Abstract

The objective of this research is to analize the effect of the education and trainingprogramm, motivation dan job environment again the performance offieldworkers for family planning in Riau Province. This research takes 3 sampleof regency, that they are Pelalawan Regency, Siak Regency and Indragiri HuluRegency. The result of the research indicates that the education and trainingprogramm, motivation and job environment have the effect again the performanceof fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province together. It’s indicated byFratio (25,491) > Ftable (3,100) on significant α = 5%. The formula of the multiplelinear regression is : Y   X  X  X  e 1 2 3 20,467 0,349 0,152 0,060From above formula we can see that the regression coeffisien for threeindependent variables have a positive effect again dependent variables(perfrmance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province). The number ofeffect contributed by the education and training programm, motivation and jobenvironment again the performance of fieldworkers of family planning in RiauProvince can be seen from determinated coefficient (R2) and the figure is 0,465 or45,5%. While closed relationship between independent variables and dependentvariable is indicated by the figure coefficient correlation (R) is 0,682. The parcialtest indicated that the biggest tratio is found on variable the education andtraining programm (X1) the tratio = 4,598 > ttabel = 1,662 with the r2 = 44,0%. Thisresult indicates that the education and training programm has the main factoragain performance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province.

Abstract

This research is conducted at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk Pekanbaru which is have address in Jl. General of Sudirman, Pekanbaru. Amount of sampel in this research is counted 85 people or totalize the overall of population. Intake of sampel relied on census method. While to analyse data, writer use doubled linear regression method constructively peripheral of SPSS Version 17.0.Pursuant to result of test of F known that f value count 15.172, bigger than F of is tables of 3.240 with storey, level of Sig equal to 0.000 < 0.05 meaning h0 refused and Is ha accepted. This matter indicate that Safety variable and health of activity (K3), environmental of discipline and activity by together have an effect on signifikan to employees performance at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk Pekanbaru. Pursuant to result of test of known that that Safety variable and health of activity (K3), environmental of discipline and activity by parsial have an effect on signifikan to employees performance at PT. Wijaya Masterpiece of Tbk Pekanbaru.Contribution influence of Safety variable and health of activity ( K3), environmental of discipline and activity to employees performance at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk Pekanbaru equal to 53,6 %, while the rest 46.4 % influenced by other variable which do not check in this research.Keywords : Performance, Safety and Health, Environmental, Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the effect of organizational commitment, motivation, and work discipline on the employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. The population and the sample in this study were all permanent employees in 2018 of 78 people. The method of data analysis used was multiple linear regression through the SPSS 23 program. Regarding with the result of qualitative research, it indicates that organizational commitment at PT. Sari Lembah Subur is still not good enough. The low dedication and dedication of employees at work and employees are also considered as less loyal toward the company. Work motivation of employees is also still relatively low toward the company. This is due to the lack of stimulus, appreciation and career opportunities. While, the work discipline of employee has been classified as good manner, however, the company is necessary to place the employees in accordance with their abilities and educational background. Further, dealing with the result of quantitative test shows that organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially effect significantly on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. Satisfying organizational commitment, high work motivation and good work discipline will lead to the optimal employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Riau Provincial Education Office. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, Competence and Work Discipline on Performance either partially or collectively on Riau Province Education Office Employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Riau Province Education Office, while the sample in this study were 143 representatives of the Riau Province Education Office employees who had been randomized. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude (1) there is a significant and positive direct influence between Organizational Commitment on the performance of the Riau Provincial Education Office Employees, (2) there is a significant and positive direct influence between Competence and Performance of the Riau Provincial Education Office Staff, (3) There is a significant direct influence between Work Discipline on Performance in Riau Province Education Office Employees, and (4) there is a significant influence between Organizational Commitment, Competence and Work Discipline together on the Performance of Riau Provincial Education Service Employees, with the magnitude of the influence is 43.8%, while the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Competence, Work Discipline and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of PT. Talenggak Jaya Farm in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra province. The population and sample in this study include all employees at Farm, amounting to 60 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The sampling technique that I use is the census technique in which the entire population is sampled in this study. Based on the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t) shows that all the independent variables studied: organizational commitment, job satisfaction and personality have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the simultaneous regression test (F) shows that the three independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable with (R2) 64.7%, the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.Keywords: Organizational commitment, job satisfaction, personality, OCB

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted aimed to measure the extent of public satisfaction with the services performed by the Riau Provincial Revenue Office with the policy of the Minister of State Apparatus No. 16 of 2014 on Public Satisfaction Survey guidelines for the implementation of the Public as necessary to build public confidence in the apparatus as publik services providers in order to improve the welfare of society. Samples of this study consisted of 17 UPT Riau Provincial Revenue Service with analytic descriptive analysis techniques. Results of this study result unit within the overall service of the Provincial Revenue Service is very good with service quality category A (Excellent) with a value of 89.76. Abstract

The impact of the globalization era is very influential on the character of the younger generation today, especially students. There are many impacts that we can feel with the current era of globalization which has a major influence on the character of students. To overcome the degradation impact of the current globalization era, we must try to re-instill character education in students. This is so that students can slowly reduce and even get rid of actions that are not commendable. There are many ways we can re-instill character education in students. One of them is through literature. Literary works are very diverse, one of which is the literary work “Serat Wedhatama”. The research aims to instill character education in students through the texts in “Serat Wedhatama”. The research is included in qualitative research, the primary data in this study are the texts of “Serat Wedhatama”, while the secondary data in this study are books, journals, and others that can support the success of this research. The results of this study include, 1) the text “Serat Wedhatama I” contains religious character education devoted to God Almighty; 2) the text “Serat Wedhatama II” contains religious character education inculcating a sense of tolerance; 3) the text “Serat Wedhatama III” contains religious character education of perseverance in worshiping God Almighty; and 4) in the text “Serat Wedhatama IV” contains religious character education living guided by Islamic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, placement and training on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Petapahan with the aim to determine the effect of recruitment on the performance of employees of PT. Tunggl Yunus Estate Petapahan, to determine the effect of placement on employee performance at PT. Tunggl Yunus Estate Petapahan, to determine the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Tunggl Yunus Estate. to determine the effect of recruitment, placement and training on the performance of employees at PT. Tunggl Yunus Estate Petapahan. The population in this study includes all employees at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Petapahan, totaling 88 people. Sampling that has been selected is the census method (88 employees at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Petapahan). The technique of collecting data by using a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS. The results of the tests that have been done, regression test partially that each independent variable studied (recruitment, placement and training) has an influence on the dependent variable (performance), this is indicated by the results that the recruitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the placement variable has an effect significant on employee performance, while the training variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tun ggal Yunus Estate Petapahan. Meanwhile, the simultaneous regression test shows that the independent variables studied (recruitment, placement and training) have an influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). The amount of influence caused by the three independent variables is 60.8%, while the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Recruitment, Placement, Training, Performance

Abstract

his research was conducted at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work spirit, and work discipline on the performance of nurses at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital in Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all nurses at the Eria Bunda Hospital for Mothers and Children, amounting to 130 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique (census), which makes all members of the population a sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study conclude that: 1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital, 2) work spirit has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital, 3) work discipline has a positive effect and significantly on the performance of nurses at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital, 4) work environment, work spirit, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Spirit, Work Discipline, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi tentang budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention  di RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perawat di RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 83 orang, karena populasi yang terbatas maka populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunkan Sem Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengauh terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengrauh terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Kata kunci : Budaya organisasi, Komitmen organisasi, Kepuasan kerja, Turnover intention
