Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otokrasi/otoriter,paternalistik, laissez faire,demokratik dan kharismatik terhadap kinerja karyawan (guru dan pegawai administrasi) di Yayasan Pendidikan Sinar Husni. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan otokrasi/otoriter, paternalistik, laissez faire, demokratik dan kharismatik berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan (guru dan pegawai administrasi) di Yayasan Pendidikan Sinar Husni. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan teknik regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua tipe Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap karyawan. Pertama, Gaya kepemimpinan demokratik berpengaruh signifikan (12,25%)terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua, Gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik juga berpengaruh signifikan (13,3%) terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Pendidikan Sinar Husni Medan, sedangkan tipe kepemimpinan lainnya kurang berpengaruh.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dari pengujian pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat bahwa sig (2 tailed) antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,480 dan >α0,05 maka dinyatakan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari pengujian pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat bahwa sig (2 tailed) antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,277 dan >α0,05 maka dinyatakan motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari pengujian pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat tidak ada variabel kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, maka dinyatakan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersamaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerjaKata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank Products in Medan City and produce models for measuring trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank products in Medan City. In this study the population is unknown, therefore a representative sample with non-probability sampling technique is needed and the method used is purposive sampling. In this study, the number of indicators is 21, so by using ten times the indicator calculation, the required sample size is 170 people. Data collection was carried out using observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Trust, There was a positive and significant influence of Religiosity on Trust, there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence on Religiosity on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence. trust in Purchase intention. Trust can positively mediate the effect of Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention and Trust can positively mediate the influence of Religiosity on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Consumer Brand Switching Behavior Model in Purchasing Automotive Products in Medan City. This research is basic research. The population in this study were consumers of car owners in Medan City. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique. The criteria used in the sampling are that the respondents of this study are consumers who own cars, have changed car brands in the last 3 years, and reside in Medan, while the sample is set at 145 people. Data collection techniques used were interviews (Interview) and a list of questions (Questionaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Brand Image has a negative and significant effect on Brand Switching. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Product quality has a negative and significant effect on Brand Switching. Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Brand Switching. Satisfaction can negatively mediate the effect of Brand Image on Brand Switching and Satisfaction can negatively mediate the effect of Product Quality on Brand Switching.
