Abstract

Mengetik manual merupakan salah satu mata kuliah keahlian berkarya yang bersifat keterampilan. Ini bertujuan untuk mengajarkan mahasiswa bagaimana mengetik secara baik dengan menggunakan sistem 10 jari buta. Selain itu, dengan mengetik yang baik akan meringankan pekerjaan lainnya. Hasil keterampilan mengetik manual mahasiswa saat ini tidak memuaskan. Misalnya, mereka tidak menggunakan jari-jari mereka dengan benar pada keybord sesuai dengan fungsinya. Mata terfokus pada keyboard bukan pada teks naskah yang akan diketik. Akibatnya, membutuhkan waktu lama dalam mengetik. Media Gudmen sebagai alat untuk membantu mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengetik. Subyek penelitian adalah 20 mahasiswa semester 3, jurusan pendidikan ekonomi administrasi kantor yang sedang mengambil mengetik manual I. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus. Pada siklus I, ditemukan bahwa 65% mahasiswa mampu menerapkan sistem 10 jari buta. Pada siklus II, keterampilan mengetik dengan 10 jari buta meningkat sebesar 85%. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah media Gudmen dapat membantu meningkatkan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari buta pada mahasiswa. Sedangkan sarannya adalah (1) Pengajar mengetik manual diharapkan menggunakan media Gudmen dalam pembelajaran, (2) Mahasiswa diharapkan sering berlatih menerapkan sistem 10 jari buta. Manual typing is one of vocational skill subjects. It aims to teach the students how to type accurately by using Touch System. Moreover, it also gives the students typing skills so that they can do various typing jobs well. Current students’ typing skill is not satisfactory yet. For example, they do not use their fingers properly on the right keyboard. They focus their eyes on the keyboard not on the text. As a result, they take a long time to type. Gudmen media has been used as a tool for helping students to improve their typing skills. The subjects of the study were twenty 3rd semester students, majoring in office administrations. The students were taking typing subject. This study is Classroom Action Research involving two cycles. In cycle I, it was found that 65% students were able to apply Touch System. In cycle II, their skill improved as much as 85%.  It is concluded that the Gudmen media could help improve the students’ touch system typing skill. Finally, it is suggested that : (1) manual typing lecturers use Gudmen media, (2) the students practice applying touch system more frequently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of IT-based learning application program Ms. Access in improving students’ understanding on the subject of an inventory of supplies management courses. Competence standards is considered successful if the student has the following indicators (a) at least 75% of students scored at the end of seventy (b) the activity and attention of students during the learning process increases. As for the professor, is considered successful when the learning management capabilities increase. This research is a class act. The research was carried out in vocational education administration office with a time of study for 6 months. The number of students is one of a number of study groups 54 people. The results demonstrate the application of IT-based learning program Ms Acces very effective in increasing student understanding of the subject inventory. It also increases the activity and attention of students during the learning process and learning ability of lecturers in the subject of inventory management. Advice related to the results of this study are: (1) At the time of implementing IT-based learning application program on the subject of Ms Access inventory of facilities and infrastructure should support such as the Internet network must already exist and are connected properly, (2) In order to optimize the learning process, lecturer at the beginning of lectures should give examples of using the program in advance to students with a coherent phase.

Abstract

The purposed of this research are: 1) how the implementation of the strategy of character education through learning-based mind mapping with Mindjet Mind Manager, 2) the extent of implementation of the strategy of character education through learning-based mind mapping with Mindjet mind manager in improving students’ understanding of the concept of office management, 3)What values are embedded in the learning based mind mapping with mindjet mind manager. This research is classroom action research. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of character education through learning-based mind mapping with Mindjet mind manager implemented with methods of theory and practice in the learning process, so that students in a creative character, respect other people’s work, honest, confident and brave their ideas and ideas can be formed, 2) learning-based mind mapping with Mindjet mind manager is highly effective in improving students’ understanding of the basic concepts of management offices. It also increases the activity and attention of students during the learning process and the learning ability of lecturer in management,3)character values that are embedded in the learning process is self-reliance, hard work, creativity, honesty, respect other people’s work, critical. Advice related to the results of this study are: 1) At the time of implementing the learning-based mind mapping with Mindjet mind manager should facilities and infrastructure such as the Internet must be available and connected to the well, 2) For optimum learning more, at the beginning of the lecture lecturer should provide examples of using the program prior to the student with coherent phase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to know the meaning of leadership grows (2) to know the character that is in the growing leadership (3) To know the theory used in the growing leadership. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The technique of determining the informant using purposive sampling (subject to purpose). The meaning of leadership grows refers to the tree philosophy. The tree (1) Cultivates leadership, (2) Strengthening the Leadership Tree, (3) arranging a network of leadership trees, (4) strong trees face storms, and (5) spray the new leadership shoots. The character in the growing leadership was to cultivate leadership seeds, which included understanding humanity and leadership. The theory used in the growing leadership is the theory of behaviour. The suggestion in this study was (1) the need for stronger theoretical support in the growth of leadership. (2) The institution or organization is suitable/appropriate to use this theory in the present time, because it is in accordance with the condition of society. Above, leadership grew based on the experience of a leader.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi pegawai, budaya organisasi, disiplin pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Semarang baik secara partial maupun simultan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di Badan Kepegawain Daerah Kabupaten Semarang berjumlah 48 pegawai yang merangkap menjadi sampel penelitian pada penelitian ini (sampel jenuh). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawacara, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan: PK= 14,677 + 0,159KP + 0,181BO + 0,130DP + 0,333KK + e. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan dari kompetensi pegawai, budaya organisasi, disiplin pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 53,2%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial untuk kompetensi pegawai yaitu sebesar 10,36%, budaya organisasi sebesar 13,98%, dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 25,20%. Untuk variabel disiplin pegawai tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai karena nilai signifikansinya 0,430 dan hanya memberikan pengaruh sebesar 1,46%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis kegiatan yang terdapat di program PKL dan proses perencanaan program kerja humas di SMK Negeri 2 Jepara. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 informan yang meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Waka Humas dan staf, Waka Kurikulum, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Sarana dan Prasarana, dan Ketua Program Keahlian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan memiliki 13 kegiatan yaitu temu muka dengan 7 program keahlian, koordinasi dunia usaha tentang pelaksanaan program, koordinasi program keahlian, humas, dan orang tua, pencarian, permohonan dan kesesuian tempat, pemberitahuan pelaksanaan program kepada orang tua, pembekalan program oleh dunia usaha, pelaksanaan program, pembuatan laporan pelaksanaan, merekap nilai siswa, penulisan sertifikat, pembuatan MoU, mengantar MoU, dan evaluasi; dan (2) Humas SMK Negeri 2 Jepara dalam melaksanakan proses perencanaan program kerja memiliki empat langkah yaitu: (a) mendefinisikan problem yaitu mencari data atau informasi yang mendukung program mengenai reaksi publik terhadap kegiatan sekolah, (b) merencanakan dan pemrograman, (c) mengambil tindakan dan berkomunikasi, dan (d) mengevaluasi persiapan program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi Desa (SMARD): Studi pada Kelurahan dan Desa se-Kecamatan Bergas di Kabupaten Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat kelurahan dan desa se-Kecamatan Bergas di Kabupaten Semarang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan . Hasil uji secara simultan dan parsial menghasilkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap penggunaan SMARD. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap penggunaan SMARD baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran dari penelitan ini adalah (1) Mengadakan bimbingan teknis mengenai cara mengatasi SMARD yang error pada saat digunakan, (2) Mengadakan pelatihan untuk pegawai-pegawai yang dirasa masih kurang mampu menguasai SMARD, (3) Pegawai untuk lebih terbuka dengan adanya teknologi baru serta bersedia untuk mempelajarinya.
