Abstract

Telah dilakukan Penelitian tentang pengaruh metode eksperimen dan motivasi belajar terhadap penguasaan konsep pada pokok bahasan listrik dinamis siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Dum Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode eksperimen (X1) terhadap penguasaan konsep (Y), motivasi belajar (X2) terhadap penguasaan konsep (Y) serta secara bersama-sama penggunaan metode eksperimen (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) terhadap penguasaan konsep (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode eksperimen, motivasi belajar dan secara bersama-sama metode eksperimen dan motivasi belajar terhadap penguasaan konsep pada pokok bahasan listrik dinamis pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Dum Kota Sorong. Kata Kunci : Metode Eksperimen, Motivasi Belajar, Penguasaan Konsep Fisika

Abstract

This Research aims to analyse the applying of method of discussion study of through media torso to liveliness and result of learning biology class of XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sorong. Metode used in this research is method of quasi experimental by sampel as much 92 one who divisible in 2 class (class kontrol and experiment). Result of research lay open that there are liveliness difference and result of learning student between class using discussionmethod of through media torso with the class using conventional method. For the difference of result of learning proved with the value Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) yielded by equal to 0,000 from test of Mann Whitney U. while for the liveliness of learn provable with the liveliness percentage by 5 accurate aspect, that is Visual activities equal to 73,90%, Oral Activities equal to 71,38%, Listening Activities equal to 73,90, Oral Activities equal to 71,38%, Listening Activities equal to 61,95%, writing activities wqual to 70,93% and bounce the activities equal to 71,74%. Abstract

A research has been done to determine the relationship between the leadership of Pricipal and Teacher Professionalism Attitudes to Science achievement of IX Grader of Junior Adventist Academy. The method used in this study is the correlation method with a target of the population of the of Junior High School Adventist Timika. The population is a bout 150 students and the number of research samples is 32 students. The result shows that there is a significant relationship between the leadership of principal with the science learning achievement of Junior High School the IX graders and the effective contribution 76,7%, there is significant relationship between the teachers professionalism with the science learning achievement of Junior High School the IX graders and the effective contribution 76,7%, there is a significant relationship between the leadership of principal and the techers professionalism with the science learning achievement of Junior High School the IX graders and the effective contribution 76,7%. The results of this study are expected to be useful in improving the quality of school leadership and teacher professionalism, as principal leadership and teacher professionalism can significantly increase student achievement. Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) To determine the amount and distribution of student interest Papuans to Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, Guidance and Counseling Uncen. (2) To see the level of the proportion and distribution of the number of indigenous Papuan students in the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, Guidance and Counseling Uncen courses. Existing data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics through the following steps: (a) is described, (b) presented (c) described verbally, and (d) inferred. The results obtained from this empirically is (1) It is a low number of indigenous Papuan students enrolled as a student at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Teaching and Education UNCEN or ranged between 10-15% of the total average number of them in Education Program Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. (2) Students Papuans have a tendency to move the program to the social sciences as a result of the decline in the grade point average of students who continue to decline at the beginning of the semester one and two. Low ability students beginning their to move to the Science Program in Environmental social sciences FKIP or out to other faculty at the Cenderawasih University environment. Abstract

The goals of this study are to know the influence of Cooperative Learn in g Model Type Scramble application on student s’ interest in learning Biology and to know the impact of this model application on the learning outcomes of students on the subject of Cell Structure and Function. The study design is a Pre-Experiment al De sign in a "One-Gro up P rete st-Posttest Design". This st udy is t he Ex-Po st Facto where the independent variable is the Cooperative Learning Model Type Scrambleand the dependent variable is the interest and learning outcomes. Questionnaire and test as instruments are used to measure students’ interest and learning outcomes. There were 32 research samples from students of C lass XI IPA I taken by using cluster random sampling. Analysis of data using qualitative data (by questionnaires) and quantitative (n-gain ) followed normality test and a simple linear regression. Result sfrom linear regression test of the scramble type model on student s’ interest show the calculatedt for coefficient a (2,366) and b (6,317) are both larger thant from the table which is 1,697 means that both coefficient a and b are significant. The significance of a interest. And b coefficient shows an influence of the model on stude nt s’ Mean while for the test of the scramble type model on learning outcomes show the Calculatedt for coefficient a (3,09 3) and b (6,11 8) are also larger thant from the table means that both a and b are significant.
