Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of Sharia Pegadaian in building consumer trust in gold pawning. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used are interview documentation studies. Data analysis uses reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that Sharia management at Pegadaian has been running in increasing consumer confidence in gold pawning. The evidence comes from the increasing number of consumers for gold pawning every month at the Kartini Sharia Pawnshop. Motivation and support of the Kartini Sharia Pawnshop Branch Leader makes employees feel happy and comfortable so that employee performance can be maintained to the maximum. This consumer trust can be seen from the attitudes and interests of consumers who transact at Kartini Sharia Pawnshop. In addition to gold pawning, consumers can also invest in gold, purchase motorized vehicles, pilgrimage, and pay for electricity, telephone, water and insurance at Pegadaian. Like the motto of Pegadaian overcoming problems without problems. This research is useful in providing input to maintain consumer trust in the withdrawal of consumer savings for the nearest area, especially Denpasar, especially for institutions, traders and micro and medium business owners. Therefore, it is expected that further researchers will discuss more about ways to increase consumers for gold pawns and other products in a more modern way along with the era that continues to advance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of market orientation and innovation on the marketing performance of culinary MMTC UMKM in Medan City. The problem formulation is to identify the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The population used for this study were culinary MSMEs in the MMTC of Medan City. The data collection method uses interviews with several MMTC MSME actors in Medan City. The results of this study indicate that (1) market orientation has a significant influence on the marketing performance of culinary SMEs. (2) Innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance in culinary SMEs. This research has limitations in the number of variables, it is hoped that future research can pay attention to other factors so that it can increase the accuracy of research results in the context of improving marketing performance. The researcher suggests that MSME actors pay attention to other factors that can affect marketing performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar bahwa keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan sebuah perusahaan diperlukan sebuah manajemen yang efektif, efisien serta memiliki daya saing dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Melalui sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik, perusahaan dapat mengelola kinerja sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sehingga dapat bekerja secara optimal dan dapat tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Upaya Kasus CV Bersama Portibi Jaya Menteng dalam rangka menciptakan manajemen kinerja yang efektif dan efisien, yang berdaya saing dan dapat menunjang produktivitasnya adalah dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis kompetensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis kompetensi di Kasus CV Bersama Portibi Jaya Menteng, serta menganalisis dan menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis kompetensi di Kasus CV Bersama Portibi Jaya Menteng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis kompetensi di Kasus CV Bersama Portibi Jaya Menteng termasuk dalam pola pengelolaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Kompetensi (MSDMBK).

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Pertama kekuatan (strenght) dan kelemahan (weaknesses) merupakan aspek internal yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kedua faktor eksternal dapat mempengaruhi terbentuknya peluang (opportunity) dan ancaman (threats) dimana faktor ini bersangkutan dengan kondisi-kondisi yang terjadi diluar perusahaan. Menurut teori, analisis SWOT didasarkan pada logika yang dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (strenght), dan peluang (opportunity), namun secara bersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (weaknesses) dan ancaman (threats). Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Usaha Restoran Layar Dimsum, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang merupakan restoran yang lokasinya berada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang tepatnya di daerah Deliserdang. Restoran ini menjual berbagai macam jenis makanan/minuman seperti : Fastfood. Harga yang ditawarkan pun juga lumayan terjangkau dan menu-menu yang ditawarkan juga cukup bervariasi.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan serabut kelapa adalah salah satu kegiatan UMKM di Desa Kubah Sentang demi memberantas masalah ekonomi di desa tersebut. Hal ini bermula dari banyaknya limbah sabut kelapa yang dibuang secara gamblang oleh perkebunan kelapa yang berada di desa tersebut mengakibatkan masyarakat berpikir untuk mengelola serabut kelapa tersebut untuk dapat dijadikan sesuatu yang lebih bermanfaat dan membangkitkan ekonomi desa. Adapun cara pemanfaatannya adalah dengan mengubah sabut kelapa menjadi media pot bunga anggrek yang menghasilkan anggrek yang tumbuh dengan baik dan indah sehingga dapat diperjualbelikan. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari studi ini yaitu masyarakat semakin sadar untuk semakin memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar dan memanfaatkannya seperti limbah serabut kelapa yang diubah menjadi media pot bunga oleh ibu PKK di Desa Kubah Sentang,Kecamatan Pantai Labu,Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, the development of human resource competencies in Indonesian Islamic banking, and the role of human resource competencies for the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This type of research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which is a method that is systematic, clear, comprehensive, identifies, analyzes, assesses, evaluates, and interprets all findings on a research topic (research question). Sources of data as subjects and objects come from indexed journal literature that has ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) electronically published via the internet with the code E-ISSN. Data collection was done through internet surfing from Google Scholars. The results of the study stated that the results of the Systematic Literature Review of all research contained in journals that have been published since 2014 to 2021 confirm that the competence of human resources in Indonesia is still low both at the level of quality and quantity which causes the weak performance of Islamic banking. competence of human resources in Islamic banking in Indonesia, among others, because the recruitment, selection and placement of employees are not in accordance with their expertise, mastery of muamalah fiqh theories and law of engagement are lacking, and there is no ability to modify banking products combined with sharia principles. Islam. The solutions given to answer the problem of the low competence of human resources in Islamic banking in Indonesia above include better recruitment, selection and placement of human resources correctly according to the right job, paying close attention when recruiting really competent people from both sides. in terms of sharia and finance, and increasing the role of universities, especially Islamic universities, to provide quality human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran produk takaful dana pendidikan (Fulnadi) pada PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Medan. Kualitatif deskriptif merupakan pendekatan yang dipakai dipenelitian ini. Penulis dalam hal ini menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran produk Fulnadi pada PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Medan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi diperlihatkan dengan menetapkan struktur perusahaan, budaya perusahaan, serta kepemimpinan. Dan telah diidentifikasi peluang yang dapat mengembangkan perusahaan. Bersama itu terdapat pula ancaman yang tidak bisa dikesampingkan dan harus ditangani dengan serius agar perusahaan tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam menghadapi ancaman tersebut. Selain peluang dan ancaman, terdapat pula kekuatan dan kelemahan dari PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Medan. Kekuatan yang dimiliki perusahaan ini terletak pada agen yang memiliki integritas tinggi sehingga ini dijadikan strategi pemasaran yang sangat efektif dengan melakukan penjualan langsung. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga dalam memasarkan produk Asuransi Takaful Dana Pendidikan memiliki 4 jenis strategi yaitu analisis SWOT, Segmen Pasar, Target Pasar, dan Bauran Pemasaran yang mana semua strategi menitikberatkan tujuannya pada kalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Public service is an important service and is a top priority for administrators to meet the basic needs of society. Basically, the health sector is one of the first-level facilities for Social Security Administrator (BPJS) participants managed at the Public Health Center (Puskesmas). Therefore, the benefits of Puskesmas services are felt and help the community, including BPJS patients, so that the services provided to patients must be of quality according to the specified service standards. This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the quality of service for BPJS and non-BPJS participants as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of service. Researchers use qualitative research by understanding the research subject. Source of data obtained from secondary and primary data. Furthermore, data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation at the health center, and determination of respondents using snowball sampling, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. To test the level of confidence in the data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the study stated that the quality of services provided to BPJS and Non-BPJS patients at the Ofa Padang Mahondang Health Center was good and in accordance with the needs of the community seen from direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. While the supporting factors for service are the attitude of employees who are friendly, courteous, flow simplicity and affordable costs, there are still things that need to be improved, namely the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, such as loudspeakers, the wifi network is slow and the number of patients who are busy with the number of officers is incompatibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the sanction system in improving the discipline of employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 employees who work at the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that the application of the sanction system has succeeded in improving employee discipline, especially in terms of attendance and timely completion of tasks. However, there are still obstacles in applying sanctions to violations that are more complex and unclear rules. Therefore, it is recommended that the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province improve and clarify the sanction system applied and provide training to employees about the consequences of disciplinary violations.
