Abstract

The education sector, especially higher education or universities, has a foundation that must be carried out, is called the Tri Dharma University whose focus on Teaching, Research and Community Service. In addition to this, in order to maximally support lecturers in carrying out the Tri Dharma University, other activities such as service to students need to be assisted by other parties. The other activities intended are in terms of security and cleanliness within the University. In order to carry out activities in a conducive manner, some parties choose to use third party services or outsourcing. This study aims to evaluate the strategy of outsourcing in terms of the theory of Transaction Cost Economics at the University of August 1945 Banyuwangi. The research method in this research uses qualitative research methods with research informants who are choosed purposively. The selected informants are informants who are considered to be involved and affected by the implications of implementing the outsourcing system, including the implementing agency and the owner of the designated outsourcing agency. Based on the results of the study it is known that the cost analysis in terms of TCE theory, the use of outsourced labor at Untag Banyuwangi is considered inefficient. This is because the costs arising from using outsourcing services are considered to be more expensive than before using outsourcing services. However, things are different when viewed in terms of asset specificity consisting of human resources (skill level, knowledge, and experience of employees), physical assets, location, dedicated, temporal, and brand specificity, it can be concluded that Untag Banyuwangi has been effective and efficient in the use of outsourcing services. So that the University of 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi does not need to provide increased employee skill training.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is an organizational asset, effectiveness and efficiency can improve the quality ofhuman resources. The presence of the right and quality people that triggers trigger more contributions from employees atwork is Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Research purpose was to determine effect of Servant Leadership, Personalityand Job Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Pelayaran Agung Samudera.This research is a quantitative with a random sample technique involving 43 respondents. Analysis of the data usedincludes the Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hipotesis Test, Coefficient of Determination and ClassicalAssumption Test of Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Normality. Based on the results of the SPSS program analysis,it was shown to have a significantly correlated at the level of significant < 0.05 and the value of r arithmetic > r table thendeclared valid in the measurement.

Abstract

CV. Familie is a company engaged in the service sector, more precisely is hotel services, which has four hotel branches spread across the Banyuwangi area. The research is motivated by high employee loyalty to the CV. Familie companies. So, this research purpose to describe the implementation of internal relations strategy carried out by the management CV. Familie companies in increasing the loyalty and work motivation of its employees. The focus of the research is the implementation of internal relations strategy in increasing the loyalty and work motivations of CV. Familie companies. This research used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods in this research is participatory observations, in-depth interviews, and documentations. While the data analysis technique used is an interactive data analysis model consisting of four paths, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is the implementation of internal relations strategy in CV. Familie companies includes providing a good work environment, providing training, supervising, providing rewards, and providing motivation to move forward in order to create loyalty and work motivation for CV. Familie employees. The strategy for providing training for employees hasn’t been implemented optimally. This happens because it’s constrained by human resources that are still low.
