Abstract

Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menemukan bahwa keputusan kelompok cenderung mengambil keputusan yang lebih beresiko maupun kurang berresiko dalam pengambilan keputusan apabila dibandingkan dengan keputusan-keputusan yang sebelumnya dibuat oleh anggota kelompok sebelumnya atau individu. Penelitian ini mengusulkan dan menguji kondisi yang mungkin mempengaruhi apakah keputusan kelompok menjadi lebih berani mengambil resiko atau menghindari resiko: (1) penyusunan alternatif-alternatif keputusan, dan (2) diberikan atau tidaknya reward yang diberikan atas keberhasilan suatu proyek tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi eksperimen, dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen within subject 2 x 2. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang Mahasiswa S1program ekstensi yang rata-rata sudah bekerja dan sudah berpengalaman dalam mengambil keputusan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengambilan keputusan yang diambil berbeda ketika informasi dibingkai secara positif maupun negatif, dan ketika reward diberikan atas keberhasilan suatu proyek yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Pengasuhan anak dewasa ini mengalami banyak tantangan terutama dengan semakin pesatnya kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dan tuntutan persaingan di sekitar anak. Orang tua perlu membekali anak dengan kekuatan iman, karakter, fisik, mental, dan akademik sekaligus. Di satu sisi, perubahan gaya hidup dan struktur sosial telah menggeser peran orang tua dalam pengasuhan terhadap anak. Waktu interaksi anak dan orang tua yang terbatas, minimnya bekal pengetahuan orang tua dalam mengembangkan keterampilan keorangtuaan (parenting skills), dan tuntutan kehidupan yang semakin kompleks memperburuk model pengasuhan orang tua modern terhadap anak. Kondisi ini perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena keluarga merupakan kunci penting pembentukan kepribadian dan keberhasilan anak di masa dewasa. 90 ibu di wilayah miskin Kabupaten Magelang dipilih untuk menjadi responden penelitian. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif fenomenologis mengenai pengasuhan keluarga dan bagaimana kondisi keluarga mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui focus group discussion, wawancara, dan pengisian lembar survey. Hasil pengumpulan data kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa (1) 26% permasalahan keluarga muncul karena faktor ekonomi; (2) 26,9% orang tua belajar melalui trial and error saat mengasuh anak, orang tua lebih banyak meniru perlakuan orang tua mereka dulu dan belum benar-benar meluangkan waktu untuk belajar mengenai keterampilan pengasuhan; (3) 37% permasalahan anak yang paling dominan berkaitan dengan emosi negatif yang ditunjukkan anak; (4) semakin kompleks masalah orang tua, semakin banyak perilaku negatif anak.Pengasuhan anak dewasa ini mengalami banyak tantangan terutama dengan semakin pesatnya kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dan tuntutan persaingan di sekitar anak. Abstract

The research aimed to figure out the effect of metaphor counseling in STAR KIDS (Story Teach Responsibility for Kids) module toward the responsibility of 6-7-year-old students of the first grade of elementary school. The research used untreated control group design by providing pretest and posttest sample design. The research subject consisted of 21 students in the experimental group and 26 students as the control group. The responsibility data collection performed by using observation guideline checklist, which quantified in the interval scale. SPM Raven scale measured the children's bits of intelligence. The STAR KIDS treatment is given in 15 meetings. The results of the pretest and posttest were analyzed by using Anacova analysis technique through SPSS 17 for Windows. The research result showed that (1) students of experiment group who received STAR KIDS metaphor counseling showed higher responsibility increase rather than students of a control group who did not receive the treatment, (2) The intelligence of the students did not show the effect on the effectiveness of counseling metaphor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether there is an increase in gross motor skills by playing on the target to throw the ball in children. This research is a classroom action research conducted during two cycles, wherein each cycle consists of four steps: planning, execution, observation and evaluation. 16 children as research subjects in this study were students in group B at ¬kanak Pertiwi Nursery Trenten Magelang. Variables used include input variables (ability motororik initial coarse), the process variables (target ball throwing game) and output variables (ability motororik rough end). Data collection methods used in this research is the method of observation. The research instrument used was the observation sheet. The validity of the instrument using a test technique expert or professional judgment in early childhood expert Lecturer's and chairman of the Association of Teachers of kindergarten District of Candimulyo. Data analysis techniques used in this action research is descriptive data analysis techniques and percentages. The research proves that the game throwing the ball the goal could improve gross motor skills in children. Results of preliminary observations note that the average achievement of new subjects Rough Motoric capabilities reached 64.4%, still far from the target to be achieved is 75%. After learning activities using the target to throw the ball in cycle 2, the average achievement Rough Motoric capabilities subjects increased to 94.4%. All indicators of the ability of Motor Coarse been achieved well. Thus the hypothesis that the game throwing the ball the goal could improve gross motor skills in children are accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of mnemonic techniques to improve learning outcomes social science in fifth grade of Elementary School. Design of this research is collaborative classroom actions research that researcher make collaboration with the teachers. This research is conducted to fifth grade students of SD Negeri Adikarto 2 Muntilan by 20 students. Technique of data retrieval is using the evaluation sheet instruments in the form of a written test. The variable in this study is a mnemonic technique as independent variables and the learning outcomes as the dependent variable. The results of student learning indicators showed that the  increasing  have to reach more than 75% to. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle included  two meetings.The results of the research show that the mnemonic technique can improve the student learning outcomes. The average value of the students learning in social science lesson before get the action (in prior action) is 60.25 whereas the result after the first action (first cycle) the results obtained 70.75 and in the second cycle the result is 79.75. The difference in the average value of the first cycle and the second cycle is 8.5. The percentage of completeness in the first cycle is 70% while the percentage of completeness in the second cycle up to 90%. It shows that there is the increased from phase I to phase cycle II. So, It can be concluded that the use of mnemonic techniques can improve the student learning outcomes in social studies learning.

Abstract

Early childhood as a golden period of development of the child should be supported with the provision of appropriate stimulation. In the world of education, psikodiagnostik as a method to assess the presence of abnormalities in a psychic to help facilitate an overview of strengths and weaknesses of individuals, in various aspects of both cognitive, physical, emotional, trend, personality, talents, interests, and various other aspects, so that educators can better provide appropriate stimulation for the optimization of the development of the child. There are five main methods in psikodiagnostik early childhood, ie interviews, observation, home visit, the test is structured, and unstructured tests.

Abstract

Bullying is violent behavior that often occurs in schools, either verbal or physical violence. Victims of bullying will megalami many psychological disorders due to trauma, and will even be able to be perpetrators of bullying in the future.

Abstract

The research is supposed toknow applying Paikem Gembrot Approach using wayang to improve student?s ability in sains?learning in Ar Risalah Islamic Elementary School Secang. Type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) that was adapted from Kemmis and Mc Taggart model with two cycle. Every cycle consisted of planning, acting, observation and reflection. Subject of the reseacrh are students of Ar Risalah Islamic Elementary School in grade III about 29 students.Technique of collecting data are test, observation and documentation. Result of the research had shown that Paikem Gembrot Approach using wayang gave positif effect for increasing score and ability in Sains?Learning. That was prove from the averrage of Sains score, it was increasing in every cycle. Score of the students before treatment about 62, 93 with the percentage 24,13%. In cycle I it was increasing became 74,48 with the percentage 58, 62%. In cycle II there was significant increasing became 89, 65%. Based on result of the research, it was concluded that with applying Paikem Gembrot Approach using Wayang can increase result in Sains?Learning with the discussion about the way to conserve the natural environment in grade III Ar Risalah Islamic Elementary School Secang.

Abstract

This study was aimed to find out the influence of exploration learning method on drawing ability of students of ?Aisyiyah Kindergarten Group B of Pituruh, Purworejo Regency. The study employed quasi-experimental design. The samples were 20 children for experimental group and 20 children for control group. It used purposive sampling technique. Observation sheet and performance assessment sheets were administered as the instruments of data collection refering to the performance indicators. The 10 performance assessments were considered to be valid and reliable. The data were analyzed using Kolmogorov Smirov test using SPSS Version 16.0 for testing normality. Average scores of the drawing ability were 2.2 at the beginning and increased to 3.5. Hypothesis was tested using paired-sample t test. T value and the probability were 1.001<0.005. In view of findings, it was concluded that exploration learning method influenced students? drawing ability.
