Abstract

This article focused on discussing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) on the UM-PTKIN (Ujian Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri) Islamic Religious Education Material. It is case prospective students in higher education must be able to think at a higher level (High Order Thinking Skills, HOTS) such as analytical skills, evaluation skills and material creation skills. The method used Prisma Protocl namely identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion (Alias et al., 2018). Therefore, the provision of college entrance examination tests is an important element in selecting prospective students. The results of this study indicate that the items for the UM-PTKIN PAI material are in the HOTS category and low oeder thinking skills (LOTS). The material for Akidah Akhlak became the largest contributor and Al-Quran Hadith as the least contributor to the HOTS category questions. The Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) is a study program that is in great demand and its graduates are highly anticipated to be able to sow an understanding of Islam to answer various social, political, and religious challenges in Indonesia. This article provides recommendations for UM-PTKIN policy makers to be able to increase the number of compositions of HOTS questions in subsequent selections in order to improve the quality of PAI student input in the following periods. Abstract

The aim of this research was to know how the process Manejek Huma in the Dayak culture of kahayan / ngaju (biaju) in Bahaur Hulu Village and to analyze the values of Islamic education in the process of Manejek Huma in Dayak Kahayan / ngaju (biaju) Tribe at Bahaur Hulu Village. This research used an ethnographic approach. In collecting data the researchers used observation, interview and documentation. The result show that the Islamic education value in the process of mockinghuma the Dayak Kahayan / Ngaju was reading basmallah, praying, reading the Qur'an praying and giving thanks to Allah, always giving respect to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The indigenous culture and customs and traditions of this tribe have absorbed a lot from the culture and customs of the Banjar Malay tribe. Abstract

Today's social environment were many problems; the weak ability on reading Al Qur’an. This article gave an assistance of reading Al Qur’an, namely Merapi (Mengaji Rutin Jam Sepluh Pagi) Program for community in assisting housewives at Tumbang Tahai, Sidomulyo Village. This community service program activity used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) as an approach in empowering assets in the community, namely having human resources who can read the Qur'an properly and correctly and have the time and opportunity to learn to read the Qur'an together. This community service program activity was conducted by students in providing learning experiences to live in the community outside the campus, which directly together with the community identify potentials and deal with problems. It expected to be able to develop village or regional potential and gather social issues for problems that arise. The result showed that the community service program activity, especially the Merapi Program could improve the quality of reading the Qur'an properly and correctly of housewives at Tumbang Tahai, Sidomulyo Village Palangka Raya City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana keluarga memerankan fungsionalnya sebagai madrasatul’ula untuk meminimalisir dekadensi moral yang dilakukan anak muda sekarang. Dikaji menggunakan metode penelitian library risert. Dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengelompokkan referensi yang berasal dari buku, jurnal, Al-Quran dan hadis, peraturan dan kamus yang berkenaan dengan urgensi keluarga sebagai madrasatul’ula akhlak anak muda. Selanjutnya, menelaah, membandingkan untuk mencari perbedaan dan persamaannya, sampai mendapatkan temuan baru hasil penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini menguatkan pernyataan bahwa generasi muda merupakan generasi penerus, penyambung, serta pembaharu dalam memajukan bangsa dan agama, karenanya wajib dioptimalkan dan diberdayakan oleh bangsa mulai dari masing-masing keluarga melalui pendidikan bahkan sejak awalnya. Fungsionalisasi keluarga sebagai madrasatul’ula merupakan tanggung jawab besar yang dipikul di dunia agar generasinya terhindar dari hal-hal yang negatif bahkan sampai akhirat agar generasinya selamat. Semuanya dapat dilakukan melalui pengelolaan dari peran dan kedudukan keluarga sebagai madrasatul’ula yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam, agar tercipta generasi yang hahif, shaleh dan shalehah.
