Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporategovernance terdiri dari kepemilikan institusional, proporsi dewan komisaris independen, komite audit dan leverage terhadapkinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2012.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 134 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2012. Data laporan keuangan diperoleh dari annual report masing-masing perusahaan yang didapat dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.Sedangkan Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Proporsi dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Serta leverage berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan

Abstract

Dana talangan haji di perbankan syariah meskipun sudah tidak beroperasi lagi, namun untuk melakukan rekonstruksi dana talangan haji diperlukan analisis mendalam strategi yang dilakukan ketika program tersebut masih dijalankan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan analisis Business Model Canvas digunakan untuk menganalisis program tersebut. Untuk mengisi 9 kotak MBC dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pegawai perbankan yang pernah menangani hal tersebut. Meskipun perbankan syariah sudah tidak menjalankan program tersebut, namun masih banyak lembaga keuangan syariah yang mendanai ibadah haji seperti Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah, Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil dan Pegadaian Syariah.

Abstract

This activity is a community service carried out in the City of Jebres for a micro-enterprise (UMKM) with the business name PCM Jebres. The spread of COVID-19 that hit Indonesia directly had a negative impact on micro-enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the City of Jebres. The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) by both central and regional governments significantly reduces consumer access to these micro-enterprises. The purpose of this community service is to increase the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of business owners in selling through social networking media. The method of implementation includes the first stage of socialization and preparation, the second stage is the circumcision of materials, the third stage is the implementation, the fourth stage is monitoring and evaluation then the last stage is the preparation of scientific reports and publications. Results obtained after mentoring show an increase in partners' understanding of the P-IRT submission process. This activity is expected to be an example for other micro-businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and be a solution to the existing MSME problem. This service has been implemented socialization of P-IRT submission program in January. Based on the results of the evaluation before and after the event, participants already understand how the P-IRT submission process. Participants have filled out the official adjutant form of socialization of surakarta health office. Among the requirements is a photo of yourself. Participants who do not have a photo of themselves are directly helped in the photo at the place of activity. The next activity is adjutant technical guidance to the Surakarta Health Office and uploading P-IRT adjutant.

Abstract

The Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy has a huge impact on all sectors, not only the health sector but also the economic sector. The government is very concerned about the Indonesian economy because there has been an economic decline and slowdown. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made many companies experience a decline in profits. This research uses a type of quantitative research, where data is expressed with numbers and the results of calculations and measurements. In this study, researchers will take data samples on the PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk website (https://www.garuda-indonesia.com) for the period 2018-2021, this type of research is time series data or only once collected based on time sequence. The results of this study are that the measurement of profitability ratios with ROA can be found that there are no differences in financial performance before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of measuring the liquidity ratio with CR, it can be seen that there is no difference in financial performance before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of measuring the solvency ratio with DER, it can be seen that there are no differences in financial performance before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing on purchase loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Starbucks products in Sukoharjo. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study was Starbuck Coffee consumers in Sukoharjo. The sampling technique for this research is nonprobability sampling.  The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. The results of this study are digital marketing has a significant positive effect on purchase loyalty. Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on digital marketing.  The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing affects purchase loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Starbucks products in Sukoharjo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan citra merek terhadap niat beli ulang produk Mie Gacoan di Kota Surakarta, dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli ulang konsumen terhadap produk Mie Gacoan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan Mie Gacoan dalam mengelola bauran pemasaran yang efektif dan memperkuat citra merek mereka untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan niat beli ulang. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan juga memiliki peran penting sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi hubungan antara bauran pemasaran, citra merek, dan niat beli ulang.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times and advances in education, a more prosperous economy, socio-cultural changes in society, and the development of sophisticated science and technology, can facilitate human activities. This is in line with the term industrial revolution 4.0 where one of its characteristics is technological advancement and the era of digitalization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction for the go-food feature of pt.gojek indonesia. This research method is quantitative, the population of this research is all students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. And the number of samples of this study were 200 respondents. The results of the study are service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis yang sangat pesat telah berdampak pada semakin banyaknya unit usaha baru yang dirintis masyarakat baik yang berskala kecil, menengah maupun yang berskala besar. Fenomena tersebut diikuti dengan pesatnya perkembangan bisnis kedai kopi. Dengan banyaknya kedai kopi yang ada di Surakarta membuat semakin ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia bisnis, dengan semakin banyaknya tingkat persaingan maka dibutuhkan pula fungsi pemasaran yang baik, yang akan memberikan kepuasan dan menimbulkan loyalitas kepada pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada kedai kopi cold n’ brew fajar indah surakarta. Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini ialah pelanggan Kedai Kopi Cold N’ Brew dan jumlah sampel penelitian ini 120 responden. Hasil penelitian ialah variabel bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  Variabel bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variable mediasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran merek loyalitas merek dan asosiasi merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Smartphone Iphone di Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk google form dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna smartphone iphone, sedangkan sampel diambil melalui metode menggunakan non probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum di kota Surakarta yang membeli smartphone iphone sebanyak 100 responden. Uji instrument data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Lalu untuk uji asumsi menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel loyalitas merek dan asosiasi merek berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel kesadaran merek tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
