Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  sejauhmana pelatihan berpikir optimis efektif untuk meningkatkan harga diri pelacur yang tinggal di panti dan luar panti sosial. Subjek penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang tinggal di panti ataupun luar panti sosial, berusia 15 sampai 30 tahun dan berpendidikan minimal SD. Jumlah pelacur yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 orang. Pelatihan berpikir optimis diberikan dalam 5 sesi dan setiap sesi berlangsung selama 120 menit. Adapun data mengenai harga diri diperoleh dari skala harga diri. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah anava gain score. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antar kelompok subjek dalam hal peningkatan Harga diri dan (2) tidak ada perbedaan antara subjek yang tinggal di panti dan luar panti sosial dalam hal peningkatan harga diri. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pelatihan berpikir optimis efektif untik meningkatkan harga diri pelacur yang tinggal di panti dan di luar panti sosial, tetapi harga diri pelacur yang tinggal di panti sosial tidak lebih tinggi daripada harga diri pelacur yang tinggal di luar panti.

Abstract

Jumlah pelacur di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang serius mengingat fakta adanya kaitan erat antara pelacur dengan penggunaan NAZA dan penularan AIDS/HIV. Berbagai pihak, baik melalui swadaya masyarakat maupun yang diusahakan pemerintah, berusaha menanggulangi masalah pelacuran ini. Secara formal pemerintah mempunyai dua macam cara penanganan, yakni sistem resosialisasi yang dikelola oleh Dinas Sosial di bawah Departemen Dalam Negeri, dan sistem panti yang dikelola oleh Departemen Sosial. Hal ini justru menunjukkan ketidakpaduan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi masalah pelacuran di Indonesia. Melalui artikel ini akan dievaluasi keberadaaan resosialisasi dalam menanggulangi masalah pelacuran di Indonesia.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan salah satu tahap perkembangan yang memiliki ciri khas di dalam tahap perkembangannya, salah satunya yaitu berkaitan dengan relasi dengan lawan jenis. Dewasa ini bentuk relasi lawan jenis di kalangan remaja sudah semakin mengkhawatirkan, dimana mengarah pada perilaku seksual pranikah. Aspek kepribadian yang erat kaitannya dengan asertivitas memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan perilaku seksual remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengurangi perilaku seksual pranikah pada wanita dengan pelatihan asertivitas normative sebagai upaya preventif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode action research dengan subjek yaitu kelayan Panti ?X? Yogyakarta.   Skala yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan skala asertivitas yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan paired sample t-test dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan perilaku seksual pranikah dan peningkatan asertivitas pada subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa wanita yang mengikuti pelatihan asertivitas normatif mengalami penurunan perilaku seksual pranikah dan peningkatan asertivitas.Kata kunci: Pelatihan asertivitas normatif, perilaku seksual pranikahTeen was one stage of development that has a characteristic in its development stages, one of which is related to relationships with the opposite sex. Today the relations of the opposite sex among teenagers were increasingly worrying, which leads to premarital sexual behavior. Aspect of personality that was closely related to assertiveness plays an important role in the development of adolescent sexual behavior. The purpose of this research is to reduce premarital sexual behavior in women with normative assertiveness training as preventive efforts. Research methods using action research with the subject were kelayan Panti "X" Yogyakarta. The scale used to collect data with assertiveness scale given before and after training. Analysis of the data by using a paired sample t-test and the results showed that a decline in premarital sexual behavior and increased assertiveness on the subject of research. Based on the result of study concluded that women who followed a normative assertiveness training decreased premarital sexual behavior and increased assertiveness. Keyword: Assertiveness normative training, pre-marriage sexual behavior

Abstract

Many  factors such as individual, social, environment, organization and work characteristic factors  potentially raising stress.  The aim of this study was to examine the impact  of  appreciative inquiry coaching to reduce work stress of Traffic Policeman. The subjects of this study were Traffic Policeman at Yogyakarta. Experiment design was referred pretest-posttest control group design. Subject divided into two groups, experimental  group and control group. The experimental  group was the one who received appreciative inquiry coaching as treatment  and  waiting  list  for  control  group. The effectiveness  of coaching measured by Traffic Policeman Work Stress Scale that have been given for two groups of this study 3 weeks after  and before treatment. By using mixed-anova, the result indicated that Appreciative Inquiry Coaching reduced work stress of Traffic Policeman significantly (F=179.192, p<0.01).

Abstract

Standardized state Exam (Ujian Nasional/UN) is one of the root causes of anxiety instudents. The results of a preliminary study in SMAN Y Yogyakarta known 29% students of class XII having anxiety in dealing with the UN. Test anxiety will affect the performance of students for the examination. This study develops Kebersyukuran training as an alternative to solving anxiety permasalahans facing the UN in Class XII. The design used is untreated Control Group Design With Pretest And Posttest Sample. Quantitative data analysis is done through a mixed ANOVA statistical test to determine the effects of training kebersyukuranthe experimental group and the control group between before and after training. The resultsof the study are kebersyukuran training can reduce anxiety dealing with the UN on highschool students.

Abstract

Anxiety against liberation is a feeling of fear and concern, felt by someone who underwent a period of custody and will undergo a period of free. This anxiety will make a person feeling ostracized, denied his presence, even humiliated or insulted. One of the factors that considered influential in the reduction of anxiety against liberation is positive thinking. The purpose of this study was to develops positive thinking training as an alternative to solving anxiety problems facing the anxiety against liberation in children at prison special for children. This experiment conducted with untreated control group design with pretest and posttest design. Quantitative data analysis is done through a mixed ANOVA statistical test to determine the effects of positive thinking training to the experimental group between before and after training. The results of this study are positive thinking training can reduce anxiety against liberation on children in prison.

Abstract

Future orientation of junior high school students is an orientation in the educational field. Students are faced with choices of the next level of their study, which is either to senior high school, Islamic senior high school (MA), or vocational high school with choices of interests/specializations. Students are expected to choose the continuation of their study according to their abilites, interest, and aptitude. However, the students find it hard to determine their future orientation. This present study aims at examining whether “Goal setting” training can improve the future orientation of junior high school students. The subjects in this study are 45 students aged 13-14 years (21 students into the experimental group and 24 students to a control group) junior high school students who earn a medium score in the scale of future orientation and goal setting. The experimental design employed in this study is untreated group control design with dependent pretest and posttest samples. The data analysis that is used is Independent Samples t-test. The results showed that the "Goal setting" training can improve the future orientation of junior high school students.
