Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a global issue; however, no definition of CSR is globally accepted. In Indonesia, the concept of CSR is getting stronger, especially after being firmly mentioned in the Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning on the Limited Liability Companies and the Acts Number 25 of 2007 on Investment. In recent years, some companies have implemented the CSR, including in West Lombok. In this case, the success of local government in in improving the prosperity of  the community can only be achieved if all community components take a part, including the companies operating in the region. The application of CSR in the private company in West Lombok especially  the Company of legal entity (PT) is referred to the NTB Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012 concerning  on Environment and Social Responsibility of the Company as mentioned in Article 10. The programs include community development and partnership programs for micro, small business and cooperation, and programs that are  directly-related to the public. However, the application is only dominant in the program that is directly-related to the public such as grants, subsidies, social assistance. The CSR programs have not been made to support community development and partnership programs for micro, small and medium enterprises. Abstract

   Since the enactment of Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PPMI Law), there is a new term as a substitute for Indonesian Labor (for the next term TKI) to become Indonesian Migrant Workers (hereinafter referred to as PMI). By carefully reading the law governing TKI or PMI, namely Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning PPMI, it is made to correct various weaknesses in Law No. 39 of 2004, in which the main objective is to improve the law. thus TKI or PMI are increasingly protected. In fact, this law also still has some weaknesses. The research objective is to analyze weaknesses in Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning PPMI. The method used is a normative juridical research method with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. From the results of the study, there are five weaknesses in the PPMI Law, namely: There is inconsistency in implementing the rules, the PPMI Law still holds potential institutional conflicts regarding the authority of Ministries and Institutions / Non-Ministerial Bodies in the management of migrant workers protection, Articles in the PPMI Law concerning coaching and supervision also has the potential to be a rubber article because it does not elaborate on what forms of supervision and supervision should be carried out. There is no specific article that affirms the specific needs of PMI protection (especially women) who work in the domestic sector. Regulations regarding legal assistance for PMI are not regulated in detail. As a suggestion to immediately revise the PPMI Law, then it must be guarded and completed 27 regulations derived from the mandate of the PPMI Law consisting of 12 Government Regulations, 11 Ministerial Regulations, 3 Agency Regulations and 1 Presidential Regulation

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada warga perumahan Grand Muslim kluster Istanbul, Desa Terong Tawah Kabupaten Lombok Barat tentang pentingnya pengawasan berbasis RT untuk mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19. Adapun usaha dalam mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19 telah dilakukan hal-hal sebagai berikut: membuat spanduk/ papan informasi terkait dengan aturan untuk memasuki kawasan perumahan Grand Muslim kluster Istanbul, melakukan pedampingan kepada ketua RT 03 dalam membentuk tim pengawasan di kluster Istanbul perumahan Grand Muslim, melakukan penyemprotan dengan menggunakan disenfektan di Mesjid Jami’ Annur dan perumahan warga di kluster Istanbul perumahan Grand Muslim, membuat tempat cuci tangan dan sabun cair kepada warga, tahap terakhir adalah pembagian masker kepada warga. Abstract: This community service activity aims to provide understanding to residents of the Grand Muslim housing cluster in Istanbul, Terong Tawah Village, West Lombok Regency about the importance of RT-based supervision to reduce the spread of Covid-19. Efforts to reduce the spread of Covid-19 have been made as follows: making banners / information boards related to the rules to enter the housing area of ​​the Grand Muslim cluster of Istanbul, assisting the head of RT 03 in forming the supervision team in the Istanbul cluster of Grand Muslim housing, spraying using disinfectant at the Jami 'Annur Mosque and residents housing in the Istanbul cluster of Grand Muslim housing, making handwashing and liquid soap to residents, the last stage is the distribution of masks to residents.

Abstract

Revisi atas Undang-Undang No 3 Tahun 2020 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara hasil pembahasan Panitia Kerja telah merombak 143 pasal dari total 217 pasal, artinya ada 82% pasal diubah pada Undang-Undang No 4 Tahun 2009. Undang-undang ini tidak partisipatif dan tidak transparan, sehingga kurang berpihak terhadap penerapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengkaji kemunduran pengaturan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dalam sektor pertambangan mineral dan batubara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa Undang-Undang No 3 Tahun 2020 mengalami kemunduran pengaturan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dalam sektor pertambangan mineral dan batubara yaitu: adanya penambahan izin penambangan yaitu Surat Izin Penambangan Batuan, dimana Izin ini akan membuka ruang baru dalam pengelolaan pertambangan, memuat ketentuan baru yang membahayakan ruang hidup masyarakat sebab semua aktivitas mulai dari penyelidikan hingga pertambangan masuk dalam ruang hidup masyarakat, hanya melakukan pengawasan terhadap aspek keselamatan pertambangan saja menghapus aspek dari kesehatan kerja pertambangan, membuka jalan untuk mengkriminalisasi masyarakat yang menolak keberadaan tambang di wilayahnya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk mencegah peningkatan angka pernikahan dini pada kalangan remaja. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini diharapkan para remaja di desa Kediri tidak melakukan tidakan yang tergesa-gesa melangsungkan pernikahan. Kegiatan ini memberikan ilmu dan pengetahuan tentang dampak pernikahan dini. Adapun metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan melihat film bertema pernikahan dini. Metode ceramah berisikan materi dan ilmu pengetahuan, setelah itu peserta dibebaskan untuk bertanya dan berdiskusi. Dengan melihat film pendek, diharapkan bisa memahami tentang pernikahan dini. Peserta sangat antusias dan senang dilaksnakan sosialisasi ini, karena menambah wawasan dan semakin cermat dalam mengambil keputusan.Abstract:  The purpose of this community service is to prevent an increase in the number of early marriages among teenagers. With this socialization activity, it is hoped that the youth in the village of Kediri will not take hasty actions to get married. This activity provides knowledge and knowledge about the impact of early marriage. The methods implemented in this activity, namely by using the lecture method, discussion, and watching films with the theme of early marriage. The lecture method contains material and knowledge, after which participants are free to ask questions and discuss. By watching short films, it is hoped that they can understand about early marriage. Participants are very enthusiastic and happy to carry out this socialization, because it adds insight and is more careful in making decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUndang-Undang  No 18 tahun 2017 Tentang Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) sangat penting dalam melindungi para PMI yang akan bekerja di Luar negeri. Dimana kita ketahui bahwa mayoritas pekerja migran berasal dari desa, namun selama ini desa nyaris tidak dilibatkan dalam pelindungan calon dan mantan pekerja migran. Padahal untuk memutuskan menjadi pekerja migran dibutuhkan kecukupan informasi dari sumber yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Sejak adanya UU No 18 Tahun 2017, desa berperan dalam melindungi PMI dan keluarganya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan terhadap masyarakat desa Bonjeruk  dan aparat desa tentang pentingnya perlindungan terhadap PMI. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi Undang-Undang No 18 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia. Adapun perwakilan yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini adalah aparat desa, Kepala Dusun, calon PMI, mantan PMI, Tokoh Pemuda. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah aparat desa dan masyarakat mengetahui dan mendapatkan informasi yang jelas tentang  aturan yang baru mengenai perlindungan pekerja migran Indonesia. Kata kunci: sosialisasi; PMI; perlindungan. ABSTRACTLaw No. 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) is very important in protecting PMIs who will work abroad. Where we know that the majority of migrant workers come from villages, but so far the village has barely been involved in protecting prospective and former migrant workers. In fact, to decide to become a migrant worker requires sufficient information from an accountable source. Since the existence of Law No. 18 of 2017, villages have played a role in protecting PMI and their families. This service activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge to the Bonjeruk village community and village officials about the importance of protecting PMI. The method used is the socialization of Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. The representatives who attended this activity were village officials, hamlet heads, PMI candidates, former PMIs, youth leaders. The result of this activity is that village officials and the community know and get clear information about the new regulations regarding the protection of Indonesian migrant workers. Keywords: socialization; PMI; protection.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAngka stunting di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) masih terbilang tinggi yaitu sekitar 167 ribu atau 33,49 persen dari 500 ribu balita mengalami stunting. Hasil  Riset  Kesehatan  Dasar  Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun  2018  untuk  balita  usia  0-59  bulan  menunjukkan  bahwa  indeks  berat  badan menurut  umur (BB/U)  angka   kurang gizi  sebesar  29.94 %,  yang  artinya  bahwa  Kabupaten Lombok Barat   berada  pada  kategori  wilayah  rawan  gizi.  Penanganan masalah stunting tidak mungkin bisa diselesaikan sendiri oleh sektor kesehatan, oleh sebab itu perlu dukungan seluruh jajaran perangkat daerah dan masyarakat. Seperti yang sudah dilakukan oleh Pemeritah Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan membuat Peraturan Bupati Lombok Barat No 19.A Tahun 2020 tentang Pencegahan dan Penangan Stunting, diundangkan pada tanggal 17 April 2020 pada Berita Daerah Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun 2020 Nomor 19.A. Dimana, dalam Pasal 10 angka 14 (a) Peraturan Bupati Lombok Barat No 19.A Tahun 2020. menyatakan adanya peran perangkat daerah dalam aksi konvergensi stunting yaitu: Peran Pemerintah Desa ialah menetapkan peraturan desa tentang pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Dalam hal ini Desa Gelogor Kecamatan Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat belum juga mempunyai peraturan desa tentang pencegahan dan penanganan stunting sesuai amanat dari Peraturan Bupati Lombok Barat No 19.A Tahun 2020.Berdasarkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh pada saat kegiatan penyusunan rencana pembangunan jangka menengah desa (RPJMDes) ada berbagai persoalan dan masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat terutama masyarakat miskin dan perempuan. Dari berbagai persoalan dan masalah yang ada dapat dirangkum salah satunya adalah penanganan masalah stunting. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan penyusunan rancangan peraturan desa tentang pencegahan dan penanangan stunting. Adapun yang hadir pada kegiatan ini adalah Anggota Pemerintah Desa, BPD, perwakilan Kepala Dusun, kader Posyandu, BKKBN/Penyuluh KB Lombok Barat, remaja, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Gelogor saat ini sudah mempunyai draf rancangan peraturan desa. Dimana draf rancangan peraturan desa tersebut akan dibahas pada tahap selanjutnya oleh Pemerintah Desa, BPD dan stakeholder lainnya. Kata kunci : stunting; rancangan; peraturan desa. ABSTRACTThe stunting rate in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) is still relatively high, around 167,000 or 33.49 percent of the 500 thousand toddlers experiencing stunting. The 2018 West Lombok Regency Basic Health Research results for toddlers aged 0-59 months show that the bodyweight index for age (W/U) has a malnutrition rate of 29.94%, which means that West Lombok Regency is in the category of nutritionally vulnerable areas. The health sector can't solve the stunting problem alone. Therefore it requires the support of all regional apparatus and the community as done by the Government of West Lombok Regency by making West Lombok Regent Regulation No. 19. A of 2020 concerning Prevention and Handling of Stunting, promulgated on April 17, 2020, in the Regional News of West Lombok Regency of 2020 Number 19. A. Where, in Article 10 number 14 (a) West Lombok Regent Regulation No. 19.An of 2020. states the role of regional apparatus in stunting convergence action, namely: The part of the Village Government is to stipulate village regulations regarding stunting prevention and handling. In this case, Gelogor Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency does not yet have a village regulation regarding stunting prevention and handling as mandated by the West Lombok Regent Regulation No. 19.An of 2020. Based on data and information obtained during the village medium-term development plan ( RPJMDes), the community faces various problems, especially the poor and women. Of the various issues and problems that exist, it can be summarized, one of which is handling the stunting problem. This service activity aims to draft village regulations regarding stunting prevention and management. Those who attended this activity were Village Government Members, BPD, representatives of the Hamlet Head, Posyandu cadres, BKKBN / West Lombok Family Planning Extension, teenagers, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. The result of this activity is that the Gelogor Village Government currently has a draft village regulation draft. The draft village regulation will be discussed later by the Village Government, BPD, and other stakeholders. Keywords: stunting; design; village regulations.

Abstract

This article discusses the social and environmental responsibility of Muhammadiyah Owned Enterprises (BUMM). The establishment of the economic field as the third pillar in the muhammadiyah preaching as well as marking the characteristics of Advanced Islam that became the spirit of the Muhammadiyah da'wah movement. Speaking of Muhammadiyah, not only talk about schools and universities in the field of education or talk hospitals in the field of health, but also talk about factories and plantations owned by Muhammadiyah. The type of research used is normative juridical research, which is research focused on reviewing the application of rules or norms in positive law. As a result of the research, the Economic and Entrepreneurial Assembly has compiled guidelines for Muhammadiyah Owned Enterprises (BUMM) and has been socialized in 2017, namely the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Guidelines No. 04/PED/I.0/B/ 2017 on Muhammadiyah Owned Enterprises. This guideline is drawn up, so that bumm management in the form of Limited Liability Company (PT) can be managed in accordance with Muhammadiyah's vision by accommodating good corporate governance. The application of social and environmental responsibility of Muhammadiyah Owned Enterprises (BUMM) to the community and the environment only provides money assistance and programs that are derma or philanthropic, have not touched on the environmental aspects. In The Guidelines No. 04/PED/I.0/B/ 2017 concerning Muhammadiyah Owned Enterprises also has not regulated the obligations of Muhammadiyah-owned enterprises in carrying out CSR.Keyword: BUMM; CSR. ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas tentang tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan Badan Usaha Milik Muhammadiyah (BUMM). Pencanangan bidang ekonomi sebagai pilar ketiga dalam dakwah persyarikatan Muhammadiyah sekaligus menandai ciri Islam berkemajuan yang menjadi spirit gerakan dakwah Muhammadiyah. Berbicara tentang Muhammadiyah, tidak hanya berbicara tentang sekolah dan perguruan tinggi di bidang pendidikan atau berbicara rumah sakit di bidang kesehatan, tetapi juga berbicara pabrik-pabrik dan perkebunan yang dimiliki Muhammadiyah. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif yakni penelitian yang difokuskan untuk mengkaji penerapan kaidah-kaidah atau norma-norma dalam hukum positif. Hasil penelitian bahwa, Majelis Ekonomi dan Kewirausahaan sudah menyusun pedoman Badan Usaha Milik Muhammadiyah (BUMM) dan telah disosialisasikan pada tahun 2017, yaitu Pedoman Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah Nomor  04/PED/I.0/B/ 2017 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Muhammadiyah. Pedoman ini disusun, supaya pengelolaan BUMM berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) bisa dikelola sesuai visi Muhammadiyah dengan mengakomodasi tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.Bentuk penerapan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan Badan Usaha Milik Muhammadiyah (BUMM) terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan hanya memberikan bantuan uang dan program yang sifatnya derma atau filantropi, belum menyentuh ke aspek lingkungan. Dalam Pedoman No 04/PED/I.0/B/ 2017 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Muhammadiyah juga belum mengatur tentang kewajiban dari badan usaha milik Muhammadiyah dalam melaksanakan CSR.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeberanian berwirausaha dan berbagai terobosannya sangat bermanfaat untuk menumbuhkembangkan kreativitas sejak dini, terlebih untuk anak-anak panti asuhan. Salah satu visi panti asuhan Muhammadiyah Mataram adalah memaksimalkan potensi dalam kerja nyata, oleh karenanya perlu adanya upaya membangun dan menumbuhkembangkan jiwa enterpreunership pada anak panti asuhan Muhammadiyah Mataram. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada pengurus dan anak-anak panti asuhan Muhammadiyah Mataram tentang pentingnya Membangun dan Menumbuhkan Jiwa Enterpreunership Pada Anak Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Mataram. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pengurus dan anak-anak panti asuhan mengetahui dan mendapatkan informasi tentang pentingnya berwirausaha sejak dini. Kata Kunci: enterpreunership; wiraswata; panti asuhan ABSTRACTThe courage of entrepreneurship and its various breakthroughs are very useful for fostering creativity from an early age, especially for orphanage children. One of the visions of the Muhammadiyah Mataram orphanage is to maximize the potential in real work, therefore there is a need for efforts to build and cultivate the spirit of enterpreunership in the children of the Muhammadiyah Mataram orphanage. This service activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge to the administrators and children of the Muhammadiyah Mataram orphanage about the importance of Building and Growing the Spirit of Enterpreunership in the Children of the Muhammadiyah Mataram Orphanage.
