Abstract

Acara Vincent and Desta merupakan acara gelar wicara yang menghadirkan narasumber dengan belakang yang beragam. Pada Acara Vincent and Desta, pembawa acara dan narasumber melakukan percakapan murni atas pemikiran mereka dan tanpa teks. Sehingga peserta tuturan dan penonton harus dapat memahami makna dan informasi dalam percakapan agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman. Dalam hal ini, implikatur percakapan terjadi apabila suatu informasi disampaikan secara tidak langsung. Penutur ingin memaksudkan hal yang berbeda dengan apa yang dituturkannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis implikatur percakapan yang ada dalam acara Vincent and Desta pada youtube Vindes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik simak catat. Teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis implikatur percakapan dalam acara Vincent and Desta pada youtube Vindes. Jenis-jenis implikatur percakapan yang dominan diperoleh adalah 20 data implikatur percakapan umum, 6 data implikatur percakapan berskala, dan 14 data implikatur percakapan khusus.

Abstract

This journal aims to examine education and the manufacture of dishwashing soap. Dish washing soap is an ingredient used for all household cooking utensils made from a mixture of alkali (sodium or potassium hydroxide) and triglycerides from C16 carbon chain fatty acids through a saponification reaction. The Real Work Lecture Work Program to Build a Village in Teratak Buluh Village involves housewives in RT 01, RW 01, Dusun I. This Work Program is accompaniment and also teaches housewives in the market village about making laundry soap. plate. It is hoped that this program can be sustainable and have a positive impact on the environment and the welfare of the local community. Hopefully with this soap making training work program, the Teratak Buluh village community can make their own soap products and can open the eyes of the Teratak Buluh village community

Abstract

Riau University as a state university that has the duties and functions of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research, and community service. The form of community service carried out by students is in the form of Real Work Lectures (KUKERTA). KUKERTA is a field learning activity carried out by students that aims to have a positive impact on the community by providing learning in an innovative and creative way, as well as developing potential and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the local community. This activity is expected to increase student creativity to implement their knowledge in carrying out work programs and provide learning for students in interacting with the community. Real Work Lecture (KUKERTA) is one of the compulsory subjects taken at the University of Riau when entering an odd semester or having fulfilled the credit requirements set by the University of Riau.

Abstract

Presentations become an important weapon for teachers in the classroom. This is what makes the teacher the most important person in the class when learning is done. It is the teacher's presentation that makes it easy for students to understand until later they really understand the material that must be achieved by each student. Based on this, the author plans training on the use of Hyperlink for teachers in schools. The hope is that through this training, teachers will have easy and inexpensive technological competencies. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reading attitudes of high school students in order to develop effective strategies to improve mastery of information through reading. The research was conducted using descriptive methods. The data source is students at the high school level with a limited sample of 31. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by observing the items that determine students' attitudes related to reading. The analysis process is strengthened by descriptive statistics. The results of the research show the order of students' reading attitudes from highest to lowest, namely: observing the title of the reading source before reading, looking for a safe environment, looking for reading friends, helping friends in understanding reading, looking for information related to the benefits of reading texts, reading anything, motivating yourself, asking friends or teachers if you don't understand, trying to do assignments, using free time to read, and implementing the principle of mandatory reading. All attitudes carried out by students have a positive impact on strengthening reading skills and ultimately broadening horizons and information.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the required listening comprehension learning media for lecturers and students, and assess their suitability for today's digital era in higher education. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The informants in this research involved students from Indonesian Language and Literature Education from Riau University, Riau Islamic University, and Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University who took Listening classes in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program. Data were collected through open questionnaires distributed to participants using Google Forms comprising 30 questions. The data analysis involved various stages, including data recording, accuracy verification, database structure development, calculating data acquisition percentages based on classification, data analysis, and data summarization. The results indicated that the needs for digital-based listening comprehension learning media were determined based on four indicators: content, language, graphics, and learning media aspects. The envisioned learning media should take the form of an application with comprehensive and meaningful teaching materials, including ebooks, integrating textual, visual, and video content to reflect the local wisdom of Riau culture, thereby fostering students' critical thinking, reasoning, and imagination skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the quality or ability to complete gap text as a strategy for understanding information. The research method uses a descriptive-inferential quantitative approach. The research sample was 28 students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, FKIP, Riau University, which was carried out in 2022. The data collection technique was a test on gap text. Data analysis techniques included scoring and assessing the results of respondents' entries through descriptive statistics and decision analysis through normality tests and one-sample t tests. The results of the analysis of completing incomplete text as a strategy for understanding information were an average of 71,50 with the independent category. The normality test had a normal distribution through the Shapiro-Wilk value of 0,949 at a significance of 0,187, the t test obtained ttable -1,704 < tcount 0,125 < ttable +1,704 and a significance value of 0,902 > 0,05. The test results provide a conclusion that the quality of completing incomplete text can help in understanding the information in a text. Significantly, the quality of completing incomplete text had a positive impact on strategies for understanding information in the text.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah tuturan yang dihasilkan oleh penutur pasti mempunyai maksud dan fungsi. Maksud dan fungsi digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi berupa pikiran, gagasan, perasaan, maupun emosi, baik secara langsung atau pun tidak langsung. Klasifikasi fungsi tindak tutur yang terdapat dalam tuturan ilokusi direktif mempunyai dua fungsi mendasar dalam tuturannya. Fungsi yang pertama, yakni menyatakan sesuatu, sedangkan fungsi kedua melakukan tindakan atas tuturan itu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur direktif dalam video ceramah tentang vaksin oleh Ustadz Adi Hidayat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode simak-catat dengan mendeskripsikan data kualitatif. Terdapat beberapa jenis tindak tutur direktif yang dituturkan oleh Ustadz Adi Hidayat yakni: perintah, permintaan, ajakan, larangan, nasihat dan kritik. Jumlah dari tiap jenis tindak tutur direktif yang ditemukan masing-masing yakni: direktif-perintah berjumlah 35 data tuturan. Direktif-permintaan berjumlah 22 data tuturan. Direktif-ajakan berjumlah 22  data tuturan. Direktif-larangan berjumlah 17 data tuturan. Direktif-nasihat berjumlah 24 data tuturan. Direktif-kritik berjumlah 14 data tuturan, dengan jumlah keseluruhan 134 data tuturan. Selain itu, ditemukan juga fungsi tindak tutur direktif yang terdapat pada video ceramah tentang vaksin yang disampaikan oleh Ustadz Adi Hidayat sebanyak 20 fungsi tindak tutur direktif dalam video ceramah vaksin Ustadz Adi Hidayat.
