Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to have a better understanding of relationship between EO and firm performance, a critical review of multidimensional approach to EO-firm performance is conducted in this paper.Design/Methodology/Approach: This is a qualitative research method which follow rigor of literature review and matrix review process from the selected papers. This paper aims to synthesize, evaluate the review, and then represent the dimension of EO on firm performance from multidimensional approach.Research findings: This study advances integrative framework to represent EO dimensions which explicates some pathways for entrepreneurs to implement EO on their business organization, else, in order to elevate sustainable growth. Also, this study concludes the most effective EO recipes for firm performance.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This study does not only discuss the importance of EO in firm performance but also describe on how firms able to attain best performance in uncertain condition. The author stated innovativeness and competitive aggressiveness as the best EO recipes for enhancing firm performance.Practitioner/Policy implication: This study gives beneficial information to entrepreneurs about EO dimensions for enhancing firm performance.Research limitation/Implication: The study is limited to ten selected papers that confirms the application of EO dimensions on firm performance. Future research should explore more factors that explain EO-Firm relationship

Abstract

This reseach analyze the strategic partnership strategy to accelerate the business growth of Pertamina, in another word to explain an effect of non-financial performance of Pertamina. The objectives of study is to reveal the current strategic partnership strategy that implemented by Pertamina and to recommend the advance strategic partnership to accelerate their business growth. This research used qualitative research approach and explanatory method which employs both primary data and secondary data to gauge the impacts of strategic partnership onto Pertamina. The result of analysis shows that strategic partnership contributes moderately towards acceleration of the business growth of Pertamina.

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing strategy of Kiwang Kreatif Craft (KKC) to optimize their business growth. The objectives of this study is to reveal the current marketing strategies that implemented by KKC and to recommend the advance marketing strategy to optimize their business performance.This research used qualitative research approach and exploratory method by interviewing the chairman of Kiwang Kreatif and its stakeholders. The result of analysis shows that the majority of promotional strategies are relatively still conventional. Others, KKC should implement internet marketing platform and social media as a media for promotion, then educate their members about what is and how to optimized the internet marketing platform, should improve the selling process become an offline and online mode, and should optimize the required physical evidence to improve their brand awareness.

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing strategy of Waste Bank Tri Alam Lestari (TAL) to leverage their business growth. To optimize their performance, the effect of implementing customer-driven strategies and marketing mix is analyzed. The objectives of this study are to reveal the current marketing strategies implemented by Waste Bank TAL and to recommend the advance marketing strategy to optimize their business growth. This research used a qualitative research approach and the explanatory method by interviewing the owner and its stakeholders as primary data and other sources such as journals, books, and reports are as secondary data. The result of the analysis shows that the targeted market is a niche market, customized products, and superior products. Hence, there are some factors of the marketing mix that should be optimized through their brand awareness “Kreasi Menik” to leverage the business growth of Waste Bank TAL.

Abstract

Fenomena penggunaan hijab di Jakarta saat ini semakin banyak dan mengakibatkan permintaan pakaian muslimah semakin tinggi. Busana Muslimah dengan Merek Qanitana merupakan salah satu merek pakaian muslimah yang didesain syar’i sesuai tuntunan dan syariat agama Islam. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis busana muslimah merek Qanitana pada CV.XYZ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk diterapkan di perusahaan CV.XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode eksploratif dengan cara melakukan wawancara dan observasi terhadap pemilik usaha (owner). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor kunci yang harus diterapkan untuk mengembangkan merek Qanitana yaitu; menambahkan tagline “Muslimah Stylish Yet Syar’i”, mengembangkan kerjasama antar mitra, dan analisa Bauran Pemasaran (Produk, Promosi, dan Sumber Daya Manusia (people)).

Abstract

Abstrak Kewirausahaan sosial menjadi wadah bagi pelaku usaha sosial untuk menggagas, memimpin dan melaksanakan strategi pemecahan masalah sosial secara inovatif melalui kerja sama dalam semua jenis jaringan sosial, serta menjalankan kegiatan usaha yang bernilai sosial di lingkungan masyarakat. Kewirausahaan sosial (masalah sosial, budaya, dan lingkungan) sering kali diasosiasikan dengan sukarelawan (voluntary) dan bukan untuk keuntungan semata (not-for profit). Sampah masih menjadi permasalahan di beberapa daerah. Sebagai ibukota, Jakarta masih menyimpan banyak masalah dengan sampah yang terselesaikan dengan baik sehingga menimbulkan masalah pada lingkungan. Namun bagi sebagian kecil masyarakat, sampah dipandang sebagai peluang yang bisa diproses untuk mendulang uang dari barang-barang yang dibuang. Ilmu kewirausahaan tidak hanya membahas masalah untung dan rugi saja. Apalagi jika dikaitkan dengan masalah sosial maka akan membawa misi sosial, menciptakan inovasi sosial, serta membuat perubahan sosial yang signifikan ditengah masyarakat. Kehadiran Ibu Tri Sugiarti melalui Bank Sampah TAL ditengah masyarakat dianggap sangat penting dan berkontribusi positif terhadap lingkungan sekitar, namun masih menyimpan masalah dalam manajemen kewirausahaannya yaitu permasalahan yang terkait dengan perencanaan pemasaran, prosedur operasional, standar dan quality control yang masih lemah. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pelatihan pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial pada Bank Sampah Tri Alam Lestari untuk menggali potensi kewirausahaan yang sudah ada, lalu mengembangkannya dengan ilmu kewirausahaan dasar dan sosial. Pelatihan ini diberikan dalam bentuk mini workshop berupa sosialisasi serta evaluasi penilaian pada unit usaha yang sedang berjalan. Hasil dari pelatihan didapatkan bahwa entrepreneurship spirit dan kemampuan pribadi (mental) menjadi sangat dominan dalam mencapai kesuksesan bagi social entrepreneur.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan Sosial, Daur Ulang, Inovasi Produk, Bank Sampah  Abstract Social entrepreneurship has become an essential for every social entrepreneur to create, lead, and pursue an innovative solution to social problems through relationship with others and doing activity that creates social values in society. Social entrepreneurship typically furthers broad social, cultural, and environmental goals and is commonly associated with the voluntary and not-for-profit sectors. Trash has become a problems in society. As capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta seriously fight the waste problems which creates an environmental issues. But for some people, trash has become a solution for raising money if it’s reuse, recycle, and reproduce into valuable and innovative products. Entrepreneurship typically measure performance in profit and return, but social entrepreneurs also take into account a positive return to society which brings social mission, innovation, and change in society. The present of Waste Bank TAL in society is regarded as important as its and contributed positively to environment, but still left some problems in their management such as lack of marketing plan, operational procedures, and quality control. Given training of social entrepreneurship at Waste Bank TAL has become an important to get those potential features of entrepreneurship and develop them altogether. The methods of training is given through mini workshop, socialization, and evaluation on the unit of business. The results shows the entrepreneurship spirit and self motivation (entrepreneurial mindset) has become a dominant in successful social entrepreneur.Keywords: Social Entrepreneurship, Recycle, Product Innovation, Waste Bank

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing strategy which is implemented by DR. Kerudung Lukis. This research used case study methods to gather the data and observe the natural phenomenon which exists in a set of data. The objective of this final project is to assign the right marketing strategy for DR. Kerudung Lukis to accelerate their business growth. The result of analysis shows that DR. Kerudung Lukis need to improve their 7Ps marketing mix strategy in several aspects such as; First, DR. Kerudung Lukis should optimize it current products. Second, DR. Kerudung Lukis should optimize its current promotions strategies. Third, DR. Kerudung Lukis should hire more employees, and the last DR. Kerudung Lukis should add some physical evidences to increase their brand awareness

Abstract

This research aims to analyze of the influence Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction and the effects to Customer Loyalty on Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara Jatinegara. Purposive sampling method has been selected to obtain data requires at this study. The research use 50 respondents and respondent’s entire customer Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara. Path Coefficient analysis used as analytical method in this research. The result of this research shows that: Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image have significant influence on Customer Satisfaction and finally affect the Customer Loyalty simultaneously and partially. The only have dominant influenced to customer satisfaction among all variables was brand image.

Abstract

Taekwondo merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga ilmu beladiri yang banyak di gemari oleh anak-anak dan remaja. Dojang (Tempat) Taekwondo Taman Alfa Indah Sacti Club (DTTAISC) merupakan organisasi beladiri yang memberikan jasa pelatihan ilmu beladiri yaitu taekwondo. Dalam studi kasus ini, peneliti akan menganalisa strategi pemasaran pada Dojang Taekwondo Taman Alfa Indah Sacti Club (DTTAISC). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan pada organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan cara mengeksplorasi data primer melalui wawancara terhadap ketua umum Dojang Taekwondo Taman Alfa Indah Sacti Club (DTTAISC) serta sumber lainnya sebagai data sekunder. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa Dojang Taekwondo Taman Alfa Indah Sacti Club (DTTAISC) harus meningkatkan pemasarannya melalui media sosial dan website, membuat logo dan tagline, membuka pendaftaran secara online, dan menganalisa beberapa aspek pemasaran seperti tempat, promosi, proses, serta bukti fisik.

Abstract

Program pengembangan kewirausahaan adalah program jangka panjang yang ditujukan untuk menciptakan pelaku usaha sosial yang kompetitif dan berdaya saing tinggi. Metode pengembangan kewirausahaan melewati tiga tahapan yaitu pengetahuan kewirausahaan, kemampuan kewirausahaan, serta mental kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode naratif deskriptif dimana penjelasan utamanya menitik beratkan pada hasil analisa dan pembahasan teori yang sesuai dengan masalah topik penelitian. Data penelitian diambil dari data sekunder dan dari beberapa literatur yang dianggap mendukung topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap penciptaan pelaku usaha baik pelaku usaha konvensional maupun khususnya pelaku usaha sosial yang kompetitif dan berdaya saing tinggi yang didukung oleh kemampuan teknis (hardskills) dan kemampuan lunak (softskills).
