Abstract

Increasing the role of women in development and the participation rate of thefemale labor force is partly due to increased female education and poverty. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the demographic, economic, and social influences on the participation of unmarried and married women. Methods analysis of research data it used path analysis method with Smarth PLS. The result of this research is the economic variable has the greatest influence to the participation of unmarried woman work then social and demography variable. Economic variables have the greatest effect on the working participation of married women then demographic and social variables.

Abstract

The population in this study as many as 110 people population in this study wereall employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Pekanbaru are some places inAdrees Soebrantas as many as 24 employees, at White Sands as many as 21employees, branched Sudirman 40 employees, and in Hope Kingdom at 25Employee. So total sample at the Syariah Mandiri branch PT.Bank Pekanbarunumber 110.Because as stated Arikunto taking the entire population beingsampled, while the sampling technique used in this study by census (Arikuto,2007: 115).From the results showed that: 1). There is a simultaneous influence betweenvariable compensation, leadership and work environment on employeeperformance. 2). A significant difference between compensation and performanceEmployee.3). There is a significant relationship between leadership andperformance Employee.4). There is a significant relationship between workenvironment with employee performance.To improve the quality of employees needs to be identified and grouped under theconditions required in awarding compensation, leadership style and workenvironment so that it can decide what to do. a) .Agar created efficiency of workof monitoring and explanation of how to work effectively. b) bonuses, should beincreased back and expected payments do not always late c). Leaders areexpected to work in the company Grama effective in working according to theprocedure. For the Working Environment need to maintain this condition, if theneed to do increase. In terms of working environment the company has been ableto provide the lay out of the den, and prsarana adequate facilities so thatemployees already feel quite comfortable. The communication links alreadyestablished employees are also quite good. Bosses are expected to be moreapproach to employees in order to create a harmonious working atmosphere,open and better in order to increase the performance ofemployees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of UPT LK region I in the quality of workforce in Pekanbaru City (case study of electricity workshop). The population in this study were participants who attended an electric vocational training in UPT-LK region 1 Pekanbaru from 2014-2018 with a population of 513 participants. The sample was taken randomly (random sampling) as many as 84 respondents. The type of data used are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the workforce research coming from UPT LK Region I Pekanbaru have a job suitability with their expertise, then the workforce has technical ability, work discipline, and good morale, the workforce works in accordance with their expertise, and the workforce has a good quality of work compared another.Keywords: Role, quality, labor

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of education and investment on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. The type of data used is secondary data, the method of collecting data is the method of documentation. The data used is time series data for the 2006-2019 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the level of education and investment simultaneously affect the level of increasing unemployment. Partially the level of education has a negative and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate and investment has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate.Keyword : Level od education, Investment, unemployment rate

Abstract

This study This research aims to determine the prospects for soy milk as a home industry for soy milk in Kampar Regency and to examine the problems or obstacles faced in running a soy milk business in Kampar Regency. The population in this study are all business actors who sell and produce soy milk in Kampar Regency. There are 5 business actors. The method used in this study uses a feasibility test, to conduct a review of the feasibility aspects that examine financial and non-financial aspects. In the non-financial aspect through a review of the market aspect, as well as the financial aspect through a review of financial feasibility by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that the non-financial aspects reviewed in the home industry of soy milk in Kampar Regency have prospects and are feasible to be developed, as well as assessing the financial aspects through feasibility calculations showing NPV = 52,327,985 > 0, the value of B/C Ratio 2, 31 > 1, IRR 56.83% > 12% and PP value for 1 year 6 months. From these calculations, it can be seen that the soy milk industry in Kampar Regency has prospects and is feasible to be developed. .Keywords: Prospect, Feasibility Study and soy milk

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi tentang budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention  di RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perawat di RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 83 orang, karena populasi yang terbatas maka populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunkan Sem Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengauh terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengrauh terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Kata kunci : Budaya organisasi, Komitmen organisasi, Kepuasan kerja, Turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of gross regional domestic product (GRDP), capital expenditures and human development on poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Methods of data analysis using analytical methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that gross regional domestic product (GRDP) has a significant negative and significant effect on poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency, meaning that poverty reduction is due to an increase in gross regional domestic product (GRDP) will increase the ability to meet needs so that they can get out of poverty. line of poverty. Capital expenditure has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency, meaning that an increase in capital expenditure actually encourages higher poverty. This is contrary to the hypothesis which states that capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The human development index (HDI) has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency, which means that partially changes in the human development index (IPM) are able to positively and significantly affect changes in poverty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaa asset dalam mendukung pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini merupaka penelitian primer yang menggunakan 48 sampel key informan yang merupakan pihak dari dinas terkait yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan asset di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis yaitu analisis B/C ratio dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Aset yang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi adalah asset Jalan, Irigasi dan Instalasi hal tersebut karena pembangunan jalan dan irigasi memberikan kontribusi dlam kegiatan perekonomian di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang umumnya bergerak di bidang pertanian dan perkebunan. Pengelolaan aset daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi melalui perhitungan B/C ratio tahun 2014-2020 diperoleh nilainya < 1 maka proyek itu tidak ekonomis, yang mana artinya ialah pengelolan asset di Kabupaten Kuantan Singinngi tidak ekonomi yang mana belum memiliki kontribusi yang besar. Strategi yang tepat bagi pemerintah dengan kondisi aset daerah Kebupaten Kuantan Singingi yaitu SO (strength and opportunities) yaitu Strategi ini dibuat berdasarkan penggunaan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Abstract

Today, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are facing the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era with an uncertain, fast-changing business environment, as well as opportunities and threats that are difficult to control, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The failure of MSMEs to adapt to the VUCA era will threaten sustainable competitiveness. This article aims to measure the influence of entrepreneurial principles using the Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) variable as an antecedent of Sustainable Competitive Advantage. The population in this study is a culinary business that participates in Business Development Services in Pekanbaru. Based on Slovin's formula, the number of samples needed is 55 people. The data analysis process uses the SEM method through the Partial Least Square approach. Based on the analysis results, culinary MSMEs in Pekanbaru have implemented all dimensions of EO as a strategy to exploit opportunities that arise in the market to face of the VUCA era. The results of data processing through SEM-PLS method, one of the EO dimensions, namely risk-taking, gets a weak significance or probability value. This proves that MSMEs have not optimized all their resources to transform digitally, innovate and explore creative ideas, and they have not optimally experimented to gain market opportunities.Saat ini, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah menghadapi era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) dengan lingkungan bisnis yang tidak pasti, cepat berubah, serta peluang dan ancaman yang sulit dikendalikan, terutama saat pandemi COVID-19. Kegagalan UMKM untuk beradaptasi di era VUCA akan mengancam daya saing yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh prinsip kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan variabel Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) sebagai anteseden Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha kuliner yang mengikuti Business Development Services (BDS) di Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin, jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 55 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, UMKM kuliner di Pekanbaru telah mengimplementasi semua dimensi EO sebagai strategi memanfaatkan peluang yang muncul di pasar untuk menghadapi era VUCA. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan salah satu dimensi EO yaitu risk-taking mendapatkan nilai signifikansi atau probabilitas yang lemah, artinya UMKM belum mengoptimalkan seluruh sumber dayanya untuk bertransformasi secara digital, berinovasi dan  bereksperimen secara optimal untuk mendapatkan peluang pasar.
