Abstract

Learning contracts are generally used to achieve the goal, namely the professional competence of prospective workers. Therefore, learning contracts are not commonly used at the secondary education level. In fact, the learning contract is considered to have a positive impact in the process of increasing professional competence. This study aims to develop a learning contract using the Whimsical application. The learning contract was developed using the ADDIE model. The content and learning objectives are based on the standard content of the economic content of the secondary education level based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2016 concerning the Content Standards of Primary and Secondary Education. The results of the study are expected to assist teachers in developing learning contracts that can be used by teachers of economics subjects. The results of this study are expected to have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. The process of developing an economic learning contract adopting the ADDIE mode includes five steps, namely, (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of the study show that the overall economic learning contract is categorized as very feasible both from the aspect of the quality of the content and objectives as well as the quality aspect of the learning contract both visualization and physical use.Keywords: Learning Contract; Economic course; Whimsicle

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a business phenomenon that is being experienced by UMKM Demak smoke fish. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of advertising, publicity and sales promotion of consumer purchasing decisions. The sample of research is 150 respondents. By using Purposive Sampling method with the criteria of consumers who have made a purchase of smoked fish in UMKM Demak, respondents who have a minimum age of 18 years, respondents who are easy to find and want to fill out the questionnaire and is a direct buyer. This research uses multiple regression analysis tool. The result showed that advertising, publicity, and sales promotion had an effect on purchasing decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan menginap di hotel berbintang. Faktor yang dianalisis antara lain fasilitas dan word of mouth. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu yang menginap di hotel. Teknik analisis data dengan model persamaan structural (SEM) modelling dengan AMOS seri 22. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap word of mouth dan keputusan menginap, begitupun juga word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap. Selain itu kedudukan word of mouth mampu mendorong seseorang untuk mempercepat dalam pengambilan keputusan menginap yang di pengaruhi oleh fasilitas.

Abstract

Prediksi masa studi sangatlah dibutuhkan oleh manajemen perguruan tinggi dalam menentukan kebijakan preventif terkait dengan pencegahan sejak awal kasus DO (drop out) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor akademis yang berpengaruh terhadap mahasiswa tersebut dapat lulus tepat waktu atau tidak  dan membangun model prediksi terbaik dengan teknik data mining .Kriteria pemilihan model yang digunakan adalah dengan metode fitur selection chi square. Dengan Algoritma K-Means dihasilkan bahwa lama studi dipengaruhi oleh indeks prestasi per semester, jumlah mata kuliah mengulang , jumlah mata kuliah yang ditempuh dan jumlah pengambilan mata kuliah tertentu. Oleh sebab itu faktor - faktor tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi pihak pengelola perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci: chi square, k-means, prediksi, mahasiswa, data mining.
