Abstract

Desa Sesulu adalah salah satu desa yang menyalurkan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD). Program Bantuan ini dikeluarkan pemerintah melalui anggaran dana desa yang diberikan kepada keluarga kurang mampu berupa pemberian dana tunai dalam mengatasi pemulihan ekonomi nasional akibat pandemi Covid-19.Akan tetapi,Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan pada tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2021,terdapat masalah penyaluran bantuan karena terdapat kerumitan dalam pengolahan data untuk menentukan masyarakat  yang menjadi prioritas utama penerima bantuan dari banyaknya masyarakat yang mengusulkan untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Metode K-Means Clustering merupakan salah satu metode pengelompokkan data yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan dari data yang berukuran besar. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan Rapidminer studio versi 9.10 terdapat 185 data yang termasuk cluster 1 dengan status penerima bantuan sosial tidak tepat sasaran, 61 data yang termasuk cluster 2 dengan status penerima bantuan sosial dipertimbangkan, dan 90 data yang termasuk cluster 3 dengan status penerima bantuan sosial tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The progress of the times, many business entrepreneurs are starting to open up opportunities in the service sector. The company also takes advantage of advances in information technology to provide convenience for customers. There are startups in the service sector, for example Gojek. The startup also provides a feature for food delivery services, namely Gofood, which is available on Gojek. This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction with the Go-jek application for Go-food services. The model used to explain user satisfaction with the implementation of Go-food services is the PIECES method (performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, service). This study uses descriptive quantitative data, Likert scale, performance, information, economy, control and service, efficiency, and service. As a system analysis tool, PIECES pays special attention to detailed and comprehensive systems, identifies system strengths and weaknesses, and uses them as a reference for further enterprise development. The average result of the satisfaction of gofood service users has reached a value of 4.4. This means that users are SATISFIED with gofood services.

Abstract

E-learning is a learning activity that uses the internet which can be combined with face-to-face activities in educational institutions. Utilization of e-learning can also make the development of high learning flexibility. The user's perception in this case is that students will be needed to help optimally use e-learning. STMIK Borneo International Balikpapan is one of the educational institutions that has developed an e-learning system. This study aims to examine student behavior in the use of e-learning STMIK Borneo International Balikpapan on the e-learning system with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using SPSS version 26 as data processing with the aim of providing convenience and acceleration in the research completion process. Respondents in this study were 37 students in 2018. The data collection method used an electronic questionnaire (google form), a measuring instrument with a Likert scale, in validity and reliability tests and descriptive analysis by looking for the average value of each question item. The research model uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 3 variables, namely user acceptance (Acceptance), ease of use (Ease of Use), and usefulness (Usefulness). The results of the analysis show that the perception of the use of the e-learning system is the average overall value of the mean score usefulness (Usefulness) 4, ease (Ease of Use) 3.6, acceptance (Acceptance) 4.03. So it can be concluded that respondents get good benefits in using the e-learning system

Abstract

SDN 020 PPU is one of the elementary schools that receive scholarships from the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) every year. The Smart Indonesia Program is a collaboration of three ministries of Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud), the Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos), and the Kementerian Agama (Kemenag). Program Indonesia Pintar is designed to help school-age children from poor/vulnerable/poor priority families continue to receive education services until they finish secondary education, either through formal education (starting from SD/MI to graduating from SMA/SMK/MA) through this program the government seeks to prevent students from the possibility of dropping out of school, and is expected to attract dropouts to return to continue their education. Based on the results of the evaluation of the implementation of data processing, there are problems in distributing scholarships because there are often complications in proposing the eligibility of scholarship recipients. With these problems, a decision support system is needed to assist the school in determining scholarship recipients using the k-Means clustering algorithm method using Rapidminer studio version 9.10. This study uses 236 student data at SDN 020 PPU which consists of 5 research variables, namely Name, Number of Dependent Parents, Report Value, Occupation and Total Income of Parents. Based on the results of data processing, there are 70 data including cluster 1 with scholarship recipient status right on target, then 118 data including cluster 1 with scholarship recipient status not being targeted. and 48 data belonging to cluster 2 with scholarship recipient status not on target

Abstract

Jamride PPU is an online motorcycle taxi service application and food delivery that operates in North Penajam Paser Regency and Paser Regency which is managed by CV. Jamride Multimedia and officially obtained a business license on October 21, 2019. Jamride seeks to provide services to the community by providing services that meet their daily needs. Jamride has several main services that are not inferior to similar applications using their services, such as motorbike pick-up services, car services, food delivery services, shopping services to the market, and shopping at specific stores. determine the attitude that is determined based on the experience gained. goal is an assessment of the quality or characteristics of a product, service, or product itself that provides consumer satisfaction in terms of meeting consumer needs. customers are created through service quality and value. This survey aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Jamride PPU Online Transport. This study uses quantitative descriptive data, Likert scale, performance, information, economy, control and service, efficiency, and service. Jamride PPU has reached a value of 4.01. This means that customer satisfaction with existing services is included in the PUAS category

Abstract

The Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) is a management application for the process of improving and proposing a new Integrated Database (BDT) in which there is also a module for improving and proposing non-PKH Food Social Assistance (BSP) data in the Gunung Seteleng village.This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the SIKS-NG information system in the Gunung Seteleng village whether the use of the information system has been running effectively or not. The research model used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 4 constructs.From the measurement results, it is found that the PEOU variable (ease of use) with a percentage value of 68.33% is included in the Effective category, the PU variable (perception of usability) with a percentage value of 67.74% is included in the Effective category, the ATU variable (use attitude) with a value of 67.74%. the percentage of 66.81% is included in the effective category, and the ACC variable (use satisfaction) with a percentage value of 68.22% is included in the effective category, so it can be concluded that the overall research results of each variable measuring the effectiveness of the SIKS-NG information system in the Gunung Seteleng village are in the Effective category

Abstract

The Leppangeng Cell counter is a counter that sells digital products in the form of Credit, Data Packages, PLN Electricity Tokens, Electricity Payments, BPJS Payments, PDAM Payments. Spidy or Indihome Payments, Home Phone Payments, Postpaid Payments, Game Voucher Sales, Cable TV Payments, Credit Installment Payments, Train Ticket Payments, PGN/Gas Payments, Shope Payments and Cash Transfer Services and Top Up. However, from the counter sales, of course, not all of them sell well, there are also products that don't sell. Sales data, purchases and unexpected expenses at the Leppangeng Cell Counter are not well structured, so the data only serves as a store archive and cannot be used to develop marketing strategies. Therefore, it is necessary to apply data mining using K-Means at the Leppangeng Cell Counter. The K-Means method can be applied to the Leppangeng Cell Counter to determine sales of digital products that are selling well and not selling well. The application of the K-Means method at the Leppangeng Cell Counter is by grouping digital product stock data. Then select 3 random grub as initial centroid. After the data for each group does not change, the results of data processing are obtained in the form of 114  products that sell, 5 underperforming, and 14 not sold. Then, the application of the K-Means method to Rapidminer is carried out by entering the initial product stock, the sold stock and the final stock to be changed and form K-Means. After that, Rapidminer will produce which products have high and low demand

Abstract

Toko Raja Computer Balikpapan is one of the laptop sales shops engaged in electronics with main products such as laptops, PC computers, and other accessories. Where the company every day must meet the needs of consumers and sales to be able to make the right decisions in determining the strategy. To be able to do this, Toko Raja Computer requires sales strategies to be able to attract buyers and increase company profits or revenues. In this study, data mining analysis was carried out by clustering techniques using the K-Means method. From the results of the research conducted, the results obtained from 1044 datasets of the Raja Computer sales list in 2021. So the results of clustering on the sales transaction data were 4 clusters of which there were 398 data following cluster 0, 363 data following cluster 1, 145 data following cluster 2 , and 138 data follow cluster 3, which means that clusters 0 and 1 are defined as products that must pay attention to the supply with the highest number, while clusters 2 and 3 are products with stock supply below clusters 0 and 1.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing has an important role in the student learning process in sharing knowledge with fellow friends and with teachers. Now there is a text messaging/messenger-based feature/application that helps students share knowledge such as telegrams. But whether the telegram application can run optimally in the knowledge sharing process or not, we don't know yet, for that it is necessary to analyze the performance of telegram. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of users of Telegram as an application for knowledge sharing. The method used to measure the level of user satisfaction is using the PIECES method. The results of this study indicate that the Telegram application gets an average value of 3.52 which indicates that users are very satisfied in using the Telegram application as a knowledge sharing application.

Abstract

Lazada is one of the most popular mobile-platform-based e-commerce in Indonesia today with more than 100 million downloads. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Lazada application can be a very helpful application to meet user needs without having to leave the house. In this study, evaluation activities were carried out on a Lazada information system to assess whether the Lazada application used was able to meet the needs of its users, namely Lazada application users. In conducting an analysis or evaluation of a system, it is carried out with an analytical model. Data collection uses the PIECES Framework method, data calculation uses a Likert scale, and determines the average satisfaction. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the PIECES method can be seen in almost every variable getting results (PUAS).
