Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peibedaan: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (2) iklim belajar, (3) iklim praktik, dan (4) produktivitas belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah causal-comparative research. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta dan SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta pada Junisan Bangunan Gedung. Sumber datanya meliputi kepala sekolah, staf, guru, dan siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesahihan instrumen penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis faktor, dan keandalan instrumen diuji dengan menggunakan koefisien alpha dari Cronbach. Dari hasil uji coba instrumen telah memenuhi persyaratan vatiditas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis komparatif. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta lebih cendenmg bersifat kepemimpinan administrator, sedangkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta lebih cendenmg bersifat kepemimpinan manajer; (2) terdapat peibedaan iklim belajar antara SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta dengan SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta; (3) terdapat peibedaan iklim praktek antara SMK Negeri 2 Yogayakarta dengan SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta; (4) terdapat peibedaan produktivitas belajar siswa antara SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta dengan SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta; (5) hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan administrator lebih baik dari pada gaya kepemimpinan manager. Kata kunci: iklim, produktifitas, aspek, kepemimpinan konteks.

Abstract

"Legal Protection Against Traffic Accident Victims in the City of Tidore Islands" Traffic problems are a problem that cannot be separated in everyday life, because people are always in contact with traffic. At this time many drivers do not comply with traffic regulations so that it can cause traffic accidents that result in minor injuries or serious injuries. Law Enforcers do not remain silent in dealing with traffic accidents. For this reason, the Government issues traffic regulations through Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning road traffic and transportation. The problems raised in this thesis are the regulation of legal protection for victims of traffic accidents, and the factors that become obstacles in providing legal protection. In this thesis research the author uses a descriptive sociological juridical research method, after processing the data obtained are analyzed qualitatively. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data by studying literature and conducting interviews. From the research results it is known that the factors; which becomes an obstacle in providing legal protection is caused by the factors of drivers, pedestrians, vehicles, facilities and infrastructure, officers / law enforcement in road traffic. The factor of traffic accidents that often occurs is due to human error (human factor). Furthermore, in article 340 it is mandated that victims of traffic accidents have the right to get help and treatment from the responsible party, and compensation for the losses experienced by victims of traffic accidents because the victim has the right to receive compensation, which in article 229 paragraph (1 ) Law No. 22 of 2009. divides traffic accidents into three groups, namely: a) Minor Traffic Accident, which is an accident that results in damage to Vehicles and/or goods. b)Moderate Traffic Accident, which is an accident that results in minor injuries and damage to Vehicles and/or goods. c) Heavy Traffic Accident, which is an accident that causes the victim to die or be seriously injured.

Abstract

Politik Hukum Pelaksanaan Fungsi Legislasi DPRD Kota Tidore Kepulauan Peridoe 2019-2024. Skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Politik Hukum Pelaksanaan Fungsi Legislasi DPRD Kota Tidore Kepulauan Periode 2019-2024 dan faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi Pelaksanaan Fungsi Legislasi DPRD Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Politik Hukum Pelaksanaan Fungsi legislasi DPRD Kota Tidore Kepulauan Periode 2019-2024 belum dilaksanakan secara optimal dimana minimnya hak inisatif DPRD dalam mengusul Rancangan Peraturan Daerah sehingga DPRD hanya berpartisipasi dalam Pembahasan sampai Pengesahan Perda-Perda yang merupakan Inisiatif Eksekutif dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Disamping itu, terkait Partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyusunan Peraturan Daerah pun masih belum dilibatkan secara demokratis. Kemudian dalam dinamika politik hukum pembentukan peraturan daerah yang ada di kota tidore kepulauan sangat besar sekali dominasi kepentingan politik eksekutif terhadap produk peraturan daerah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze bankruptcy condition in the PT. Bank J Trust Indonesia Tbk. The method of Altman Z-Score modification is used to know bankruptcy rate PT. Bank J Trust Indonesia Tbk on 2017-2019 period. The date used in this research is the bank’s annual financial report, after the company has published on the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research are all companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, during the 2017-2019 period, while sample used is PT. Bank J Trust Indonesia Tbk financial report for the period 2017-2019 with purposive sampling method. The research result show that PT. Bank J Trust Indonesia Tbk during 3 year research period is in the “Distress zone” category, because has Z-Score under 1,10 (Z<1,10). With the respective Z-Score result in 2017, PT. Bank J Trust Indonesia Tbk was Z-Score -1,45, then Z-Score in 2018 was -1,83 and in 2019 was -1,4

Abstract

This research focuses on the problem of legal protection of the rights of suspects in the investigation process (a case study at the Tidore Islands Police). The purpose of this research is to find out the legal protection for the rights of suspects in the investigation process and the obstacles faced by investigators in implementing legal protection for the rights of suspects in the investigation process. This type of research is qualitative research using an empirical juridical approach. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the legal protection of the rights of suspects in the Tidore Islands Police has not been effective because its application is not optimal. There are still suspects' rights that are violated by investigators in the investigation process, namely the suspect's right to be free to provide information (Article 52 of the Criminal Procedure Code), the suspect's right to obtain legal counsel (Article 54 of the Criminal Procedure Code), the suspect's right to contact legal advisors (Article 57 point (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code) ), and the right of the suspect to be visited by clergy (Article 63 of the Criminal Procedure Code). In implementing legal protection of these rights, during the investigation process when examining suspects, investigators experienced obstacles including uncooperative suspects, suspects who lied in giving statements, convoluted suspects during interrogation, and difficulty finding two pieces of valid evidence.

Abstract

Through economic progress has transformed the traditional urban space into a modern high-rise object city. This requires spatial solutions and alternative technologies to repopulate the environment that was once very intrinsic for citizens to interact with. This research considers sky court and sky garden in terms of the social, economic, environmental, and spatial benefits they provide to urban habitats. This research has the potential to become an 'alternative' social space that can become part of a wider multi-level open space infrastructure to fill the loss of open space in urban habitats. This study aims to determine the level of understanding of residents on the importance of plants to improve the quality of the environment in which they live. Quantitative descriptive method to be able to describe a picture of a situation or event that is taking place naturally. The results of this study indicate that sky garden is an alternative for greening residential areas. Skygarden with the typical type with one edge position, was chosen as the residents' first choice because they feel more familiar with the care.
