Abstract

Kemampuan motorik halus anak masih rendah. Penyebab rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus anak adalah karena metode dan media yang kurang memadai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Tujuan penelitiantian tindakan kelas untuk mengembangkan motorik halus anak melalui permainan melukis dengan kuas. Hasil tindakan yang dilakukan dapat mengembangkan motoroik halus anak melalui permainan melukis dengan kuas.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh (1) Modal Intelektual (VAIC™) yang diukur melalui Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human  Coefficient (VAHU), dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) secara simultan terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Return On total Asset (ROA). (2) Efisiensi modal fisik yang diukur dengan Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROA). (3) Efisiensi modal manusia (Human Capital) yang diukur dengan Value Added Human Coefficient (VAHU) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROA). (4) Efisiensi modal struktural (Structural Capital) yang diukur dengan Structural Value Added Coefficient (STVA) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (RAO).   Dari analisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa komponen modal intelektual (VAICTM) yaitu VACA, VAHU dan STVA secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Secara parsial, variabel VACA dan STVA memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sedangkan VAHU tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hal ini dapat mengindikasikan bahwa modal fisik dan modal struktural dalam perusahaan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes IPA third grade students of SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi with rata average grade 71.68 with a minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of science learning was 75 of total 29 students only 12 students who reach KKM and 17 students did not reach KKM. Penelitian The application is titled quantum teaching model for improving student learning outcomes science class III SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. This research aims to improve learning outcomes of science learning third grade students of SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi academic year 2014/2015 with the adoption of quatum teaching model. This research was conducted by 2 cycles refers to the student results, activities student and teacher activity. At the first meeting activity first cycle teacher with a percentage increase of 66.66%, second meeting to be 75.00%. In the first meeting of the second cycle increased again to 83.33% after the second meeting increased to 91.66% by Both very category. Activities students in first cycle first meetings with the percentage of 62.50% has increased to a second meeting be 70.83%. In the first meeting of the second cycle increased again became 79,16% and then increased again to a second meeting be 87.50%. Model quatum teaching in the learning process can improve student learning outcomes of science learning than the average score of 71.68 into 74.82 basis in the first cycle of the next increased by 3.14% and then increased from 74.82 in the first cycle to 83.10 with a large increase of 8.28%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the adoption of the model quantum teaching can improve learning outcomes of science learning grade III SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir.Keywords: quantum teaching learning model

Abstract

Abstract: The research was done because low of ability writing poetry study result of the fourth grade students at SDN 06 Kadur, Rupat Utara subdistrict. KKM stated at school was 70. From 20 students, only 8 students that reached KKM (40,00%), whereas student did not still reach KKM yet were 12 students (60,00%). With score mean of class was 62,53. For solving the problem, there for the researcher implement learning model of talking chips type. The goal of research was for increasing ability writing poetry study result of the fourth grade students at SDN 06 Kadur by implementing learning model of talking chips type. The research was classroom action research. The technique of collecting data by using observation and test. The result of research was collected at first meeting of cycles, the teacher’s activity on classification “enough” (54,17%), after at second meeting, that known the teacher’s activity on classification “good”(70,83%). at first meeting of cycles II, teacher’s activity on classification ” very good”(83,33%), after at second meeting teacher’s activity on classification “very good”(91,66%). At first meeting cycle I, students’ activity on classification “poor”(50,00%), at second meeting students’ activity on classification ”good” (75,00%). At first meeting of cycles II, the students’ activity on classification “good”(79,17%). At second meeting students’ activity on classification“very good”(87,50). At cycles 1 known that total of students reached KKM were 14 students (70,00%) with mean score 77,25. At cycles II, total of students reached KKM were 18 students (90,00%) with mean score 87,25. Based on this research can be concluded that by implementing cooperative learning model of talking chips type can increase ability writing poetry study result of the fourth grade students at SDN 06 Kadur sub-district Rupat Utara.Key word: Cooperative of talking chips type, social studies students achievement

Abstract

Abstrak :The backround of This research is process learning class lll Ml An Nasiah Manggala Sempurna Kecematan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Study of Ips still domination with the teacher so make the students passive and study achievement is not satisfied with the scor average in on KKM. This research study of porpuse to know or unknow the influence cooperative modelying type example non example decent individual or classical with result learn students class 111the study of IPS MI An Nasiah manggala Sempurna Kecematan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.This research doing 22 students. Collegue the data with observation used sheet observation for model of data to learn cooperative type example non example. Through UAS 1 and UAS 11 for data learning. The result of this rise in cycles first than it was before the act or before PTK. The result of the study which occurs before held PTK and cycle increase of 1 15,20% for this cycle 1 the student have finisih with the total 12 students with finish 60%, while in cycle of 2 happened increase with the total 30% with finish of students 15,19, for cycle 11 increase the total 90% so, happened goald difference increase with cycle 1 and cycle 11 with total 30%. While the students activities for first meeting cycle 1 with total 53,5%, second meeting with total 67,75% and cycle 11 for first meeting with total 89,28%, second meeting with total 96,48% so, between cycle 1 and cycle 11 happened increase with total 32,26%. From this research and matery have explanation that with used model cooperative learning type of NHT. It is true then activitias and learning of students happened increase more is very good. This information of cooperative learning type NHT can improve increase study of students IPS class 111 Mi An Nasihah manggala Sempurna Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. “received”.Keywords. Abstract

Abstract : The objectives of this research are (1) to know the student’s gross motor skills among the age of 4-5 years old before implementing the cat and mouse game at the state kindergarten of Pembina 3 Pekanbaru, (2) to know the students’ gross motor skills among the age of 4-5 years old after implementing the state kindergarten of Pembina 3 Pekanbaru, (3) to know whether or not there is significant effect of the cat and mouse game toward the students’ gross motor skills among the age of 4-5 years old at the state kindergarten of Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. This research is an experimental research conducted to know the effect of a variable in controlled condition. The subject of the research was the students at the state kindergarten of Pembina 3 Pekanbaru from the age of 4-5 years old in class A. There are 18 students in class A including 8 boys and 10 girls. In collecting data of the research, the writer used observation and documentation. From the research finding, it was concluded that : (1) the students’ gross motor skills among the age of 4-5 years old at the state kindergarten of Pembina 3 Pekanbaru before implementing the activity of the cat and mouse traditional game were classified as develop, (2) the students’ gross motor skills among the age of 4-5 years old at the state kindergarten of Pembina 3 Pekanbaru after implementing the activity of the cat and mouse traditional game were classified as develop based on the writer’s expectation, (3) implementing the cat and mouse traditional game has significant effect toward the students’ gross motor skills among the age of 4-5 years old at the state kindergarten Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. This can be known that there is significant difference of enhancement from the students’ gross motor skills before and after treatment. The implementation of the cat and mouse traditional game has significant effect at 56.25% toward the students’ gross motor skills among the age of 4-5 years old at the state kindergarten of Pembina 3 Pekanbaru.Keywords : The cat and mouse traditional game, gross motor skills.

Abstract

The rise of noble tobacco farming is seen again today in the Gayo Highlands after it was once glorious in the 1980s. There were many things that reference ideas, motivations, values, and orientations behind them. This study analyzed the cultural value orientation of tobacco farmers in Gayo so that it continues to carry out planting practices to this day. Furthermore, this study also explored the various habits tobacco farmers have in developing tobacco, including the inheritance pattern of tobacco planting culture between generations. The research, which took the locus in Central Aceh, used a qualitative approach by referring to C. Kluckhohn's concept of "value orientation" analysis and Pierre Bourdie's concept of "habitus". The data collection techniques used were participation observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and document studies. Field findings showed that tobacco plants were once the primadonna of the Gayo people in the 80s, but after that began to be abandoned by the community due to economic factors. Over the last 7 years, the Gayo people have begun to look back at tobacco plants along with tobacco products, which has become one of the essential concerns of the government in developing the economy of the Gayo community. The Gayo people still practice growing tobacco because this plant does not require special treatment, the planting period is relatively short, and this plant product is easy to process.Geliat pertanian tembakau mulia terlihat kembali saat ini di Dataran Tinggi Gayo setelah pernah jaya di era 1980-an. Tentu saja, ada banyak hal yang menjadi rujukan ide, motivasi, nilai serta orientasi yang melatarbelakanginya. Studi ini menganalisis orientasi nilai budaya para petani tembakau di bumi Gayo sehingga terus menjalankan praktek tanam hingga saat ini. Lebih lanjut, studi ini juga menggali bagaimana ragam habitus yang dimiliki petani tembakau dalam mengembangkan tembakau, termasuk pola pewarisan budaya tanam tembakau antar generasi. Penelitian yang mengambil lokus di Aceh Tengah ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengacu pada konsep analisis “orientasi nilai” C. Kluckhohn dan konsep “habitus” Pierre Bourdie. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, studi literatur, dan studi dokumen. Hasil temuan lapangan menunjukkan bahwa tanaman tembakau pernah menjadi primadona masyarakat Gayo pada era 80-an, namun setelah itu mulai ditinggalkan oleh masyarakat karena faktor ekonomi. Sejak 7 tahun terakhir, masyarakat Gayo mulai melirik kembali tanaman tembakau seiring dengan produk tembakau menjadi salah satu perhatian penting pemerintah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat Gayo. Masyarakat Gayo masih melakukan praktek tanam tembakau karena tanaman ini tidak membutuhkan perlakuan khusus, masa tanam yang relatif singkat, dan produk tanaman ini mudah diolah.
