Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang Visual Literacy Media Pembelajaran Buku Cerita Anak Usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dan wawancara, buku cerita sebagai sumber penelitian diambil secara acak dari lokasi penelitian dengan jumlah 100 buku dari 828 buku cerita yang tersedia di pusat sumber belajar (PSB) TK Islam Al Azhar Serang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas gambar visual disajikan dengan sangat baik, kesesuaian visual literasi dengan tujuan pembelajaran, kesesuaian dengan materi, daya tahan buku, kecepatan presentasi materi, disajikan dengan baik dan indikator lainnya menunjukkan hasil yang cukup, yaitu kosakata mudah dipahami anak, penggunaan bahasa yang singkat, padat dan jelas, urutan dan runtut materi, kesesuaian penyajian visual dengan kebutuhan berbagai karakter siswa, prosedur penggunaan, penyajian pedoman untuk guru. Dengan kata lain, pada umumnya visualisasi gambar yang disajikan dalam buku cerita di Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) TK Islam Al Azhar 10 Serang telah menunjukkan hasil yang cukup dengan frekuensi kemunculan rata-rata hampir setengahnya.Kata kunci: visual literasi, buku cerita VISUAL LITERACY INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA OF CHILDREN’S STORY BOOKSAbstractThis study aim to obtain information about the visual literacy of children’s story books of 5-6 years old Children. The method used in this research are survey and interview, story book as sample taken 100 books randomly from 828 story books in learning resource center (PSB) TK Islam Al Azhar Serang. The results of this study are the quality of visual literacy is presented very well, the visual literacy suitability with the aim of learning, material conformity, book endurance, the speed of material presentation are presented well and other indicators show sufficient results, the vocabulary is easy to understand, performed clear sentences, sequence and material coherence, the appropriateness of visual representation with the needs of various student characters, provide procedures and guidelines for teacher. In other words, the conclusion is the visual literacy of the images presented in the storybooks at the Learning Resource Center (PSB) of Al Azhar Islamic Kindegarten School 10 Serang has shown sufficient results with an average occurrence frequency of nearly half.Keywords: visual literacy, story books

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapakan informasi tentang Keterbacaan Visual Media Buku Cerita Fabel “Kura-Kura Sang Juara” Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Cluster Rakata Green Hill Kelurahan Ciwedus Kecamatan Cilegon Kota Cilegon-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, catatan lapangan dan validasi uji ahli. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa bahwa keterbacaan visual media buku cerita fabel “Kura-Kura Sang Juara” anak usia 5 – 6 tahun di Cluster Rakata Green Hil adalah baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is; 1) to know the process of card case media implementation can improve the recognition of the letters hijaiyah children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Assa’dah, and 2) to improve the recognition of letters hijaiyah children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Assa’dah can be improved through the media card alphabet. The method in this research is classroom action research method, in this research is children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Assa’dah Serang-Banten with amount of 10 child. This classroom action research procedure uses the Kemmis and Mc-Martgart model consisting of 3 stages: planning, action and observation, reflection. The process of collecting data is done through observation, field notes, interview notes and documentation notes. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are known that: 1) in the restudy ability to recognize the letters hijaiyah 32%, 2) after the child is given action on cycle 1, the ability to recognize the letters hijaiyah children increased to 51%, 3) in the second cycle obtained 77% results. Thus, the introduction of the hijaiyah letters of children has increased and is at a very good developing stage. It can be concluded that through the media card letters can improve recognize the letters hijaiyah children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Assa’dah Serang-Banten.

Abstract

Creativity as a child’s mental process which is able to produce new product that comes from the idea, a combination of new data and information from the surrounding circumstances. Based on the results of preliminary observations, the condition of child creativity is low, children react in the same way and can not develop their imagination. researchers provide action through print activities to make the activities in the classroom more enjoyable for children. The method used in this research is a method of action research consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of several stages of planning, action and observation and reflection. In cycle I is given as many as 8 times action and in cycle II of meeting 2 research have been declared succeed with creativity success criteria reach 70%. Subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years who are in BKB Package IQRO Serang-Banten consisting of 2 boys and 8 girls. Data collection techniques through field notes, observation, interview notes and documentation. Before the action, the observation results show a percentage of 27%. In the first cycle, children’s creativity increased by 57%, this shows an increase of 30% from pre-action to cycle I. From cycle II, the development of children has a significant increase reached 87%. in other words, the creativity of the child can be improved through the activities of printing using nature materials.

Abstract

Cognitive abality is part of the brain thinking process in receiving and processing the information received so that children are able to remember, understand and apply all of their knowledge in solving simple problems. This research is conducted in A group of kindergarten of Islam Tirtayasa Serang - Banten. The method that used in this research is Quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. Sample in this research is 28 students. The researcher takes A1 group that consist of 14 students as an experiment class and A2 group that consist of 14 students as a control class. The instrument that used in this research is observe orientation of data analysis using SPSS 22 program. The result of the research indicates that the average of cognitive skill of control class in pre-test is 22,57. Besides, the experiment class is 23,92 and The average of students’ cognitive skill in control class are increased in post-test in the amount of 2,00 % and the average of students’ cognitive skill in experiment class are increased in post-test in the amount of 6,79%. It shows that there is the effect of using maze as educative games tools toward students cognitive skill in the age 4-5 years and the influence is 2.72%. so it can be concluded that maze as the educational game can influence the cognitive abilitis of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Islam tirtayasa city Serang-Banten

Abstract

The purposes of this classroom action research are to know: 1) the implementation of graving draw technique; and 2) the creativity increasement through graving draw technique in Group B RA Permata Ihsan Kabupaten Tangerang. The research was held in August 2015 in RA Permata Ihsan Kabupaten Tangerang. The research subjects are eight 5-6 years old children. Research data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Data was analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification. Based on the data analysis, the 5-6 years old children creativity in RA Permata Ihsan was increased. It can be seen from eight creativity indicators in creativity aspect, such as fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and children patience along the graving draw technique process. The creativity enhancement also can be seen from the creativity percentage. In pre research, the creativity was 30%. It became 53% at cycle 1 and 80% at cycle 2. The creativity percentage at cycle 2 showed that children creativity has reached over the 75% action successful criteria.

Abstract

Creativity is a mental process of children who are able to produce new works that come from ideas, combinations of data and new information from the surrronding environment. This study aims to determine the effect of kinetic sand play on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. The study was conducted in the B group of PAUD Rajawali District Tangerang-Banten. The method used in this study is experimental research with a village nonequivalent control group design with a sample of 14 children. Group B1 with a sample of 7 children as the eksperimental class and group B2 with a sample of 7 children as the control class. The instruments used in this study were observation guidelines with data analysis using the SPSS Statistics 22 program. The results showed that the average creativity ability of the control class children at the pretest was 40.00, the experimental class the pretest was 44.27 and the difference in average children’s creativity ability at posttest in the control class is 1.43% and the difference in average children’s creativity ability at posttest in the experimental class is 2.86%. Based on the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that there is an effect of kinetic sand playing on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Rajawali Tangerang-Banten.

Abstract

The role of the teacher is that of a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in early childhood education in formal channels, basic education, and secondary education. Discipline in children can include teaching, guidance or encouragement carried out teacher to his son. Applying discipline to children aims to make children study well and children achieve optimal growth and development. The research used is using qualitative methods on the grounds that this qualitative research is able to capture the symptoms that accompany a problem in detail and as it is. Qualitative research is a research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, and attitudes of people individually the principles and explanations that lead to conclusions. The teacher guides children during habituation in activities. The teacher gives guidance to children who do not take part in the line, the teacher demands the children to line up with their friends and tidy up the children in the line, after that the teacher gives praise to the children who have joined the line in the school yard. the teacher as a trainer in developing discipline, namely the teacher practices through daily learning activities. the role of the teacher in developing the discipline of children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Kasih Bunda Baros is that by developing the character of discipline seen from the teacher's role as a guide and coach towards children can instill positive disciplinary character values that will stick in the future until the child is an adult.

Abstract

Anak usia dini sejatinya memiliki hak pada saat masih didalam kandungan. Persepsi serta pemahaman masyarakat terkait hak anak usia dini yang masih minim menyebabkan masyarakat itu sendiri kurang memperhatikan keadaan anak usia dini. Melindungi anak-anak dari lingkungan yang berdampak negative yang dapat merugikan anak dari setiap aspek perkembangannya. Pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental anak usia dini demi pembentukan karakter anak yang baik. Maraknya kasus kekerasan anak usia dini yang menjadi sorotan pemerintah. Peneliti menemukan kasus yang berkaitan dengan kasus kekerasan anak usia dini yang terjadi di kecamatan Pabuaran yang membuat gempar warga sekitar. Maka dari itu, pemerintah membuat komitmen untuk menghadirkan sebuah lembaga pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak usia dini yang disebut lembaga Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Anak (P2TP2A). Lembaga Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Anak (P2TP2A) merupakan sebuah layanan yang terbentuk dilator belakangi terkait perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak usia dini. Lembaga P2TP2A ini memberikan beberapa layanan untuk menangani kasus kekerasan yang terjadi seperti trauma terhadap anak dan perempuan dengan memberikan konseling dan rehabilita. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif karena peneliti ingin memberikan sebuah temuan-temuan kekerasan yang terjadi terhadap anak usia dini serta peran lembaga P2TP2A dalam menangani kasus dengan mendeskripsikannya.
