Abstract

Jurnal ini menelusuri makna multidimensi Pancasila sebagai ideologi dasar negara Indonesia. Lebih dari sekadar prinsip panduan bagi persatuan nasional, Pancasila berperan sebagai simbol kuat identitas Indonesia dan wadah nilai-nilai inti bangsa. Jurnal ini meneliti konteks historis adopsi Pancasila, menganalisis asal-usulnya dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan dan evolusi selanjutnya menjadi kerangka komprehensif untuk tata pemerintahan. Lebih lanjut, jurnal ini menelusuri implikasi praktis dari implementasi Pancasila, menyoroti pengaruhnya pada berbagai aspek masyarakat Indonesia, termasuk politik, hukum, pendidikan, dan kehidupan sosial. Dengan mengacu pada literatur ilmiah dan analisis historis, makalah ini berpendapat bahwa relevansi Pancasila yang tak lekang oleh waktu terletak pada kemampuannya untuk memupuk kohesi nasional, mempromosikan keadilan sosial, dan memandu Indonesia menuju masa depan yang ditandai dengan perdamaian, kemakmuran, dan cita-cita demokrasi.

Abstract

The implementation of correspondence at the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office is very important to ensure smooth communication between the office and other parties, both internal and external. Correspondence is used for various purposes, such as notifications, requests, submissions, and so on. In the implementation of correspondence at the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office, there are several things that need to be considered. First, the letter format must be adjusted to the applicable standards and can facilitate the archiving process. Second, the use of clear and easy-to-understand language so that the message can be conveyed properly. In addition, letter security must also be considered. Letters containing confidential or important information must be kept confidential and must not be misused. Therefore, procedures for sending, storing, and deleting letters must be well organized and carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. In practice, the implementation of correspondence at the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office can utilize information technology, such as the use of email or a mail management information system to speed up and facilitate the correspondence process. However, the use of technology must be accompanied by adequate security so as not to cause harm to the agency. By implementing correspondence properly, the Food Crops and Horticulture Agriculture Office can improve work efficiency and effectiveness and strengthen relationships with other parties, so as to achieve the goals that have been set.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution has brought significant transformation in various aspects of life, including economic, social and technological. In the Islamic context, the welfare of the people is not only measured by material prosperity, but also spiritual and social balance. This article explores the role of the Industrial Revolution in improving the welfare of the people through the application of Islamic economic principles. By utilizing modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation, Muslims have the opportunity to create a sustainable and ethical industry, in accordance with sharia values. However, the main challenge is integrating technological advances with Islamic principles, such as social justice and equitable distribution of wealth. This article highlights the importance of wise adaptation and implementation of innovations that are in line with Islamic teachings to achieve comprehensive prosperity for the Ummah. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of how the industrial revolution can be utilized ethically and sustainably to support the welfare of the people from an Islamic perspective

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to fill this knowledge gap by developing an appropriate marketing strategy for Lollipop Shops in the Tuasan area, Medan City, North Sumatra. The methods that will be used include a segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) approach, effective digital marketing, appropriate promotions, and developing customer relationships to significantly increase customer interest and loyalty. This research will use a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the marketing strategy implemented by the Lollipop Shop, customer perceptions and behavior, as well as factors that influence customer interest and loyalty. This approach was chosen because it allows an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon under study. Based on the research results, the marketing strategy implemented by the Lolipop Shop has provided positive results in attracting and retaining customers in the Tuasan area, Medan City. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved in order to increase customer interest and loyalty and strengthen the store's position in the local cosmetics market.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find a strategy for developing Cheap Grocery Stall MSMEs on Jalan Tuamang, Medan City, which is effective in increasing sales and business sustainability. Thus, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach at the Cheap Grocery Stall on Jalan Tuamang, Medan City, there are several data collection and analysis techniques used to dig up in-depth information. This research shows that the Cheap Grocery Stall on Jalan Tuamang has succeeded in developing a mature strategy to face challenges and take advantage of opportunities in operating its business. One of the main findings of this research is the use of effective marketing strategies, such as promotion via social media and word of mouth marketing, which successfully attracts customer attention. Apart from that, this shop maintains price competitiveness while maintaining a reasonable profit margin.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for improving the performance of Mr. Beverage Products Umkm. One Tuasan Branch is based on Islamic management values. This research seeks to identify and test the effectiveness of implementing values ​​such as honesty, justice, trustworthiness and sharia in the context of MSME management and operations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which was chosen because it was considered appropriate to examine in depth the application of Islamic management values ​​in improving the performance of Mr. Beverage Products Umkm. One Tuasan Branch. The research location is the MSME Beverage Products Mr. One Tuasan Branch located on Jl. Tuasan No.. 80, Sidorejo Hilir, Kec. Medan Tembung, Medan City, North Sumatra. The research time will be determined based on agreement with the Umkm and considering the time needed to collect sufficient and in-depth data. Research data will be obtained from two main sources: observation and interviews. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the application of Islamic values ​​in the management and operations of Mr. Beverage Products Umkm. One Tuasan Branch has had a significant positive impact. Values ​​such as honesty, fairness, trust, and sharia not only support the success of daily operations, but also strengthen Mr.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze MSME development strategies in the Tuasan area using an Islamic economic perspective to improve the welfare of street vendors. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by MSMEs in the Tuasan area. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore strategies for developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Tuasan area from an Islamic economic perspective, as well as their impact on the welfare of street vendors. A qualitative approach was chosen because it allows for an in-depth understanding of the local context and socio-economic dynamics that influence MSMEs and street vendors. The case study method is used because the focus of this research is on one specific community, namely street vendors in Tuasan, allowing a detailed description of the application of Islamic economic principles in the daily lives of street vendors. Based on the results of this research, MSMEs in the Tuasan area have significant strengths and opportunities to develop, although they are also faced with various weaknesses and threats. By applying Islamic economic principles, such as fairness in prices, use of capital based on profit sharing, improving product quality and innovation, as well as social and educational empowerment, MSMEs in Tuasan can improve the welfare of street vendors and make a positive contribution to society as a whole.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to increase the competitiveness of the Bakso Mas Wahyu business through SWOT analysis and strategic recommendations. SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) With this analysis, companies can find out internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats that can influence business success. SWOT analysis will help identify four main components that influence the competitiveness of Bakso Mas Wahyu: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore it. The case study was chosen because it allows researchers to obtain in-depth and comprehensive information about the Bakso Mas Wahyu business, including the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats it faces. Based on the SWOT analysis and strategic recommendations that have been carried out for the Bakso Mas Wahyu business, it can be concluded that Bakso Mas Wahyu has great potential to continue to grow and develop in the market.

Abstract

. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that influence the sales targets of Wholesale Cahaya Asia Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies to explore the factors that influence sales targets at Wholesale Cahaya Asia Medan, which was chosen as the research location because of its large volume. high and diverse products. This research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes participant observation, where researchers directly observe sales activities, interactions between employees and customers, as well as other factors that influence sales, and in-depth interviews with store owners, sales managers, employees, and customers to reveal marketing strategies, customer satisfaction, competition market, and economic conditions. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there are several internal and external factors that influence the sales targets of Cahaya Asia Medan Wholesalers. Internal factors include stock availability, employee capabilities, and management systems. External factors include economic conditions, competition, and natural disasters. Wholesale Cahaya Asia Medan can implement several strategies to increase sales, such as improving product and service quality, expanding market reach, increasing promotions and marketing, and utilizing technology. Abstract

In this research, sales budgeting was carried out for Al-Fazza Perfume MSMEs in 2024 with the aim of evaluating budget achievements from January to May. The research method used is quantitative, using secondary data on sales of Al-Fazza Parfume during that period. Through analysis using the smallest quadrant method, a sales forecast for June 2024 was obtained of IDR 9,284,200. Sales budgeting is very important to measure business development and stability in the face of market fluctuations that may occur in the future.
