Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai jalan Datuk Laksamana No 1 Dumai-Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pembinaan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha mitra binaan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai. Sedangkan manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam menerapkan pemberian pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam menumbuhkan semangat jiwa wirausaha usaha kecil pada masa yang akan datang. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha mitra binaan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai diperoleh thitung lebih besar dari t­­tabel yaitu 9.361 > 1,999. Artinya pelatihan dan pembinaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha mitra binaan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai. Besar pengaruh variabel terikat dapat dilihat dari nilai Koefisien determinasi (R square) yang besarnya adalah 0,590 atau 59,0% sedangkan sisanya 41,0%  dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pembinaan, Jiwa Wirausaha.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analize the effect of the education and trainingprogramm, motivation dan job environment again the performance offieldworkers for family planning in Riau Province. This research takes 3 sampleof regency, that they are Pelalawan Regency, Siak Regency and Indragiri HuluRegency. The result of the research indicates that the education and trainingprogramm, motivation and job environment have the effect again the performanceof fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province together. It’s indicated byFratio (25,491) > Ftable (3,100) on significant α = 5%. The formula of the multiplelinear regression is : Y   X  X  X  e 1 2 3 20,467 0,349 0,152 0,060From above formula we can see that the regression coeffisien for threeindependent variables have a positive effect again dependent variables(perfrmance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province). The number ofeffect contributed by the education and training programm, motivation and jobenvironment again the performance of fieldworkers of family planning in RiauProvince can be seen from determinated coefficient (R2) and the figure is 0,465 or45,5%. While closed relationship between independent variables and dependentvariable is indicated by the figure coefficient correlation (R) is 0,682. The parcialtest indicated that the biggest tratio is found on variable the education andtraining programm (X1) the tratio = 4,598 > ttabel = 1,662 with the r2 = 44,0%. Thisresult indicates that the education and training programm has the main factoragain performance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangatkerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Metode penelitian yang dingunakan adalah metode kuestioner, jenis data yang dingunakan adalahdata primer dan data sekunder. Adapun data berjenis data ordinal sedangkan populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 477 (empat ratustujuh puluh tujuh) orang. Adapun sampel yang diambil sebanyak 83 orang. Tekhnik analisis datamenggunakan analisis jalur sehingga diperlukan adanya transformasi data kedalam bentuk method ofsuccesssive intensive (MSI) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic program SPSS versi 17.00Koefisien determinasi yang dikembangkan dengan R2 merupakan proporsi hubungan antara Y denganX diperoleh bahwa R Square adalah sebesar 0,20 atau sebesar 20% yang berarti variabel independenmotivasi, disiplin kerja memberikan sumbangan sebesar 20% terhadap variabel dependen yaknisemangat kerja. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkandalam model penelitian ini. Dari hasil temuan penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusinormal. Terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi, disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pada SkretariatDaerah Provinsi Riau secara signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Abstract

This study focuses on the efforts to analyze the leaderships, work environment and motivation directly or indirectly effect on employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. Primary data were collected using questionnaires as tools to prove the result of the study. The subjects were the employees of Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. This study took 102 respondents as samples. This study using path analysis with SPSS tools to prove the result.The result showed that there are direct and indirect positive effects and significant correlation between the variables of leadership and motivated work environment and employee performance. Based on the test result in this study concluded that the better work environment with leadership and work environment with employee motivation, the better employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. Based on research, leadership in the Office of Education and the culture needs to be fixed with due regard to participatory behavior and discretionary behavior of a leader. While the factor work environment, employee relations and relations among the tops of the factor needs to be improved and employee motivation, rewards and career development in the form of income other than salary should be increased. Therefore, the role of leadership, work environment, motivation, is crucial to improve the employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kepemimpinan,motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Supply ChainManagement (SCM) PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Rumbai.Sebagai variabelindependen adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi,sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja.Metode analisis yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistikinferensial melalui analisis Regresi Berganda. Metode penelitian menggunakanmetode sensus, dimana seluruh populasi sebanyak 45 pegawai Supply ChainManagement (SCM) PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Rumbai dijadikan sebagaisampel dan sekaligus sebagai responden penelitian. Sebeum uji hipotesis,dilakukan uji validitas dan realibilitas terhadap data primer hasil kuisionerdengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 21.0. persamaan regresi kemudiandiuji dengan analisis asumsi klasik yaitu Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, UjiHeteroskedastisitas dan Uji Autokorlasi. Analisis pengaruh variabel independendengan variabel dependen dilakukan dengan analisis pengujian secara parsial,pengujian secara simultan dan koefisien determinan (R2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan kepemimpinan,motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Supply Chain Management (SCM) PT.Chevron Pacific Indonesia Rumbai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and organizational commitment to employees performance at the Office of Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru. Respondents numbered 116 people. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression. The analysis results show that t arithmetic (2,927)> t table (1,981) or Sig. (0.004) <0.05. This means that supervision has a significant effect on performance. The analysis results show that t arithmetic (5,813)> t table (1,981) or Sig. (0,000) <0.05. This means that organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance. The analysis results show F arithmetic (55,685)> F table (3,076) with Sig. (0,000) <0.05. This means that the independent variables of monitoring and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance). R Square value of 0.496. This means that the percentage of independent variable influence (supervision and organizational commitment) on the dependent variable (performance) is 49.6%. While the remaining 50.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.

Abstract

The research was conducted on the Social Service Employees Dumai City with theaim to analyze the influence of variables on the performance ability andmotivation of Social Service Employees Dumai City. The purpose of this studywas to determine the to determine the influence of ability and motivation on theSocial Service Employee Dumai City’s performance.Sampling was carried by census method with the whole population asrespondents, 23 peoples. Analytical methods used are qualitative descriptivemethods, and techniques of data collection is done by using interviews andquestionaires to the overall respondents.From the results obtained that motivation variable was the most dominant factor,with an average at 3,98 which is more higher than the average rate of capacityvariable at 3,64. The recommendation can be given by the author is Dumai CitySocial Service Agency should give more attention to the work ability of employeeby improving the implementation of technical training and the motivation ofemployee should be considered and demand more productivity so that any job isdone maximally, and also the evaluation of employee should be done closely togive more higher performance quality of the employee.Kata Kunci : Ability, Motivation and Employee’s performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of training, communication, andleadership on motivation dan performance of civil servants at Sixth, Seventh AndTwelfth Regional Offices of National Civil Service Agency.The population in this study were civil servants amounted to 240 people. 150 samples were determined by using Slovin formula with concordance rate 5% and taken by stratified sampling method. Data collection technique used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis tool used is SEM using SmartPLS version 2.0.The results of this study indicate that : (1) Training has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s motivation. (2) Communication has possitive and not significant effect on civil servant’s motivation. (3) Leadership has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s motivation. (4) Training has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (5) Communication has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (6) Leadership has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (7) Motivation has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance.

Abstract

The population in this study as many as 110 people population in this study wereall employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Pekanbaru are some places inAdrees Soebrantas as many as 24 employees, at White Sands as many as 21employees, branched Sudirman 40 employees, and in Hope Kingdom at 25Employee. So total sample at the Syariah Mandiri branch PT.Bank Pekanbarunumber 110.Because as stated Arikunto taking the entire population beingsampled, while the sampling technique used in this study by census (Arikuto,2007: 115).From the results showed that: 1). There is a simultaneous influence betweenvariable compensation, leadership and work environment on employeeperformance. 2). A significant difference between compensation and performanceEmployee.3). There is a significant relationship between leadership andperformance Employee.4). There is a significant relationship between workenvironment with employee performance.To improve the quality of employees needs to be identified and grouped under theconditions required in awarding compensation, leadership style and workenvironment so that it can decide what to do. a) .Agar created efficiency of workof monitoring and explanation of how to work effectively. b) bonuses, should beincreased back and expected payments do not always late c). Leaders areexpected to work in the company Grama effective in working according to theprocedure. For the Working Environment need to maintain this condition, if theneed to do increase. In terms of working environment the company has been ableto provide the lay out of the den, and prsarana adequate facilities so thatemployees already feel quite comfortable. The communication links alreadyestablished employees are also quite good. Bosses are expected to be moreapproach to employees in order to create a harmonious working atmosphere,open and better in order to increase the performance ofemployees.
