Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the profile and female labors’ contribution and to know the influence of age, number of products and training female home industry labors’ income in Mojosari. The research method is multiple linear regression and simple income calculation. The result of this research is the majority of respondents are at the age of 61 - 70 years old, meanwhile, the respondents’ education is elementarily graduated. The result of female labors’ income contribution is 25.63% of total family income, so the female labors’ contribution as batik craftsman is still relatively low. The regression test shows variables of age, number of products and training are influencing and significant toward the female labors’ income simultaneously, meanwhile in partial, age has negative correlation and significant, number of products is positively influence and significant and training is positively influence and significant toward female labors’ income.Keywords: Females’ income, Contribution, Age, Number of product, Training

Abstract

Abstract: Title: "Analysis of the Influence of the Number of Industry and Human Development Index on the Number of Poor People in the Regency / City of Banten Province 2012-2016". The purpose of this research is to analyze poverty as well as to analyze the influence of industry variable and human development index on the number of poor people in Banten regency / city. The analysis tool used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the number of poor people in Banten province still shows a high poverty rate. From the results of the study it can be explained that the variable number of industries has a negative and significant effect on poverty with an F-statistic value of 13.24154 and T-statistics of 3.354906, and the human development index variables have a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people with F- statistics of 13.24154 and T-statistics of 5.040772.Keywords: index of human ,industry, poor.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTRevenue is the amount of income received by a resident on his performance during a given period, whether daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. This study aimed to find out the factors that affect the income of cane farmers. The methods used are validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression tests, test classic assumptions test and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique using random sampling method formula. The samples use in this research is 75 respondents. The dependent variable in this research is the revenue of the cane farmer’s in Dampit and the independent variables include the labor, production cost, land area, and level education. The result of this research is that the labor, production cost and land area have significant and positive effect to income of public transportations drivers with a significant level 0,05 (5%). Abstract

The innovation of technology and information in economic sector is considered important. The presence of innovation may provide any significant development for any enterprise proper. One of the enterprises which is currently in high-demand is restaurant enterprise. The high level of people mobility and demand in time are two leading reasons which create big opportunity for restaurant entrepreneurs. This study is aimed to figure out influenced factors in term of benefits earned by restaurants enterprise owners in Sawojajar sub-district, Malang municipality. The data gathered in this current study were analyzed by employing multiple linear regression and tested by using Eviews software. The results have indicated that food price, order quantity and operational hours simultaneously have significant control toward restaurant owner benefits in Sawojajar sub-district, Malang municipality. On the other hand, Go-food application has an effect on differentiate significant number of income before and after using the application.Kata kunci :application go-food, income, benefit of restaurant,

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Education, Income Per Capita and Population Against Poverty in East Java Province". This study aims to find out how the influence of education, per capita income and population on poverty in East Java Province. Method of data analysis tool used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Education has a negative and significant effect on Poverty District and City of East Java Province. With a probability value of 0.0000 <α = 0.10 and t-count -15.35144 <t-table 2.02439. Income per capita has a negative and significant effect on Poverty District and City of East Java Province. With the probability value 0.0903 <α = 0.10 and t-count -1.702527 <t-table 1.28612. Number of Population has positive and significant influence to Poverty of Regency and City of East Java Province. Abstract

Aims to determine and analyze the influence of factors of production capital and labor to the production of tile and efficiency of the production of tiles in the village Sukorejo Gandusari District of Trenggalek. The research method used in this study is quantitative which begins with setting up model and test models made. The model and links between those independent and dependent, where independent variable made up of capital and labor while dependent variable is the production of tiles. The sample was done by using accidental sampling. The analysis used are the assumptions of classical, the analysis of the regression of the linear risks using the production Coob-Douglas, the statistics analysis and effeciency of the production of tiles. The test results of a partial to show that labor have a significant effect on the tiles. The capital didn’t have a significant effect on the tiles. The test model simultaneously shows that labor and capital have a significant effect on the tiles. Then the results of the efficiency of business production obtained figures of 2,466 the meaning of the business plate is an efficient.Keywords: Tile Industries, Factors of Production, The Efficiency of Production, The Production.

Abstract

Research entitled "HOTEL TAX ANALYSIS IN EAST KOTAWARINGIN REGENCY".This study aims to find out the Hotel Tax Analysis In Kotawaringin Timur District. Method of data analysis tool used in this research is panel data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the number of hotels (X1) has a positive relationship to the hotel tax revenue. Elasticity value is 0.834700, meaning the increase in the number of hotels will increase the hotel tax revenue of 0.834700 and cateris paribus. Population (X2) has a positive relationship to the hotel tax revenue. Elasticity value is 0.809850, meaning the decrease in population will increase the hotel tax revenue of 0.809850 and cateris paribus. Place of Attraction (X3) has a positive relationship to the increase in hotel tax revenue is known by its elasticity of 0.527667 which will significantly affect the hotel tax revenue.Keywords: Tax, Hotel, Places of Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much the income of fishermen in one sea and the influence of capital, labor and catch of fishermen in the Mud Village of Gresik Regency. This research was conducted in the Mud Village area of Gresik Regency. This type of research is survey research, while data sources are from primary data and secondary data. Data retrieval technique by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents (fisherman ship owners) using simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used to test this research is to use the formula of net income π = TR - TC and econometric tools in the form of regression methods. The independent variables used in this study are the variables of capital as X1, variable labor as X2, catch variable as X3, and the dependent variable is the income of fishermen. The results showed that capital, labor and catches had a significant and positive relationship to the income of fishermen in the Mud Village of Gresik Regency.Keywords : Fisherman Revenue Analysis, Capital, Labor dan Catch

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of rural banks in Malang Raya based on capital adequacy, asset quality, profitability and liquidity. Data collection in this study used documentation techniques obtained from the financial statements taken from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Data analysis used is descriptive with quantitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done shows that there is 1 BPR that does not reach the standard value determined by Bank Indonesia is BPR Putra Arta Dewata with a value of 5%, and there are 5 BPR that has shown that the BPR is superior in ratios of BPR Pujon Jaya Makmur, BPR Artha Kanjuruhan Malang Regency, BPR Eka Dana Utama, BPR Armindo Kencana and BPR Tripakarti Dhanatama.Keywords: BPR, capital adequacy, asset quality, profitability, liquidity
