Abstract

ABSTRAKTekstur dapat membuat objek-objek terlihat realistis, misalnya pada latar belakang suatu game. Objek yang berukuran yang besar akan memerlukan tekstur yang besar pula. Cara yang biasa digunakan oleh user untuk memperbesar citra yaitu dengan tiling dan stretching. Namun keduanya masih memiliki berbagai kekurangan. Kekurangan tersebut diperbaiki dengan menggunakan algoritma Image Quilting yang membentuk suatu tekstur baru dengan menggabungkan blok-blok yang diambil dari tekstur aslinya dan memiliki keuntungan yaitu tekstur yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang hampir mirip dengan tekstur aslinya, serta prosesnya yang tidak membutuhkan waktu yang terlalu lama. Teknik ini memberi hasil yang cukup memuaskan dalam penerapannya pada citra dengan berbagai jenis tekstur yang berbeda. Sedangkan untuk kualitas citra yang dihasilkan aplikasi ini adalah cukup baik, terutama untuk citra yang memiliki pola tekstur yang jelas. Kata kunci : Image Qualting, tekstur, perbesaran citra

Abstract

Transportation vehicle is used by humans to carry out their activities and not infrequently regarded as a basic requirement. At this time so many types of cars from different brands and types . Each type of car has different technical specifications, and every car certainly has its advantages and disadvantages. And this, will result in the prospective car buyers find it difficult to choose the right car and according to desired criteria due to a potential buyer faced with a number of criteria, such as the price of the car, interior accessories, exterior accessories, passenger capacity, year of production, etc. This system is designed to help prospective buyers make decisions in the selection of vehicles, especially cars, so the decision was obtained in accordance with the desired criteria.  Methods used for this decision is the method TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). This research was carried out by finding the value of each of the alternatives preference and ranking process conducted which will determine the optimal alternative, ie cars that fit the criteria of the consumer. The criteria used are (1) Car Price (C1), (2) Interior Accessories (C2), (3) Exterior Accessories (C3), (4) Year of Production (C4) and (5) Passenger Capacity (C5)Keywoard: Transportation, TOPSIS

Abstract

Scholarship funding is not sourced from own funds or a parent whogiven to increase the capacity of human resources through education. In every educational institution many scholarships are offered to students who excel and are less capable. To get the scholarship then it must conform to the rules that have been set. Criteria established in this study were age (C1), the number of dependent parent (C2), number of siblings (C3), the number of parents income (C4), the average value of report cards (C5), achievement (C6), the limit power is used (C7), home ownership status (C8). Selection of scholarship acceptance is done manually resulting in frequent occurrence of errors in determining the recipient beasiswa.Jumlah many participants who submitted scholarship criteria and indicators too much and in order to obtain the appropriate recipients in accordance with existing criteria, it is necessary to build a decision support system that will help determine scholarship recipients are eligible to receive the scholarship. In this study, the authors used a model of multiple attribute decision making, simple additive weighted method. In this method of assessment is based on criteria and the weight values that have been determined in advance, and then proceed with the ranking process that will select the best alternative. With this ranking process, the assessment would be more precise, more accurate results are obtained

Abstract

The implementation of fuzzy inference system on the real problems have been carried out by researchers from different scientific disciplines. Preparation of base rules plays a very important role when there is no rule of experts or the curse of dimensionality. The results of this research can be used as a reference to build the fuzzy rule base in the fuzzy inference system and a financial time series forecasting model by a heuristic method. The data used for the implementation is Kaotis McGlass time series data. From the kaotis data sets, a total of 600 items are divided into two groups, the first 300 items are used as a data base to develop rules while the other 300 items as predicted data. From the first group of data, input-output pairs are formed and are used as a constituent of fuzzy rule base. Steps being taken are: 1). Defining fuzzy sets that cover the entire input-output space, 2). Generating the rules of every single pair of input-output, 3). Provides a degree for each rule generated, 4). Constructing a fuzzy rule base, 5). Building a fuzzy system. There are 2 cases discussed: 4 inputs with 7 fuzzy sets, and 4 inputs with 15 fuzzy sets based on the value of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). In the first case 37 rules are formed, while in the second case as much as 101 rules are formed. The results of prediction using fuzzy system with 101 rules are more accurate than the results with only 37 rules are used.Keywords: Fuzzy Systems, Fuzzy Rule Base, Predictions

The fingerprint recognition system is one of the biometric technologies that can be used in identifying a person. The fingerprint has a midpoint called the core point. Core Point has a very important role because it will serve as one of the parameters in the process of identification and classification of fingerprints at the stage of feature extraction process. Core Point is also one of the important parameters in determining the fingerprint formula. In this research,  a technique will be developed to determine the midpoint automatically using the poincare index algorithm. The first stage is the pre-processing of the fingerprint image which includes (1) the grayscaling process (converting the color image to black and white image); (2) normalization process (improving image quality when image is too dark or too bright); (3) binary process (the threshold used is 80% of the average). The second stage is to identify the location of core points through several stages: (1) making block orientation; (2) smooth orientation process; (3) determination of core point using poincare index algorithm. The output of this research will be the obtained core point (midpoint) of the fingerprint which will be used for further fingerprint identification

Abstract

Pegawai yang memiliki kriteria dan prestasi yang telah ditetapkan akan menerima penghargaan sebagai pegawai terbaik. Pemberian penghargaan pegawai terbaik disesuaikan dengan kriteria dari masing-masing jenis pegawai (tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, tenaga penunjang). Beberapa masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pemilihan pegawai terbaik diantaranya adalah subjektivitas pengambilan keputusan, terutama pegawai yang memiliki kemampuan yang tidak jauh berbeda.Pengambilan suatu keputusan dengan banyak kriteria memerlukan suatu cara penanganan khusus terutama bila kriteria pengambilan keputusan tersebut saling terkait. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu model sebelum keputusan diambil.Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah meancang suatu sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai alat bantu untuk memilih pegawai terbaik dari beberapa alternatif pegawai dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dengan menggunakan model Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), akan dilakukan proses penentuan nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, yang dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif terbaik yang dimaksud adalah pegawai terbaik

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus adalah penyakit yang ditimbulkan karena kekurangan produksi insulin (hormon yang diproduksi oleh pankreas dan yang mengatur tingkat glukosa di dalam tubuh manusia. Bagi kebanyakan orang yang mengalami obesitas (kegemukan), penyakit Diabetes Melitus ini menjadi salah satu penyakit yang mengkhawatirkan, meskipun tidak semua orang yang mengalami obesitas (kegemukan) dapat terserang penyakit ini.Banyaknya gejala dalam penyakit diabetes mellitus, serta lamanya proses diagnosis dan biaya yang cukup mahal untuk melakukan proses diagnosis dalam menentukan apakah pasien menderita penyakit Diabetes Mellitus ataukah tidak. Hal ini yang membuat masyarakat(pasien) membutuhkan konsultasi untuk menentukan hasil diagnosis dari gejala yang dialaminya. Pemodelan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan system pakar yang dapat memberikan solusi kepada masyarakat tanpa harus bertanya langsung kepada pakarnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model expert system dengan menerapkan metode Forward Chaining dalam menentukan apakah seseorang tersebut menderita penyakit diabetes mellitus ataukah tidak. Sistem Pakar ini menyediakan fasilitas konsultasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan tanya jawab antara system dengan pengguna (user) serta juga menyediakan fasilitas untuk melakukan edit knowledge.
