Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data promosi jabatan, motivasi kerja karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi dalam sampel ini adalah karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut sebanyak 173 orang, dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan, terdapat pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Promosi Jabatan, Motivasi Kerja,, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis study aims to identify and explain the effect of job promotion on work motivation, the effect of job promotion on employees performance, and the effect of work motivation to employees performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut. Data in this research are data of job promotion, work motivation, and employee performance. The population used in this study is employee of PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut was 173 person, with used total sampling. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif dan promosi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT Rajawali Nusindo Cabang Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Rajawali Nusindo cabang Medan yang jumlah karyawannya sebanyak 73 orang. Penentuan  sampel digunakan dengan teknik total sampling sehingga sampel diambil dari keseluruhan populasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 73 responden. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda, uji F simultan dan uji parsial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara simultan variabel pemberian insentif dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT Rajawali Nusindo Cabang Medan, dimana nilai Fhitung > F tabel atau 50,220 > 3,128 dengan level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,005. Koefesien Determinasi (adjust R square) sebesar 0,578 artinya bahwa besarnya pengaruh pemberian insentif dan promosi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT Rajawali Nusindo Cabang Medan sebesar 58,9% dan sisanya 41,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain diluar penelitian. Setelah dianalisis hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pemberian insentif dan promosi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT Rajawali Nusindo Cabang Medan dengan persamaan regresi berganda  Y  = 7,699 + 0,473 X1 + 0,385 X2 + e  Kata kunci : Pemberian Insentif, Promosi Jabatan dan Semangat Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada para petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling sebagai sampel yaitu 96 petani karet. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik untuk menganalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil data yang juga dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 18.00 for Windows dan diperoleh hasil Y =.6.967 + 0.445X. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,458 (45,8%). Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh persepsi petani tentang harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan sebesar 45,8% dan sisanya 54,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk model regresi linear seperti cuaca, fisik petani, dan penyakit tanaman. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji t) diperoleh t = 8,908. Oleh karena itu hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dapat diterima karena thitung (8,908) > ttabel (1,985). Kata kunci: Harga Jual, Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Location and Marketing Strategies on Purchasing Decisions on Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases at Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan in 2019. Using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, a total sample of 99 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis showed that Location and Marketing Strategies partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that the Location and Marketing Strategy has an effect on the Purchasing Decision at Pizza Boy Adam Malik Medan. While the remaining is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as taste quality, service quality, price discounts, advertising, product variations, pricing, consumer behavior, consumer perceptions and product trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously price and market segmentation on the sale of seafood at PT. Yasuriang Samudera Rezeki. The population in this study are customers of PT. Yasuriang Samudera Rezeki for 52 customers. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples, which amounted to 52 customers. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. T test results indicate that the price of a positive and significant effect on the sale of marine products at PT. Yasuriang Samudera Rezeki and Market Segmentation has a positive and significant effect on the sale of seafood at PT. Yasuriang Samudera Rezeki. F test results indicate that the price and market segmentation has a positive and significant effect on the sale of seafood at PT. Yasuriang Samudera Rezeki. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that 68% of the Sales variable is influenced by the Price and Market Segmentation variable, while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as service quality, distribution channels, and personal selling.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate and assess the impact of discipline, job happiness, and motivation on worker performance at Nutrihub Medan. A questionnaire was issued to 80 employees of the business, which is located in Jalan Sei Besitang Gg. Baru No. 16, Sei Sikambig D, Kec. Petition Field, in order to collect the data. This study uses SPSS version 25 for data analysis. The validity test, the reliability test with Alpha Crobach's alpha, the traditional assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has no considerable impact on employee performance, including work discipline and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of Bank Bukopin's Setia Budi Medan Branch Office in the staffing section with a population of 106 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the research sample obtained was 42 respondents. The method used is a quantitative research method. This study uses instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), data analysis techniques (classical assumption test: multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test), multiple linear regression test, Coefficient of Determination test (D), hypothesis test (partial t test and simultaneous f test). Meanwhile, for data processing using SPSS for Windows Realease 21.0 program. Based on the results of this study, the work discipline variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance variables at Bank Bukopin employees at the Setia Budi Branch Office (KCP). It is proven by the results of the t-test that the variables of work environment, work discipline, and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the statistical t-test of the work environment variables t arithmetic > t table are: (3.120 > 2.024), the work discipline variable is: (2.306 > 2.024), while the compensation variable has a value (4.181 > 2.024). The results of the F test can be concluded that there is a simultaneous and significant effect between the variables of work environment, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. The result of the calculated F test is greater than the F table value (58.449 > 4, 066) with a probability less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results obtained by the coefficient of determination or (R2) of 0.808. This means that 80.8% of the variation of changes in employee performance ups and downs is due to changes in work environment variables, work discipline, compensation. While the remaining 19.2% was caused by other factors that were not analyzed in the model used in the study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the construct of the edupreneurship model for teacher training students. Questionnaires were given to students enrolled in the teacher training program at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan, with a sampling of 275 respondents and an analytical tool for testing the relationship between variables using PLS-SEM. The empirical results found that attitude towards entrepreneurial knowledge proved to have no positive and significant effect; social support for entrepreneurial knowledge is proven to have a positive and significant impact; Self-efficacy on entrepreneurial knowledge is proven to have a positive and significant impact; entrepreneurial knowledge on edupreneurship behavior is proven to have a positive and significant effect.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruk model edupreneurship pada mahasiswa keguruan. Kuesioner diberikan kepada mahasiswa program keguruan Fakultas Ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Medan dengan total sampel sebanyak 275 responden dan alat analisis untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil empiris menemukan bahwa sikap terhadap pengetahuan kewirausahaan terbukti tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; dukungan sosial terhadap pengetahuan kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; Efikasi diri terhadap pengetahuan kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; Pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap perilaku edupreneurship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
