Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of advertising tax in Bengkulu People Television in building public awareness of the tax are used as inputs Revenue Service through Samsat Bengkulu Province, Bengkulu City. This study is used to further socialization strategy. This study is a quantitative survey research using descriptive analysis dimensions CRI Awareness, Comprehed (Comprehension), Interest, Intentions, and Action. The data used in this paper, Questionnaire, Observation, Documentation. This research uses 100 respondents. Charateristics or profile of respondents were asked to the respondents is about sex, and age based on the characteristics of sex, most respondents were males by 60%, this shows that the percentage of males is higher than the percentage of women. Based on calculation CRI Awareness, Comprehed (Comprehension), Interest, Intentions, and Action, the obtained value by 71% thus, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of advertising tax in RBTV in building public awareness paying taxes reach effective level

Abstract

The type of research that will be used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. This research is limited to the disclosure of a problem or event as it is in just to reveal the facts so that the result is emphasized in the description objectively or as is about the object under study. In this study a qualitative descriptive type was used to describe how the creative strategy of Community Service Ads "Bengkulu Maritime World Axis" by BETV. Based on the results of research and discussion of creative strategies in making public service advertisements in Bengkulu BETV neatly arranged. There are 5 creative strategies using the Rhenal Kasalli theory of creative advertising criteria, namely Attract Attention, Interest Gain, Create Desired, Conviction, and Precipate Action.

Abstract

According to research it is obtained: attention, interesting display and pictures of electric balance which can attract customer and make them interest to try and top-up balance because the transaction is fast, easy on delivery and cheap also various model which displayed. Society can also a new agent, kios cell open for 24 hours so customer can always be served. Interest because of online advertisement by showing the price is cheaper than other sellers, but the problem comes from internet connection so it delays in sending the electric balance. Desire is still in customer who being aware in top-up electric balance with online media, cheap and fast in every transaction makes customers satisfy. The loss when sending the balance get delayed so that account will use personal balance which caused the customer loss. Action of kios cell owner can give a guidance through brochure and give direct guidance to customer about how to do a transaction in purchasing electric balance through facebook or token.

Abstract

Society basically consists of various cultural backgrounds, these differences tend to be prone to conflict. This requires efforts to minimize the emergence of these conflicts by maintaining relationships in the community through communication, thereby strengthening social interaction in society and will later become a forum for forming harmony. Dusun Curup Village is an area inhabited by one of two different cultures, where each group is able to maintain harmony in daily life. The two cultures are the original ethnic group, namely the Rejang Tribe and the immigrant ethnic group, namely the Batak tribe. The theoretical basis in this study is accommodation communication theory and uses communication patterns consisting of primary, secondary, linear and circular. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study used two ways, namely primary data collection techniques with interview and observation techniques while secondary data collection techniques with supporting documents and literature, in addition to Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques and data validity tests, namely triangulation.The results of the study explain that in the community of the two different ethnicities, forming a circular communication pattern in communicating, the formation of this pattern is seen from the majority of daily activities which are more dominant in circular, the interaction that takes place is Dusun/bese coul language. This can be seen based on the approach using specific convergence, divergence, and maintenance, in addition to that, the real forms of harmony that exist are (1) Social aspects, which are formed from social order that is carried out in collaboration, one of which is negligent and sluggish. (2) The cultural aspect, which is manifested through an attitude of openness through mixed marriages so that each ethnic group can mingle and understand each other.
