Abstract

This research purposed to know the effect of PAD and DAU toward regional expenditure in the country /city in East Kalimantan province and to know whether flypaper occur in the country/City of East Kalimantan Province in the 2010-2014.The instrument used in this research was the analysis of data panel regression. The results of this research showed that the local revenue (PAD) and (DAU) was took effect regional expenditure significantly. PAD took effect DAU toward regional expenditure, but DAU did not affect significant toward regional expenditure. Abstract

Abstract. Green Sukuk-Based Project on Sustainable Waste Management in Indonesia. Most of the problems that occur in waste management are related to financing. This study proposes Green Sukuk to be used by the government as a diversification of funding for municipal waste management. This paper argues that Green Sukuk can potentially be an Islamic finance instrument for financing municipal substantial waste management project carried out by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. Further, there will be costs and benefits obtained by the government as the implications of this financing. Hence, this paper attempts to find the best alternative of Sukuk strategy to be implemented in the financing of municipal waste management using Analytic Network Process (ANP) with a network of Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, Risk (BOCR) analysis.Keywords: Sustainable Waste Management, Green Sukuk, ANP-BOCR Abstrak. Proyek Berbasis Sukuk Hijau untuk Pengelolaan Sampah Berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Sebagian besar masalah yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan limbah adalah pembiayaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah dapat menggunakan Sukuk hijau sebagai diversifikasi pendanaan untuk pengelolaan limbah kota. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sukuk Hijau berpotensi menjadi instrumen keuangan Islam untuk membiayai proyek pengelolaan limbah padat kota yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. Lebih lanjut, pemerintah memiliki potensi dan peluang untuk mengimplementasikan sistem pembiayaan ini; namun juga menghadapi potensi beban dan kerugian sebagai implikasi dari pembiayaan ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berupaya menemukan strategi alternatif berupa produk Sukuk terbaik untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembiayaan pengelolaan limbah kota, dengan menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan jaringan Analisis Manfaat, Peluang, Biaya, Risiko (BOCR).Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Limbah Berkelanjutan, Sukuk Hijau, ANP-BOCR

Abstract

This study discusses export growth and its importance to the economic growth of comparative studios between Indonesia and Thailand from 1979 - 2018. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of the independent variables on the resulting dependent variable. The results showed that the f-statistics test of Indonesian exports did not have a significant effect with the direction of a negative relationship on economic growth. Thai exports also have no significant effect on the economy with a positive direction of relations. This is because the raw materials produced from export products are not entirely from within the country and the supported products are still primary products. In addition, the company's competitiveness in the use of technology for export activities is still lacking. While imports in Indonesia, and imports in Thailand have a significant influence on economic growth.

Abstract

A control of the inflation rate caused by the fluctuations in foreign exchange reserves, money supply, and exchange rate is required to create the stability of the country's economy. This study aims to analyze the dynamic impact of disturbance factors contained in the variables of foreign exchange reserves, the money supply, and the exchange rate. This research used monthly data from June 2009 to November 2016. It used a method used of Vector Autoregression. The result shows that a foreign exchange reserve has a negative relationship nut not significant effect on inflation, money supply has positive relationship and significant effect on inflation, and exchange rate of rupiah to US dollar has negative relationship and significant effect on inflation. The responce of inflation from shocking occurs to supply, foreign exchange reserves and exchange rate tend to be convergent and the biggest contribution that influences inflation the most is exchange rate beside inflation itself.

Abstract

Fiscal decentralization as a delegation form of fiscal authority from the central government to the regional government is expected to accelerate the regional economic growth in accordance with the respective characters in each region. The overspreading potency in utilizing the transfer funds from the central government is more likely to be higher if the regional budget is not designed effectively and efficiently to support the acceleration of regional economic activities. This study aimed at investigating the influence of unconditional grant, regional revenue, gross regional domestic product, and population density towards the regional budget in East Java Province during the implementation of fiscal decentralization. Model specification used was an overview of regional budget, in which the flypaper effect was detected by comparing the coefficient of unconditional grant regression and the regional revenue. It was done by using econometric-model panel data for 33 districts in East Java Province during 2001 – 2005. By using fixed-effect model estimation, this study figured out that there was a flypaper effect indicated by the higher elasticity number of unconditional grant than of regional revenue towards the regional budget in East Java Province.Keywords: fiscal decentralization, flypaper effect, panel data analysisJEL Classification: C23, E62

Abstract

Buah dan sayur menjadi produk sari sayur dan sayur yang diklaim menjadi produk yang memiliki sifat fungsional bagi yang mengonsumsinya. Sifat fungsional didapatkan dari komponen kimiawi dalam bahan baku. Buah dan sayur sumber vitamin, serat dan pigmen. Sari sayur dan buah yang diproduksi bapak Alfi Zidan Syukron masih diproduksi skala rumah tangga yang berlokasi di Jl. Suropati No 184 B Desa Pesanggrahan Kecamatan Batu, sejak tahun 2014 dengan brand ”THERAPHY JUICE NUTRISA”. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh usaha Bapak Alfi sudah dikemas dalam botol plastik namun belum diberi label yang sesuai peraturan yang berlaku dan nomor PIRT. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam perbaikan proses produksi, salah satunya adalah perbaikan desain Label Produk menjadi lebih baik dan menarik menyesuaikan dengan pemerintah yang telah ditetapkan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah penyuluhan tentang Label Kemasan dan pendampingan membuat desain Label. Hasil yang dicapai dari ini adalah label produk sari sayur dan buah yang lebih menarik dan informatif.

Abstract

The research is aims to know the influence of labor absorption on the potential of tourism in 9 City/Regency of East Java Province, variables are examined included number of hotels (X1), number of rooms (X2),number of domestic tourists (X3),number of foreign tourists (X4) and the number of UMK (X5). The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis of the data panel in the span of 4 years. The results is show that the number of variables hotels, rooms, domestic tourists, foreign tourists are simultaneously influence with probability 0.0000 < α = 0.05,  whereas the number of UMK has no effect and could significantly explained. The amount regression coefficients of number of hotels, rooms, domestic tourists, foreign tourists and the number of labor absorption affect UMK by 99%. As for the remaining 1% is explained by variables outside of the model. Keywords: Labor Absorption, The Number of Hotels, The Number of Domestic Tourists, The Number of UMK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of land area, labor, production cost of production to Sridonoretno coffee production in Kecamatan Dampit Malang Regency in one season. The data used is primary data, primary data obtained through field interview directly to 54 coffee farmers. The method in this research is quantitative. The model consists of independent and dependent variables, where the independent variable consists of land area, labor and production cost. While the dependent variable is the result of coffee production. Based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that land area (0.217061) and production cost (1.048386) have a positive and significant effect on coffee production. While labor (-0.080136) have a significant negative effect on coffee production. Hypothesis test shows the coefficient of determination (R2) value is 0.999521 and the value of the probability of F-statistic test is significant at α 5%.Keywords:productions results, land area, labor, cost

Abstract

Cocoa is one of the main commodities that become the leading plantation sector to be marketed in international trade. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of cocoa production, world cocoa price and exchange rate to export. The data used is secondary data. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research method aims to determine the independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The result of the analysis shows that the three independent variables have significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable. And the three independent variables have an effect on partially significant to the dependent variable. And it is expected that Indonesia's cocoa exports could be increased in the form of cocoa beans and other processed cocoa exports so that Indonesia's cocoa exports will increase.

Abstract

the purpose of study was to determine the effect of variable foreign and domestic investment, government expenditure for the gross regional domestic product of Regencies/Cities in South  Kalimantan Province. The analysis tool used regression panel data, the result obtained determinasi coeficient R^2 for the fixed effect model of 0,95, this showed that the ability of independent variables in explaning the dependent variable of 95%. The result of the research study conclude that foreign and domestic investment, government expenditure was positif and significant impact on the gross regional domestic product with the result of statistics 66,4 more large than F table is 3,15 while the partial test result showed that foreign and domestic investment, government expenditure was a significant and positive effect on the gross regional domestic product.Keywords : Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment,  Government Expenditure, Gross Regional Domestic Product
