Abstract

This research aims to know the readiness of blended learning in Flores University area especially in the study program of Information System. This research used a survey research approach with 113 people for the sample. The instrument that was used for this research is the questionnaire of the Likert scale. To analyze the data, this research uses factor analysis in the readiness of adopted learning by Aydin and Tasci. The result of this research were: (1) normally test result showed that all the data are normally distributed because each variable was more than 0,05. (2) The point of KMO MSA was 0,533>0,50 and the point of Barlett's Test of Sphericity (sig.) was 0,000<0,05, it means that the factor analysis can continue. (3) The value of MSA for all variables was >0,50, it means the factor analysis is fulfilled. (4) The extraction value for all the variables was >0,50. So it can be concluded that all the variables are used to explain the factor. (5) The value of Eigenvalues component 1 was 1,858> 1, so it becomes a factor of 1 and can explain 46.453% of the variation. Meanwhile, the value of Eigenvalues component 2 is 1,225>1 so it becomes a factor of 2 and can explain 30,633% of the variation. (6) from the two factors formed, it was feasible to summarize the four variables analyzed. This means that the four variables have the readiness to carry out blended learning at Flores University.

Abstract

Covid-19 yang melanda negara kita Indonesia dengan begitu cepat penyebarannya, memaksa pemerintah untuk mengambil langkah tegas dengan melakukan pembatasan terhadap pelaku perjalanan. Ketika dilakukan pembatasan ini yakni dengan membuat aturan perjalanan yang harus menggunakan surat hasil pemeriksaan rapid test antigen dan PCR negative maka banyak terjadi pemalsuan dokumen ini. Untuk mengantisipasi hal ini, Laboratorium Klinik Mahardhika Ende berisisiatif dan bertujuan membuat pelatihan pembuatan Quick Response Code (QR-code) untuk keaabsahan surat hasil pemeriksaan Rapid test Antigen. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari dimana hari pertama dilakukan di laboratorium klinik Mahardhika Ended an hari kedua dilakukan secara online menggunakan aplikasi zoom. Hasil yang dicapai saat ini yakni para staf laboratorium klinik Mahardhika sudah dapat membuat QR-code dan semuaa surat hasil pemeriksaan sudah tidak dapat dipalsukan lagi oleh para pelaku perjalanan karena semua surat sudah memiliki QR-code dengan pemilik sesuai identitasnya masing-masing.

Abstract

Title: Increasing of Cocoa Production through the Application of Healthy Cocoa Technology in the "Wonga Mengi" Farmer Group in Kedebodu Village, South-Ende District, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Kedebodu Village is located 12 km from the capital city of Ende Regency, which is part of the population earning a living as a cocoa farmer. The average land area of cocoa farmers is ± 2 ha/person with average productivity of 140 kg/ha which is very far from the ideal cocoa potential of 1,150 - 2,000 kg/ha. This condition is caused by the age of cocoa plants that are no longer productive, lack of care and high levels of pests and diseases. The service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of cocoa farmers in applying healthy cocoa technology so that the production of cocoa plants, especially in the "Wonga Mengi" farmer group in the village of Kedebodu, can be increased. The method used is participatory in the form of field schools by providing material and its application directly in the garden. There are two main program activities, namely providing direct assistance in the form of superior cocoa seedlings in the form of cuttings or entries and pruning tools as well as providing assistance in the application of healthy cocoa technology. After mentoring for about 4 months, it is known that there is an increase in farmers' knowledge about the application of healthy cocoa technology by an average of 72.22% and skills by 67.5%. Until now there has been an increase in fruit volume both in quantity and quality, which is shown by an increase in the number of ovaries/trees (36.68%), the number of fruits/trees (20%), and the dry weight of seeds/trees (30.2%). With this service, an increase in the knowledge and skills of the "Wonga Mengi" farmer group in implementing healthy cocoa technology has an impact on increasing cocoa production.

Abstract

The village office of West Detusoko is one of the government agencies that serves the community directly in collecting data on the occupation. Population data collection in the village of West Detusoko currently uses computerization, namely using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel application programs. but there are still many errors and the possibility of data loss, input errors, doubling of data input and the difficulty of searching for population data so that it takes a long time and causes delays in making reports. The purpose of this study is to build a population data collection information system using language PHP programming and database In this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The software design method used is the waterfall method. The testing method used by the author is blackbox testing. With this information system, it can help overcome the problems of population data collection in West Detusoko Village.

Abstract

The development of technology is getting faster so that it forces people to use information Information Technology has had a tremendous impact, especially in the field of management. The old system is gradually being replaced by a newer system as a result of the development of increasingly advanced information technology, one of which is the use of a Management Information System which has become a necessity in an agency. Management information systems are typically used to process data, make information accurate, improve performance, and perform as expected. Asset management in Yapertif is less effective and efficient because it still uses Ms. Excel, which takes a long time to manage and search for asset data. when a large amount of data or asset information is needed, for example during accreditation or a request from Dikti, it takes more time to search. The solution to overcome the existing problems, the researchers took a study with the title "Design of an Asset Management Information System at the Flores Higher Education Foundation (Yapertif)". The development of the system itself will use the Waterfall method and the testing technique uses Blackbox testing. The asset management information system that is built is expected to make asset management more efficient and structured, as well as facilitate data collection on the number of assets, data collection on assets based on their condition, grouping of assets by type and facilitate tracking of asset data in Yapertif.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMitra yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu, Kelompok Tani Harapan Baru, jumlah anggota 30 orang. Kelompok tani ini merupakan petani ubikayu Nuabosi varietas lokal jenis terigu, dibudidayakan secara turun temurun. Permasalah utama, produktivitas ubikayu Nuabosi menurun beberapa tahun terakhir, perlu intervensi teknologi bagi anggota kelompok tani. Tujuan kegiatan, melakukan perbaikan teknis budidaya ubikayu guna peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan petani. Metode yang digunakan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Setiap kegiatan pelatihan diberikan pretest dan posttest, untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian berjalan dengan baik, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada anggota kelompok tani, hal ini terlihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest. Pada materi pembuatan guludan, pretest jumlah soal benar 4,13  posttest terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,3. Materi pembuatan pupuk kompos, pretest 4,5 sedangkan pada posttest 13,56 jumlah soal benar. Materi pola tanam tumpangsari  pretest 4,5 posttest 13,13 jumlah soal benar, dan pada materi pembumbunan dan pengendalian gulma pretest 4,36 sedangkan pada posttest  jumlah soal benar 13,46..Kata Kunci:  Ubikayu Nuabosi, Perbaikan Teknik Budidaya.

Abstract

DnD Collection is a store located in the city of Ende, Ende district, East Nusa Tenggara province. In their daily life, this shop is engaged in the business of buying and selling laptops, computers and clothing or fashion. When faced with the COVID-19 pandemic, sales experienced a drastic decline because the sales system was still conventional. To overcome this problem, the author conducts research by building an e-commerce system that uses an Opencart content management system (CMS) application. Before designing and building this application, the researcher went through collecting data by means of observation, interviews and literature study so that with these data the work was more directed, effective and efficient. After this stage, the researcher conducted a design analysis, namely needs analysis, input analysis and processing analysis in order to obtain an overview of the readiness of the work to be passed. After this process, it is continued with the preparation of category data and product catalogs to be inputted into the system. After completing the construction of this system, it is continued by testing using the blackbox testing method to find out the possibility that there are system functions that are not running. The e-commerce system using the Opencart Content management system (CMS) application is very effective and efficient to use for buying and selling online.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pemasaran online produk ubi kayu nuabosi bagi kelompok tani di Desa Ndetundora II Kecamatan Ende Kabupaten Ende. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan/ ceramah dan diskusi yang dilakukan dengan peserta 30 orang ketua kelompok tani ubi kayu nuabosi. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan terukur, maka dilakukan pre-test sebelum kegiatan dan post-test setelah kegiatan. Analisis hasil yang diperoleh yakni pre-test tingkat pemahaman terhadap pemasarana online sebesar 33% mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 77% setelah dilakukan post-test pada akhir kegiatan ceramah/ penyuluhan dan diskusi. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya lanjutan kegiatan pendampingan untuk pemasaran online bagi semua kelompok tani ubi kayu nuabosi ini. Kata kunci: pemasaran online; ubi kayu; nuabosi. ABSTRACTThis community service program aims to increase understanding of online marketing of nuabosi cassava products for farmer groups in Ndetundora II Village, Ende District, Ende Regency. The method used in this service activity is counseling/lecture and discussion conducted with 30 participants, the head of the Nuabosi cassava farmer group. To get maximum and measurable results, pre-test before the activity and post-test after the activity is carried out. Analysis of the results obtained, namely the pre-test level of understanding of online marketing by 33% experienced a significant increase to 77% after the post-test was carried out at the end of the lecture / counseling and discussion activities. The recommendation resulting from this activity is the continuation of mentoring activities for online marketing for all nuabosi cassava farmer groups. Keywords: online marketing; cassava; nuabosi

Abstract

Universitas Flores merupakan salah satu Perguruan tinggi yang memiliki 7 fakultas dan 16 program studi, untuk mendukung proses peningkatan mutu pelayanan di Universitas Flores pihak Eksekutif seperti Rektor, para Wakil Rektor dan beberapa pihak yang memiliki kepentingan memerlukan informasi kinerja insitusi setiap tahun.Sistem Informasi Eksekutif yang di gunakan Di Universitas Flores masih menggunakan manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Eksekutif (SIE). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAD (Rappid Aplication Development) dan menggunakan pengujian black box testing. Hasil penelitian ini sudah tercapai berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box yang menunjukan bahwa proses output yang dihasilkan oleh sistem menjadi lebih efektif.

Abstract

Rancang bangun sistem informasi Himpunan mahasiswa Islam Cabang Ende (HmI) bertujuan untuk membantu mempermudah proses pendataan anggota, pendataan bidang dan juga mempermudah proses pendaftaran bagi anggota baru dan juga kegiatan yang akan diselenggarakan oleh Cabang. Permasalahn yang ada di dalam HmI itu sendiri masih menggunakan cara manual, pendataan atau penginputan masih menggunakan Mc.excel yang kemudian diprint out, Akibatnya sering mengalami kehilangan. Maka dari itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall dimulai dari tahap Analisis sistem, perancangan, desain, coding, testing dan pemeliharaan. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengujian sistem yang digunkan adalah metode Black Box pengujian sebuah software tanpa harus memperhatikan detail software.
