Abstract

The process of meeting the needs of everyone is important. Various shopping places visited to carry out buying and selling activities in the place. However, not a few problems encountered from the process. The number of groceries purchased will be very troublesome for customers, the transaction process will also be a problem. The purpose of this research is to make a smartcardshop system planning concept for shopping without a long time. The analysis is conducted to find out the weaknesses of the transaction process carried out by people who buy at a store. The data obtained is made as a basis for developing the system so that buyers can make the purchase process quickly using RFID for each product to be purchased. The method used in this study uses two methods. The first method is that researchers use data collection methods, among others, by collecting data from resource persons consisting of problems experienced when a product purchase transaction is carried out. In addition, product data is also collected to support the information system design process. The second method is the researcher uses the system development method in this case the researcher uses the prototype method. The results of this study are the concept and design of a smartcard shop information system to shop without using RFID for a long time.

Abstract

User satisfaction with system performance is a benchmark for applying information technology. Academic Information System faculty of Compur Science University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta are used as a media support the campus academic process.This study aims to determine the relationship between content (content), the level of accuracy of the system (accuracy), format, easy of use, timeliness, organizational support, user attitudes towards the information system and perceived attitude of top management on the level of satisfaction of using the academic information system in faculty of Computer Science, University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta. This research is a descriptive study used technology acceptannce model (TAM) with modified End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach method. The result of this study was to determine the relationship between content (content), the level of accuracy of the system (accuracy), format, ease (easy of use), timeliness, organizational support, user attitudes towards the information system and perceived attitude of top management on the level of satisfaction of using the academic information system in faculty of Computer Science, University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta.

Abstract

E-learning System in faculty of Compur Science University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta are used as a media support the campus learning process. This study aims to determine the relationship between content (content), the level of accuracy of the system (accuracy), format, easy of use, timeliness, organizational support, user attitudes towards the e-learning system and perceived attitude of top management on the level of satisfaction of using the e-learning system in faculty of Computer Science, University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta. This research is a descriptive study used technology acceptannce model (TAM) with modified End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach method. The results of testing and data processing from respondents were normally distributed, with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results of testing the data related to the 16 questionnaire questions also show that the data is valid and reliable. User satisfaction with the implementation of learning through the e-learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic is quite high, above 75% strongly agree, even from 8 items, 7 items on average are above 80% strongly agree. From the results of data processing the average is 4.11, which means the acceptance strongly agrees with the e-learning system 82.2%. Content occupies the highest satisfaction score of 89.2% and the lowest level of satisfaction is organizational support, the lecturer satisfaction rate is 76.4%.

Abstract

CV Family Kaca merupakan salah satu usaha yang menyediakan berbagai macam produk kaca dan aksesoris alumunium. Pendistribusian dan penjualan sangat diperlukan dalam proses bisnis yang berjalan diperusahaan ini. Proses bisnis di CV Family Kaca sedang berkembang, akan tetapi dalam kegiatan bisnisnya masih menggunakan penjualan konvensional. Kegiatan penjualan tersebut menyebabkan kurangnya produk yang dijual untuk dikenal oleh pelanggan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan proses bisnis yang terkomputerisasi, yang berguna untuk mempermudah proses bisnis dan mempernkenalkan produk dengan lebih luas. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem RAD (Rapid Aplication Development) yang meliputi Requirment Planing, Design Workshop, Implentation. Alat bantu perancangan menggunakan UML. Menggunakan database MySQL dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Analisis kelemahan sistem PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). SEO merupakan serangkaian proses yang dilakukan secara sistematis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan trafik kunjungan melalui mesin pencarian menuju situs web tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem informasi pendistribusian dan penjualan yang terdiri dari data barang, transaksi penjualan, serta laporan penjualan dan laporan pendistribusian. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian blackbox dan pengujian beta yang menghasilkan pembangunan sistem informasi telah sesuai dengan tujuan dan kebutuhan sistem. Dimana pertanyaan pertama berbobot 90% pertanyaan kedua berbobot 88% pertanyaan ketiga berbobot 86% pertanyaan keempat berbobot 90% dan pertanyaan kelima berbobot 84%.

Abstract

Sekolah dasar merupakan tempat pembelajaran bagi siswa memperoleh pendidikan dasar. Pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses perubahan tingkah laku yang diperoleh melalui pengalaman individu yang bersangkutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Klabang dalam penerapan pengelolaan buku dalam kehidupan untuk menunjang belajarnya. Metode yang digunakan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan praktik bagi siswa. Kegiatan diawali dengan mengajak siswa dalam menata buku dan menulis katalog buku serta cara menata buku-buku pada rak yang tersedia secara konvensional. Kemudian kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan praktik cara penginputan data buku serta melihat hasil laporan dalam menggunakan manajemen informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis komputerisasi. Setelah adanya kegiatan ini, siswa sekolah dasar negeri Klabang, mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan, yang diharapkan memberikan dampak bagi siswa dalam mengimplementasikan dalam penataan buku yang di rumah masing-masing guna memudahkan siswa dalam mencari buku-buku pribadi secara efektif dan efisien yang digunakan belajar.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on UMKM. Social distancing has changed consumer behavior from conventional to digital. UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

Abstract

The existence of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information and Regional Regulation of Surakarta City Number 11 of 2013 concerning Openness of Public Information. So it is very important for the city of Surakarta to convey information to the public. Village as the spearhead of service, must be able to provide the best service to the community. The public has the right to get information quickly and accurately. To realize this, we need an online information system that can be accessed by all people. Android application is the most appropriate solution for the implementation of the information system, because most people already have an Android device. With the information system installed on Android, people can access profile information, news, activities, services, galleries and RT cover services online. In this study the author uses the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Framework with service-oriented available in Tipes village as a data sample. To develop Android applications that have good user experience (UX) capabilities and high performance, the writer uses the Kotlin and AppCompat Library programming languages. The results of the study are architectural designs and Android applications that have access rights as citizens, head of RT and head of RW, while administrator access rights using web-based applications are equipped with web services that bridge the android application with the database. Test results show the application does not experience an error except when the server has a problem. The statistical data obtained are 365 devices that have been installed and 113 residents gave ratings of applications with an average rating of 4.98

Abstract

Usia 0-6 tahun adalah usia emas merupakan penentu untuk pembentukkan kualitas anak, sehingga perlu adanya pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal. Posyandu di kelurahan Ngrombo mengambil peran aktif dalam mengumpulkan data tentang kemungkinan pertumbuhan stunting, tetapi untuk pencatatannya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga untuk mengetahui hasilnya memerlukan waktu serta hasil dari pencatatan anak yang berpotensi stunting hanya dibawa oleh bidan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan diagram UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang terdiri dari workflow, use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, desain database dan user interface. Dengan adanya sistem informasi monitoring stunting ini bidan serta kader dapat langsung memasukkan data melalui website dan dapat mengetahui hasilnya secara realtime serta dari pihak kelurahan tidak perlu lagi menunggu laporan data dari bidan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Monitoring, Waterfall
