Abstract

AbstrakTujuan kegiatan IbM ini adalah memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadpi mitra dalam mengembangkan usahanya baik aspek produksi dan manajemen usaha melalui proses penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan guna meningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola limbah kayu dan triplek bekas bongkaran konstruksi bangunan menjadi produk kretif bernilai ekonomis tinggi yang jelas pangsa pasarnya. Target khusus dalam kegiatan IbM ini adalah meningkatkan pendapatan/kesejahteraan mitra melalui penerapan strategi diversifikasi produk yang berorientasi pada aspek pemasaran dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha mitra. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berupa 1) Produk kreatif (Permainan edukatif, lampion hias dan rumah barbie), yang jelas pangsa pasarnya 2) Mesin listrik pemotong kayu yang dapat menunjang perbaikan kualitas produk mitra, 3) Pangsa pasar baru untuk produk yang dihasilkan mitra 4) Laporan Keuangan/Pembukuan untuk usaha kecil yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau perkembangan usaha mitra; dan 5) Karya ilmiah yang akan diterbitkan di jurnal LPM Unimed. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan kegitan IbM adalah optimalisasi pemanfaatan limbah triplek dan kayu bekas konstruksi bangunan dan manajemen pengelolaan UMKM, serta metode pelaksanaannya meliputi: penyuluhan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di desa paya pasir kecamatan tebing syahbandar kabupaten serdang bedagai berjarak kurang lebih 58 km dari Universitas Negeri Medan. Di desa tersebut terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki usaha memproduksi lemari pakaian, kandang ayam, dan meja sekolah yang bahan bakunya limbah kayu dan triplek bekas bongkaran konstruksi bangunan. dan berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan usahanya/ meningkatkan pendapatannya.Kata Kunci: Produk Kreatif, Limbah triplek, Rumah BarbieAbstract The purpose of this activity is to provide solutions to the problems faced by partners in developing their business in both production and business management aspects through the extension, training and mentoring process in order to increase the knowledge and skills of partners in managing wood waste and plywood building construction disbursement into high value economic creami product a clear market share. The specific target in this IbM activity is to increase the income / welfare of partners through the implementation of product diversification strategy that is oriented on marketing aspect and management of partner business management. The output generated from this activity is 1) Creative products (Educative games, decorative lanterns and barbie houses), clear market share 2) Wood cutting machine that can support the quality improvement of partner products, 3) New market share for partner-generated products 4) Financial Reports / Bookkeeping for small business that can be used to monitor the development of partner's business; and 5) Scientific works to be published in LPM Unimed journals. The approach method used to achieve IbM's goal is optimizing the utilization of waste of wood plywood and the former of building construction and management of UMKM management, and its implementation methods include: counseling, production training, business management training, and mentoring. This activity is carried out in the village of sand dune cliffs syahbandar district serdang bedagai is approximately 58 km from Medan State University. In the village there are community groups that have businesses producing wardrobe, chicken coops, and school desks that raw materials waste wood and plywood dismantling building construction. and wish to expand its business / increase its income. Abstract

This study aims to determine and can explain the influence of price and facilities on Tourist Tourist Decision In Tourism Object Bukit Gibeon Ajibata District Toba Samosir. The population in this study is 143,769 tourists determined from the number of visitors Bukit Gibeon Tourism Object in the period of one year, and the sample used amounted to 100 visitors. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression used questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to samples (respondents) and collecting them back for processing. Data analysis technique used is data quality test and classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and R2 test. Data analysis of each variable is obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 4,202 + 0,320 X1 + 0,652 X2 + e. Obtained R2 equal to 0,349 which mean X1 and X2 explain influence to variable Y equal to 34,9% while rest 65,1% explained variable outside company. The partial test resulted by each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.05, and the result of simultaneous-test calculation is 26,024 with F table 3.09 which means F count > F table with level of significant (α) < 0.05, which means the accepted hypothesis that Price and Facilities together have a significant effect on Tourist Visits Decision. Thus it can be concluded that Price and Facilities have a positive effect on Tourist Visits Decision In Tourism Object Gibeon Bukit Ajibata District Toba Samosir. Keywords: Price, Facilities, and Tourist Visiting Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan deskripsi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Harian Waspada Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT.Harian Waspada Medan yang berjumlah 210 orang dan sampel berjumlah 138 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan metode slovin dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji t untuk variabel budaya organisasi menunjukkan thitung (5,155) >ttabel (1,656) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan . Hasil uji t untuk variabel deskripsi pekerjaan menunjukkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) diperoleh hasil 8,102 > 1,656, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00< 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel deskripsi pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan budaya organisasi dan deskripsi pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai fhitung 72,965 >ftabel3,06 dan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan kriteria tersebut maka hipotesis diterima.Diperoleh nilai R2sebesar 0,519 yang berarti bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan deskripsi pekerjaan memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan di PT. Harian Waspada Medan sebesar 52% sedangkan sisanya 48% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. Hasil analisis regresi berganda yang diperoleh adalah Y = 3,491 + 0,547X1 + 0,779X2 + 3,381. Artinya bila budaya organisasi naik sebesar satu (1) satuan maka nilai kinerja karyawan akan naik sebesar 0,547 dan bila deskripsi pekerjaan naik sebesar satu (1) satuan maka nilai kinerja karyawan akan naik sebesar 0,779 dengan asumsi faktor lain tetap. Dari hasil penelitian  maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa budaya organisasi dan deskripsi pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Harian Waspada Medan. Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Deskripsi Pekerjaan, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the investment interest of students in the capital market which basically students have a fairly high investment interest, but because of a risk and the perception that investment requires large capital so that some of the students discourage investment. This study aims to determine empirical evidence regarding the effect of investment motivation, minimum capital, investment risk, and investment knowledge on investment interest in the capital market. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, State Universitas Negeri Medan. From the population, the data collected were 60 respondents who became the research sample with the provisions using the purposive sampling method. In this study, the instrument test was carried out through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, t test and F test using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously investment motivation, minimal capital, investment risk and investment knowledge have a significant effect on investment interest in the capital market. While partially investment motivation has a positive and significant effect on investment interest in the capital market, minimal capital has a positive and significant effect on investment interest in the capital market, investment risk has no effect on investment interest in the capital market, and investment knowledge has no effect on investment interest in the capital market.

Abstract

The important thing in human resource management is to manage the human element properly in order to obtain a workforce who is satisfied with their work. Employee job satisfaction is a factor that can affect the organization as a whole. Job satisfaction factors provide good benefits for the organization. Therefore, there are several ways that organizations can do to maintain and maintain their human resources, namely by providing motivation, presenting a conducive organizational culture, providing appropriate incentives to employees and others. other. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of organizational culture and incentives on employee work motivation at the Mebidangro Regional Government, to analyze the direct influence of organizational culture, incentives and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Mebidangro Regency Government. Mebidangro area. , and to analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction through employee motivation at the Mebidangro Regional Government. The method used is the quantitative causality method. The population in this study were 37 respondents. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and incentives have a direct effect on the work motivation of employees of the Regional Government of the Mebidangro Region and have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Then the organizational climate and compensation indirectly have a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction through the work motivation of employees at the Regional Government of the Mebidangro Region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Location and Marketing Strategies on Purchasing Decisions on Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases at Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan in 2019. Using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, a total sample of 99 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis showed that Location and Marketing Strategies partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that the Location and Marketing Strategy has an effect on the Purchasing Decision at Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan. While the remaining is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as taste quality, service quality, price discounts, advertising, product variations, pricing, consumer behavior, consumer perceptions and product trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether consumers at Cafe family Jermal know about cafes based on Word of Mouth, the level of effectiveness of WOM that has been carried out so far at cafes and the factors that can affect WOM at cafe family jermal. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique is descriptive using the SPSS program. The results showed that all respondents stated that they received information about the cafe family Jermal from people they knew. The increase in sales levels and the increase in the number of consumers at the cafe family Jermal indicate that the word of mouth promotion strategy has been running effectively. Consumers who have come to the cafe convey to people they know information about the cafe. This shows that the success of word of mouth is closely related to consumer satisfaction. Factors that affect word of mouth at the cafe family jermal are related to information about this cafe such as food and drinks (taste, price, type, and packaging), location (area of parking, location is not far), service (waiting time, hospitality of cafe waiters, responsiveness), cafe conditions (tidy, clean and comfortable). Keywords: Promotion Strategy, WOM, Cafe Family Jermal Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah konsumen di Cafe family Jermal mengetahui tentang cafe berdasarkan Word of Mouth, tingkat keefektivan WOM yang telah dilakukan selama ini di cafe dan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi wom di cafe familyJermal. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran angket dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua responden menyatakan bahwa mereka mendapat informasi tentang cafe family jermal dari orang yang mereka kenal, Kenaikan tingkat penjualan dan bertambahnya jumlah konsumen di cafe family jermal menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi word of mouth telah berjalan secara efektif. Konsumen yang pernah datang ke cafe menyampaikan kepada orang yang mereka kenal informasi tentang cafe. Ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan word of mouth sangat erat kaitannya dengan kepuasan konsumen, Factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi word of mouth di cafe family jermal berhubungan dengan informasi tentang cafe ini seperti makanan dan minuman (rasa, harga, jenis, dan kemasan), lokasi (area parkir, lokasi tidak jauh), pelayanan (waktu menunggu, keramah tamahan pelayan cafe, cepat tanggap), kondisi cafe (rapi, bersih dan nyaman). Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the halal industry for SMEs in North Sumatra Province. The test is carried out by factor analysis, namely to find out various factors that can strengthen the development of the halal industry. The factors in question are the role of the government, awareness of MSME actors, sharia compliance. Based on the results of the analysis, all factors determine the strengthening of the halal industry with a significant loading factor. The sample in this study were 45 SMEs spread across the cities of Medan, Binjai and Deli Serdang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with criteria for business age above 5 years, average monthly sales above 50 million and already having MUI halal certification. The contribution of this research shows that micro, small and medium enterprises to the regional economy. Local governments play a role in the development of the halal industry. The limitation of this study is that it does not include regulatory variables so that local governments need to issue regional regulations that regulate business/industry actors to always maintain the quality of their products according to Islamic law which is marked by certification from Indonesian Ulama. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the construct of the edupreneurship model for teacher training students. Questionnaires were given to students enrolled in the teacher training program at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan, with a sampling of 275 respondents and an analytical tool for testing the relationship between variables using PLS-SEM. The empirical results found that attitude towards entrepreneurial knowledge proved to have no positive and significant effect; social support for entrepreneurial knowledge is proven to have a positive and significant impact; Self-efficacy on entrepreneurial knowledge is proven to have a positive and significant impact; entrepreneurial knowledge on edupreneurship behavior is proven to have a positive and significant effect.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruk model edupreneurship pada mahasiswa keguruan. Kuesioner diberikan kepada mahasiswa program keguruan Fakultas Ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Medan dengan total sampel sebanyak 275 responden dan alat analisis untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil empiris menemukan bahwa sikap terhadap pengetahuan kewirausahaan terbukti tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; dukungan sosial terhadap pengetahuan kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; Efikasi diri terhadap pengetahuan kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; Pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap perilaku edupreneurship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
