Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge to the formation of Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all generation Z in class XI of SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep, South Sulawesi with a total of 131 generations with a purposively drawn sample of 57 people with several criteria. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. This study consists of 3 variables consisting of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial interest, and self-efficacy. Data analysis used path analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of Generation Z. In addition, there is also a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship of Generation Z. Other findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest, and finally it was found that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest through Generation Z's self-efficacy.

Abstract

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was Labakkang District Head, Pangkep Regency. The problem is: (1) the lack of public knowledge (housewives and young women) about the use of plastic waste into selling value products and (2) the lack of skills of housewives and young women in processing plastic waste into sale value products. The targets are housewives and young women. The methods used are: observation, testing, training, and evaluation. The results achieved are (1) housewives and young women have very high levels of participation in training in processing plastic waste into valuable products and (2) housewives and young women have the knowledge and skills to process plastic waste into products selling value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on product purchase decisions at the Sewing House of Akhwat Makassar. This research is categorized as a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased products at the Makassar Sewing House in July 2019 as many as 101 consumers. Sampling was done by means of purposive sampling of 50 consumers. The method of data collection was done by using interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that the variables of brand image and price partially had a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and price variables on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of leaders’ characteristics (motivation, talent, knowledge, and skill) on their own behavior (consideration and initiation structure), the performance of their subordinates, and small business industry growth; and to know which of these factors are most dominant. This research was carried out by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to 260 company leaders in the city of Makassar and the regencies of Maros and Gowa. Sample selection was conducted using proportional accidental random sampling. Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and AMOS were used in data processing. The results show that in general leadership characteristics influence both the performance of subordinates and growth of the small business industry. In specific, the motivation factor directly, positively, yet insignificantly influences consideration, while negatively and significantly influencing initiation structure. The talent factor directly, positively and significantly influences both consideration and initiation structure. The knowledge factor directly, positively, yet insignificantly influences both consideration and initiation structure. The skill factor directly and significantly influences consideration and initiation structure. Consideration and initiation structure directly, positively, and significantly influences the performance of subordinates which in turn directly, positively, and significantly influences growth of the small business industry. The dominant factor influencing consideration is the leader’s skill followed by talent, motivation, and knowledge. The dominant factor influencing initiation structure is the leader’s skill followed by talent, motivation, and knowledge. The dominant factor influencing the performance of subordinates is consideration followed by initiation structure, skill, motivation, and knowledge. The dominant factor influencing small business industry growth is the performance of subordinates followed by consideration, initiation structure, skill, talent, motivation and knowledge

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Produksi, Tenaga Kerja, Modal, Harga dan Jumlah Pohon secara Parsial dan Simultan terhadap pendapatan usaha tani kakao di Desa Batu Ampa Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diolah hasil penyebaran instrumen berupa kusioner terhadap 54 responden yang menjadi petani kakao. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa produksi, tenaga kerja, modal dan jumlah pohon berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani kakao sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani kakao. Hasil analisis secara simultan atau keseluruhan variabel antara jumlah produksi, tenaga kerja, modal, harga dan jumlah pohon memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kakao di Desa Batu Ampa Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju.i

Abstract

The Study aims to know the impact of entrepreneurial literacy and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurial of social science majoring students in SMAN 4 Enrekang. The study was categorized as quantitative work with a population of 160 students, and a samples of 62 students. Data collection is done with documentation and questionnaire technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 16 software. Research shows that: (1) Entrepreneurial literacy does has a positive and significant impact on interest in entrepreneurial of social science majoring students in SMAN 4 Enrekang. (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant impact on interest in entrepreneurial of social science majoring students in SMAN 4 Enrekang.

Abstract

Abstract. The Indonesian UKM Bangkit Program is one of the programs implemented by the Directorate for Research and Community Service, Deputy for Research and Development, Ministry of Research and Technology / National Agency for Research and Innovation for the 2020 Fiscal Year. Rise up by innovating to support Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) / Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UKMK) in running a less contact economy to support the economy to remain productive during the COVID 19 pandemic by prioritizing database-based information technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution ( RI 4.0). This implementation method is the result of an agreement between the Proposer and the Assisted Village and the village partner group is the management of plastic waste waste using the concept of a Waste Bank that is integrated with IT (smartphone-based and Internet of Things-IoT). To achieve its objectives, the activities of UKM Indonesia Bangkit Desa Aeng Batu-batu Kec. Galesong Utara District. Takalar. The method used for the implementation of this activity is the participatory community empowerment method with the Participatory Rural Apraissal model, which is an approach method in the process of empowering and increasing community participation, which emphasizes community involvement in all activities carried out. The concept of a Waste Bank based on Information Technology (using a Smartphone Application and based on IoT (internet of Things) can make it easier for residents. Weighing equipment is placed into the homes of customers who are part of the "BANK WASTE" organization. This tool is placed in every resident's house. plastic is already in the position of transportation, then the officer will carry out the transportation of waste to be used as balance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of academic achievement between students receiving Bidikmisi scholarships and non-Bidikmisi students in the economic education study program majoring in economics, Makassar State University. This study uses a comparative design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 330 students of economic education study program class 2017, 2018 and 2019 and obtained a sample of 34 Bidimisi students and 34 non Bidikmisi students. Data collection using questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique used is a comparative analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the academic achievement of Bidikmisi students in the economic education study program majoring in economics, Makassar State University is higher than that of non Bidikmisi students, although only slightly. In using the comparison test, there is a difference in academic achievement between students receiving the Bidikmisi scholarship and non-Bidikmisi scholarship recipients, but it is not significant.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to find out how strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and marketing strategies applied by clothing traders in The Senggol Market Makassar.This research is qualitative research type. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data.Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation.The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results showed that clothing merchants in Senggol Market implemented marketing strategies by relying on product quality, making sales directly and through internet social media, as well as maintaining good relationships with consumers. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Small Business, Swot Analysis
