Abstract

Abstrak Kesiapan kerja siswa kejuruan di Indonesia menjadi salah satu isu penting yang terus dibahas. Hal tersebut dikarenakan lulusan pendidikan kejuruan tersebut masih menduduki posisi teratas untuk angka pengangguran dibandingkan tingkat pendidikan yang lain. Rendahnya kesiapan kerja di kalangan siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor yang perlu diidentifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kejuruan yang dimediasi oleh wawasan dunia kerja. Untuk itu 115 siswa dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling dari 4 SMK yang ada di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur skala dukungan keluarga, wawasan dunia kerja dan kesiapan kerja siswa. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis jalur pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui wawasan dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, keterlibatan keluarga harus maksimal dalam memberikan dukungan yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa. Di sisi lain, sekolah harus mampu menyediakan informasi pekerjaan yang tepat untuk membantu siswa dalam memperluas wawasan mereka tentang dunia kerja.Kata kunci: kesiapan kerja; dukungan keluarga; wawasan dunia kerja; SMK. AbstractJob readiness of vocational students in Indonesia is one of the important issues that continues to be discussed. This is because vocational education graduates still occupy the top position for unemployment rates compared to other levels of education. The low job readiness among students is influenced by many factors that need to be identified. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of family support on vocational students' job readiness mediated by the world of work insight. For this reason, 115 students were selected through a cluster random sampling technique from 4 vocational schools in East Java, Indonesia. Collecting data using a questionnaire to measure the scale of family support, insight into the world of work and student work readiness. Hypothesis testing was carried out by path analysis at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study show that family support has a significant effect on students' work readiness, both directly and indirectly through insight into the world of work. Thus, family involvement should be maximized in providing the support needed by students. Abstract

Menyediakan kualitas yang utama dalam bisnis di bidang real estat yang berfokus pada kepuasaan pelanggan merupakan kiat pengembang dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan kemampuan untuk bersaing dengan kompetitornya. Implementasi manajemen kualitas total (TQM) dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek real estat yang berfokus pada kepuasaan pelanggan, menjadikan pengembang akan mampu melakukan perbaikan maupun peningkatan kualitas secara berkelanjutan yang berdasar pada masukan tentang kebutuhan, keinginan, dan harapan pelanggan. Optimalisasi desain yang mengacu pada masukan pelanggan merupakan pendekatan proses desain untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan external , yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan keuntungan bagi pengembang dan pelanggannya.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh menggunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik. Metode penelitian menggunakan Pre-Experimental Design, dengan desain Intact-Group Comparison. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan test dan observasi sikap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T atau Independent sample T-test pada SPSS 20.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik secara signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh rerata hasil belajar siswa menggunakan pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E lebih tinggi dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional.Kata-kata kunci: learning cycle 5E, hasil belajarAbstract: Effect of Learning Cycle 5E Instructional Model to Student achievement in Mechanics Engineering courses at Architecture Engineering class at vocational high school. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Learning Cycle 5E model towards improving student learning outcomes in mechanics engineering courses. This research used Pre-Experimental Design method, with Intact-Group Comparison design. The Data was collected using test and attitude observation. The Data was analyzed using T test or Independent sample t-test in SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The results showed that Learning Cycle 5E instructional model can significantly improve student learning outcomes in mechanics engineering courses. Abstract

This study was carried out to produce a product in the form of teaching materials as well as products supporting teaching materials in the form groupsheet, photoviewer and learning scenarios to support cooperative learning-based scientific approach also investigated how it impacts the learning process in vocational programs ototronik engineering expertise throughout the city of Malang. This study uses the stages of R & D Borg & Gall to make a product, while researching the effect researchers used a quantitative approach to experimental research methods. The samples used were 66 students of class XI, consisting of 37 students as an experimental group and 29 students as a control group. Product validation phase carried out by seven lecturers of Mechanical Engineering, State University of Malang, 2 teachers SMKN 6 Malang Malang and SMK 10 and 25 students SMKN 6 and SMKN 10 Malang. Product testing conducted by some experts that consists of content expert, instructional design experts, media learning expert and small group trial. Based on product testing data obtained from experts such that learning products developed at the level of valid and fit for use as a learning product while in testing the effects of product usage in learning by the student data showed that the products developed significant effect on learning outcomes and effective for use.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar serta produk pendukung bahan ajar berbentuk groupsheet, photoviewer, dan skenario pembelajaran untuk mendukung pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis pendekatan saintifik juga meneliti bagaimana pengaruhnya dalam proses pembelajaran di SMK pada program keahlian teknik ototronik se-kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahap-tahap penelitian R&D Borg & Gall untuk membuat produk, sedangkan untuk meneliti pengaruhnya peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 66 siswa kelas XI, yang terdiri atas 37 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 29 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Tahap validasi produk dilaksanakan oleh 7 orang dosen Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Malang, 2 orang guru SMKN 6 Malang dan SMKN 10 Malang serta 25 orang siswa SMKN 6 dan SMKN 10 Malang. Pengujian produk dilakukan oleh beberapa ahli yang terdiri atas ahli isi materi, ahli perancangan pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, dan uji coba kelompok kecil. Berdasarkan pengujian produk diperoleh data dari ahli-ahli tersebut bahwa produk pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berada pada level valid dan layak digunakan sebagai produk pembelajaran, sedangkan dalam pengujian pengaruh penggunaan produk dalam pembelajaran oleh siswa diperoleh data bahwa produk yang dikembangkan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dan efektif untuk digunakan.
