Abstract

Burnout is a condition experienced by individuals who are tired of all activities undertaken, so that individuals are not tetarik and do not concentrate on doing the activities being undertaken This study aims to explain the phenomenon or description of burnout learning that occurs in students of junior high school in Bandar Lampung. The design used in this research is descriptive quantitative and the number of sample is 135 students. The results of this study indicate the level of burnout learning of students of junior high school in Bandar Lampung in the medium category, with the number of students is 63 students included in the medium category by a percentage of 46.7%.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the influence of online information services can increase the interest of SMA N 3 Sukoharjo students to continue their studies in higher education. The method in this study the researchers used quantitative experimental methods. Quantitative research does not question the relationship between researchers and research subjects because research results depend more on the instruments used and the measurable variables used, rather than on the intimate and emotional involvement between researchers and the subjects studied. The results of the study were that there was a significant effect on the provision of online information services to students of class XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the 2020/2021 academic year to continue their education to higher education. The results of the study using the calculation of the Paired Sample T-Test in the Pre Test and Post Test showed a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference between the initial variable and the final variable. This shows that there is a significant effect on the treatment given to each variable. So it can be concluded that: "There is an influence of providing online information services regarding further studies on the interest of class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the 2020/2021 academic year to continue their education to higher education. Abstract

Abstrak. Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan yang penting untuk dimiliki remaja, dikarenakan tanpa adanya resiliensi maka remaja akan kesulitan dalam menjalani hidup yang berakibat tidak bisa mengaktualisasikan diri, prestasi diri tidak optimal dan cenderung menjadi pribadi yang pesimistis bahkan dapat menderita depresi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan resiliensi generasi Z melalui konseling kelompok berbasis Kearifan Lokal Tembang Macapat Sinom. Tembang macapat sinom berasal dari Jawa Tengah yang kaya akan falsafah kehidupan yaitu menjalani masa muda dengan penuh semangat, tegar, sabar dan pantang menyerah dalam menuntut ilmu, berkarya dan menjalani kehidupan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan konseling kelompok mendukung adanya perubahan resiliensi siswa yang rendah menjadi lebih tinggi yang ditandai dengan penerimaan dan adaptasi diri saat dihadapkan dengan tekanan dari dalam diri individu maupun dari luar diri individu. Adanya dinamika kelompok mendukung adanya perubahan anggota kelompok karena adanya kesempatan saling bertukar pikiran, berdiskusi, saling memotivasi dan saling membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis pendekatan metode pre-experimental design dengan menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian adalah remaja Jawa berusia 15-20 tahun yang sesuai dengan kriteria tahap perkembangan remaja (gen Z) yang ditetapkan sesuai fokus penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian wilcoxon diperoleh hasil Z hitung sebesar sebesar -2,807 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,022 yang artinya konseling kelompok berbasis kearifan lokal tembang macapat sinom efektif untuk meningkatkan resiliensi generasi Z.Abstract. Academic dishonestyis behavior deviating from academic rules carried out by students at various levels of education to get good test results or recognition of their academic assignments by cheating, plagiarism, cooperating in exam fraud, or falsifying data. This article aims to explore and determine the level of student academic dishonestyduring the Covid-19 pandemic seen from differences in gender, grade level and age. The research method used is a survey with a type of cross sectional survey design involving 493 vocational high school students who were selected using cluster sampling technique.. The research data collection instrument uses an academic dishonestyscale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, t-test and Anova test. The results of the study prove that vocational high school students have a level of academic dishonestyin the medium category. Furthermore, this study found that seen from the gender differences, male students had a higher level of academic dishonestythan female students. The same thing also happens when viewed from each indicator of academic dishonesty. In terms of class differences and age differences, it shows that there is no significant difference between grade 10 and grade 12 students and students aged 15, 16, 17, 18 in the level of academic dishonesty. Further discussion is discussed in this article.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of peer counselor training activities for class XI students of SMAN 1 Wonogiri using a zoom meeting in the Covid-19 pandemic era is to provide information about peer counselors and provide peer counselor skills to students at SMAN 1 Wonogiri. This training also provides information on guidance and counseling services, increases the ability to become peer counselors, and makes peer counselors an extension of counseling services in schools to help solve peer problems. Peer counselor training were carried out in 4 stages. Phase 1, by sharing and questioning, several training participants were asked to share their experiences while receiving guidance and counseling services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Stage 2 is the provision of material about peer counselors. The material is delivered in the form of lectures on peer counselor materials, discussions, provides examples of peer counselor activities through videos and carries out practices in the form of role-playing as a counselor and counselee. Stage 3 is the practice and implementation of peer counselor guidance and stage 4 is to evaluate the results of the peer counselor practice. The results of peer counselor training include improving the image of counseling guidance services through peer counseling activities, providing interpersonal skills to students, increasing knowledge and skills to become peer counselors so that students can become partners for guidance and counseling teachers.  Abstrak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan konselor sebaya pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Wonogiri menggunakan zoom meeting di era pandemi covid-19 adalah memberikan informasi mengenai konselor sebaya dan memberikan ketrampilan konselor sebaya kepada siswa di SMAN 1 Wonogiri. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan informasi mengenai layanan bimbingan dan konseling, meningkatkan kemampuan menjadi konselor sebaya, dan menjadikan konselor sebaya sebagai perpanjang tangan layanan BK di sekolah untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan teman sebaya. Pelatihan konselor sebaya dilaksanakan dalam 4 tahap. Tahap 1 dengan dengan sharing dan tanya jawab beberapa peserta pelatihan diminta untuk menyampaikan pengalaman selama menerima layanan bimbingan dan konseling di masa pandemi covid-19. Tahap 2 yaitu pemberian materi mengenai konselor sebaya. Materi disampaikan dalam bentuk ceramah mengenai materi konselor sebaya, diskusi, memberikan contoh kegiatan konselor sebaya melalui video dan melaksanakan praktik dalam bentuk role-playing sebagai konselor dan konseli. Tahap 3 yaitu praktik dan pendampingan pelaksanaan konselor sebaya dan tahap 4 yaitu mengevaluasi hasil dari praktik konselor sebaya. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan konselor sebaya antara lain meningkatkan citra layanan bimbingan konseling melalui kegiatan konseling sebaya, memberikan ketrampilan interpersonal kepada siswa, menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan menjadi konselor sebaya sehingga siswa dapat menjadi partner guru bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on the phenomenon that indicates the existence of body dysmorphic disorder of high school students. The purpose of this research is to reduce body dysmorphic disorder of high school students through the Group-Counseling with Cognitive Restructuring Approach. This type of research is quasi experimental design with non-equivalent control group design. The result of this study showed that body dysmorphic disorder of the subject of this study was decrease. It was supported by the Asymp.sig (2-tailed) score from Mann Whitney test that was 0.01. Hence it could be concluded that group-counseling with cognitive restructuring technique was effective to decrease the body dysmorphic disorder students of SMAN 10 Malang.Abstrak: Penelitian ini berdasarkan atas fenomena yang mengindikasikan adanya gejala body dysmorphic disorder pada siswa SMA. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mereduksi body dysmorphic disorder siswa SMA melalui konseling kelompok dengan teknik cognitive restructuring. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah adalah quasi experimental design yaitu non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor body dysmorphic disorder siswa menurun. Hal ini diperkuat dengan perolehan Asymp.sig (2-tailed) dari uji Mann Whitney antara kedua kelompok sebesar 0.01. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik cognitive restructuring efektif untuk mereduksi body dysmorphic disorder pada siswa SMAN 10 Malang. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah tingkat body dysmorphic disorder menurun setelah diberi layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik cognitive restructuring.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to find out the improvement of students motivation ability in school throught group guidance service using homeroom technique during a pandemic with online media. Problem in this research was low learning motivation. The method used in this research was quasi experiment method with one group pretest-posttest,and analyzed with non parametric statistic using wilcoxon test. The research subjects were 8 grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Nguter who had low learning motivation with 2 students as a comparison indicator . The results of the study showed an inereasing in student learning motivation after being given group guidance services. This is indicated from the results of data analysis using wilcoxon test. This was shown from the results of pretestand posttest learning motivation thst is obtained zhitung> ztable (2,521> 1,645). The conclusion of group guidance services can improve the learning motivation of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Nguter.Keywords: motivation to learn, group guidance, guidance and counseling Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik homeroom selama pandemi dengan media daring. Masalah dalam penelitian adalah motivasi belajar rendah. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini metode quasi experimen dengan one group pretest-posttest, dan dianalisis dengan statistik non parametrik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Subjek penelitian 8 orang siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Nguter yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah dengan 2 siswa sebagai indikator pembanding .Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon.Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil pretest dan posttest motivasi belajar yang diperoleh Zhitung =-2,536 dan Ztabel =1,645. Kesimpulan layanan bimbingan kelompok meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa Kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Nguter.Kata kunci : motivasi belajar, bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok

Abstract

AbstractInterest has an important role in the learning process, because with interest, students will be more concentrated, excited, happy, not easily bored, and earnest in learning. So that students achieve a learning success. Learning interest is influenced by internal and external factors. One of the external factors is parental support. Student interest in learning cannot be separated from the support of parents because parents are very important people with students.This study aims to determine the effect of student interest in learning at 1 Nguter Senior High School. This study used a literature study. Learning at Nguter 1 Public Senior High School uses online learning or what is commonly called distance learning (from home) with the guidance of parents and teachers at school. Students do online learning and interact with the teacher using several applications such as google classrooms, zoom rooms, and whatsapp groups. Students feel bored and bored when carrying out learning so there is a need for group guidance services to increase student interest in learning in online learning. Keywords : E-Learning, Interest to learn, Group Guidance Abstrak.Minat memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran, karena dengan minat siswa akan lebih konsentrasi, bersemangat, senang, tidak mudah bosan, dan tekun dalam belajar. Sehingga siswa mencapai keberhasilan belajar. Minat belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Salah satu faktor eksternal adalah dukungan orang tua. Minat belajar siswa tidak lepas dari dukungan orang tua karena orang tua adalah orang yang sangat penting dengan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembeljaran daring terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Nguter. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Nguter menggunakan pembelajaran online atau biasa disebut pembelajaran jarak jauh (dari rumah) dengan bimbingan orang tua dan guru di sekolah. Siswa melakukan pembelajaran online dan berinteraksi dengan guru menggunakan beberapa aplikasi seperti google classrooms, zoom room, dan whatsapp group. Siswa merasa bosan dan jenuh saat melaksanakan pembelajaran sehingga perlu adanya layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Katakunci : E-learning, Minat belajar, Bimbingan Kelompok

Abstract

Abstract.Research objectives are to find out (1) Classical guidance service media, (2) Classical guidance service model through Google classroom application, (3) Classical service implementation efforts. The research method used in this research is literature study. The results of this study are: (1) Classical guidance service media in schools is still conventional based, (2) Classical guidance model using google classroom is done by providing material before the service is carried out, giving assignments, assignments will be stored and assessed on a series of google productivity applications, there is collaboration between teachers and students and students with other students; Grading process which is useful for measuring or assessing the work given to students; Communication process is useful for communication between teachers and students without having to be in the same room but through posts and comments in the application; Time-Cost aims at setting time; there is an Archive Course which is useful for archiving data and documents of learning materials during classical service classes; easy access to the Mobile Application because it is available in the form of an application on the mobile phone or playstore or based on android. With the application of classical services through Google classroom, it is easier for students to receive independent guidance and counseling services.Keywords: Counseling Media; Google classroom application; Classical Guidance Abstrak.Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) Media layanan bimbingan klasikal, (2) Model layanan Bimbingan klasikal melalui Aplikasi Google classroom, (3) Upaya pelaksanaan Layanan Klasikal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Media layanan bimbingan klasikal di sekolah masih berbasis konvesional, (2) Model bimbingan klasikal menggunakan google classroom dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi sebelum layanan dilakukan, memberikan penugasan, penugasan akan disimpan dan dinilai pada rangkaian aplikasi produktivitas google, terjadi kolaborasi antara guru dan siswa dan siswa dengan siswa yang lain; proses Grading yang bermanfaat untuk melakukan pengukuran atau penilaian terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada siswa; proses Communication bermanfaat untuk komunikasi antara guru dan siswa tanpa harus berada diruangan yang sama tetapi melalui postingan dan komentar di aplikasi; Time-Cost bertujuan untuk pengaturan waktu; ada Archive Course yang bermanfaat untuk pengarsipan data dan dokumen bahan pembelajaran selama kelas layanan klasikal berjalan; kemudahan akses di Mobile Aplication karena telah tersedia dalam bentuk aplikasi di handphone atau playstore atau berbasis android. The effect of the Covid (Coronavirus) has constrained a few neighborhood governments to settle on the execution of strategies to close understudy exercises at school and carry out internet learning frameworks or distance learning. The approach for executing internet learning has been in actuality since Walk 2020 in all schools in Indonesia, including SMAN 1 Nguter. Abstract

Abstract. Growing up in a recession, Gen Z is given more protection, so they are often easily anxious when things don't go the way they want. For this reason, Gen Z needs to have good mental awareness in order to be able to avoid stress and depression in facing life's challenges. This community service aims to increase mental health awareness in adolescents in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Psychological First Aid (PFA) training participants are youth youth in Kalikatir Hamlet RT 01/ RW 06, Nambangan, Selogiri, Wonogiri. The trainees are Gen Z teenagers, born in 1995-2010. Through Psychological First Aid Training, it is one solution to increase mental health awareness in Gen Z youth in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Psychological First Aid (PFA) is a method to help someone in distress so that they feel calm and supported, in order to better cope with their challenges or problems. PFA itself is done by means of peer tutors or peer counselors. The training participants are given the basics of PFA which they will then practice to be able to become good and skilled helpers when helping friends, family or communities who are facing psychological problems. The basis of PFA is caring for someone in distress by showing empathy. PFA has 3 main principles, namely Look, Listen, and Link. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, the Z count result is -1.814 with a significance of 0.036. The significance value of Asymp.sig (2-tailed) 0.036 is smaller than 0.05, which means that there is a difference in the average mental health awareness score between before and after being given Psychological First Aid Training so that Psychological First Aid Training is effective for increasing mental health awareness among adolescents in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Abstrak. Tumbuh di era resesi, membuat Gen Z diberikan perlindungan lebih, sehingga mereka seringkali mudah merasa cemas bila keadaan tidak berjalan sesuai yang mereka inginkan. Untuk itulah gen Z ini perlu memiliki kesadaran mental yang baik agar mampu menghindari stress maupun depresi dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupannya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan mental health awarness pada remaja di era pandemi covid-19. Peserta pelatihan Psychological First Aid (PFA) adalah remaja karangtaruna di Dusun Kalikatir RT 01/ RW 06, Nambangan, Selogiri, Wonogiri. Peserta pelatihan adalah remaja gen Z yaitu kelahiran 1995-2010. Melalui Psychological First Aid Training merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan mental health awareness pada remaja gen Z di era pandemi covid-19. Psychological First Aid (PFA) adalah sebuah metode untuk membantu seseorang dalam kondisi distres agar mereka merasa tenang dan didukung, guna mengatasi tantangan atau permasalahan mereka dengan lebih baik. PFA sendiri dilakukan dengan cara tutor teman sebaya atau konselor teman sebaya. Peserta pelatihan diberikan dasar PFA yang kemudian akan mereka praktikkan untuk bisa menjadi penolong yang baik dan terampil ketika membantu teman, keluarga atau masyarakat yang menghadapi permasalahan psikologis. Dasar dari PFA adalah kepedulian terhadap sesorang dalam kondisi distres dengan menunjukkan empati. PFA memiliki 3 prinsip utama yaitu Look (Lihat), Listen (Dengarkan), dan Link (Hubungkan). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian wilcoxon diperoleh hasil Z hitung sebesar sebesar -1,814 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,036. Nilai signifikansi Asymp.sig (2-tailed) 0,036 lebih kecil dari 0,05 berarti ada perbedaan rata-rata skor mental health awareness antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Pelatihan Psychological First Aid sehingga Pelatihan Psychological First Aid efektif untuk meningkatkan mental health awareness pada remaja di era pandemi covid-19.
