significant positive effecton profitability, and BOPO had a significant negative effect onprofitability. While together the independent variables have an effecton Profitability. The adjusted R square value is 0.913, which meansthat the sixth ability of the independent variable can explainProfitability of 91.3%.

Abstract

This activity is a community service carried out in the City of Jebres for a micro-enterprise (UMKM) with the business name PCM Jebres. The spread of COVID-19 that hit Indonesia directly had a negative impact on micro-enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the City of Jebres. The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) by both central and regional governments significantly reduces consumer access to these micro-enterprises. The purpose of this community service is to increase the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of business owners in selling through social networking media. The method of implementation includes the first stage of socialization and preparation, the second stage is the circumcision of materials, the third stage is the implementation, the fourth stage is monitoring and evaluation then the last stage is the preparation of scientific reports and publications. Results obtained after mentoring show an increase in partners' understanding of the P-IRT submission process. This activity is expected to be an example for other micro-businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and be a solution to the existing MSME problem. This service has been implemented socialization of P-IRT submission program in January. Based on the results of the evaluation before and after the event, participants already understand how the P-IRT submission process. Participants have filled out the official adjutant form of socialization of surakarta health office. Among the requirements is a photo of yourself. Participants who do not have a photo of themselves are directly helped in the photo at the place of activity. The next activity is adjutant technical guidance to the Surakarta Health Office and uploading P-IRT adjutant.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian jangka panjang adalah mengembangkan model pengembangan strategi organisasi pada industri mebel Trangsan Sukoharjo Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian tahun pertama adalah: (1) Menggali penyebab terjadinya perubahan organisasi pada industri mebel Trangsan. (2) Menggali dampak perubahan organisasi pada industri mebel Trangsan. (3) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat perubahan organisasi pada industri mebel Trangsan. Lokasi penelitian berada di industri mebel yang mengalami perubahan strategi pascapandemi Covid-19 sehingga mengalami peningkatan penjualan dan berbasis ekspor. Industri tersebut adalah CV Rattan Kita, CV Primuss Sumber Jaya, Rotan Kita dan CV. Saingan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan penyebab terjadinya perubahan organisasi antara lain: (1) karena perusahaan berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan dan selera konsumen, (2) keinginan untuk selalu meningkatkan penjualan produk mabel dan rotan, (3) karena pemerintah dorongan, (4) peningkatan pemenuhan kebutuhan furnitur, (5) gangguan rantai pasok global. Konsekuensi dari perubahan organisasi antara lain: (1) peningkatan volume permintaan atau pesanan yang diterima industri, (2) kenyamanan dan kepercayaan karyawan dalam bekerja, (3) perubahan sistem operasional industri furnitur, (4 ) peningkatan upaya promosi yang semula fokus di dalam negeri. menjadi promosi luar negeri, (5) kemudahan pengadaan bahan baku rotan.

Abstract

Pandemi berdampak sistemik terhadap keperilakuan termasuk dalam niat beli sehingga konsumen memilih produk palsu untuk pemenuhan kebutuhannya. Tujuan riset menguji sejumlah faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli ulang produk palsu. Jumlah sampel 100 orang generasi milenial dengan analisis yaitu regresi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa variabel pembelian sebelumnya berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli produk palsu, sedangkan variabel faktor sosial dan sikap tidak berpengaruh, Keterbatasan dan juga saran riset lanjutan dijelaskan untuk menjadi kajian di riset lanjutan.
