Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan mengukur tingkat kesehatan bank menggunakan RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) periode 2014-2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Perbankan adalah dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Perusahaan yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah semua Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan subjek penelitian yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan kriteria berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Penilaian Tingkat kesehatan Bank Umum dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode RGEC: Risk Profile (Profil Resiko) diukur dengan menggunakan rasio NPL dan LDR, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (Rentabilitas) diukur dengan menggunakan rasio ROA dan NIM, dan Capital (Permodalan) diukur dengan menggunakan rasio CAR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada periode 2014-2016, dari analisis faktor Risk Profilepada periode 2014 menunjukkan keseluruhan bank memperoleh predikat cukup sehat, periode 2015 memperoleh predikat sehat, sedangkan periode 2016 memperoleh predikat cukup sehat. Dari analisis Good Corporate Governance pada periode 2014 menunjukkan keseluruhan bank memperoleh sehat, periode 2015 memperoleh predikat sehat, sedangkan periode 2016 memperoleh predikat sehat. Sedangkan Dari faktor Earnings pada 2014 menunjukkan keseluruhan bank memperoleh predikat sehat, periode 2015 memperoleh predikat cukup sehat, sedangkan periode 2016 memperoleh predikat kurang sehat. Dan faktor Capital pada periode 2014-2016 memperoleh predikat sangat sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Tax Awareness and Tax Sanctions against Motivation of Taxpayers to Fulfill Their Obligations on the CV. Signart Advertising. The population on this research is individual taxpayer on the CV. Signart Advertising. Samples taken as many as 50 respondents by using saturation sampling. The results of the research analysis show that Tax Awareness partially has effect on Motivation of Taxpayers to Fulfill Their Obligations on the CV. Signart Advertising. The results of the research analysis show that Tax Sanctions has no effect significantly on Motivation of Taxpayers to Fulfill Their Obligations on the CV. Signart Advertising. The results showed that Tax Awareness and Tax Sanctions simultaneously have significant effect on Motivation of Taxpayers to Fulfill Their Obligations on the CV. Signart Advertising. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means Tax Awareness and Tax Sanctions have an effect on Motivation of Taxpayers to Fulfill Their Obligations on the CV. Signart Advertising. While the remaining is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as Fiscus Service and Tax Rate.

Abstract

In 2010 the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) re-issued a new version by changing the methodology of calculating the Human Development Index (HDI) from Adult Literacy Rate (ALR) to Expected Year of Schooling (EYS). This improvement is expected to be able one of important indicators in the effort to build the quality of human life and improve the standard of Human Development Index. This study aims to see the impact of unemployment, per capita income, education, and health in influencing the human development index in North Sumatra. The method of analysis that used in this research is Error Correction Model (ECM) method to see the short and long term influence among research variables. The results showed that the value of ECT coefficient on the model have significant and negative of -0.337459 for estimation of Human Development Index. The ECM results also showed that in the short and long term the variables that used in this study significantly influence the human development index, with Adjusted R-squared 0,638 or 63,8% and the remains is 36,2% influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (2) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (3) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar dalam menunjang prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Babalan Tahun Pembelajaran 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Babalan yang berjumlah 79 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian, yaitu berjumlah 79 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, dokumentasi dan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan uji hopotesis secara parsial (uji t) dan secara simultan (uji f) serta menggunakan koefisien determinasi. Sebelum dilakukan uji analisis maka dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas dengan kolmogorov smirnov, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Babalan dalam kategori cukup. Pengujian terhadap hipotesis secara parsial dengan taraf signifikan 5%, untuk variabel motivasi belajar (X1) menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 1,090 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,991 maka diperoleh thitung < ttabel ( 1,090 < 1,991) maka Ha ditolak Ho diterima, untuk variabel disiplin belajar (X2) menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 4,062 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,991 maka diperoleh thitung > ttabel (4,062 > 1,991) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dengan taraf signifikan 5% menunjukkan nilai fhitung sebesar 15,743 dan  nilai ftabel sebesar 3,12 maka diperoleh fhitung > ftabel (15,743 > 3,12) maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima, dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R square) sebesar 0,450 atau 45%, dimana hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya sumbangan pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar adalah sebesar 45%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1. Tidak ada pengaruh positifdan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 2. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 3. Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Babalan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Disiplin Belajar, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan model yang tepat untuk nasabah tabungan di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Sumatera Utara sehingga dapat menjadi model bagi Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel sistem syariah, promosi memberikan daya tarik dalam pembentukan niat untuk membuka rekening tabungan di BPRS. Namun layanan tidak mempengaruhi pembentukan niat untuk menjadi pelanggan. Studi ini juga menegaskan bahwa Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) dapat digunakan dalam riset konsumen tentang BPRS.

Abstract

Step by step a person's needs will be obtained, if they are self-motivated. Motivation can arise from within or outside of the self (environment) which is the driving factor towards the goal to be achieved. Motivation that exists in someone is a driving force that will realize a behavior in order to achieve the goals of his satisfaction. Communication has been very important in all aspects of life. Communication is an individual supporting factor to achieve the desired needs. In this study the independent variables are Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Lecture Environment (X3) variables. While the dependent variable is the Decision of Choosing (Y).The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya Medan, and the unit of observation is the 2017/2018 Academic Year Student. In this study population 284 students will be taken to the 2017/2018 Academic Year. The sample technique used in the study is Non- probability sampling, namely Purposive Sampling and using the Slovin formula obtained as many as 166 students.The partial results of the study indicate that the Motivation variable partially has a significant effect on the decision of students in the 2017/2018 Academic Year in choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from tcount 2.950 > ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.004 < 0.05. Communication variables partially have no significant effect on student's decision in 2017/2018 Academic Year choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from tcount 0.883 < ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.379 > 0.05. Lecture Environment Variables partially have a significant effect on the decision of students / i 2017/2018 Academic Year choose to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan which is proven from tcount 2.769< ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.006 < 0.05. Motivation, Communication, and Environment Lecture variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision of students / i 2017/2018 Academic Year choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from the Fcount value > Ftable ie 5.867 > 2.266 and sig value 0.001< 0.05. The decision decision variable is influenced by the Motivation, Communication, and Lecture Environment variables by 8.1%, while the remaining 91.9% is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model such as promotion, price, location, and others that were not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The This research was conducted to investigate whether there is an influence of teacher personality and teacher professionalism on student achievement in tenth-grade IPS 2 students of SMA Negeri Pematang Siantar. The population in this study were all students of tenth-grade IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar, totaling 188 people. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling method of 64 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The validity test for item questionnaire analysis used the product-moment correlation formula, and the reliability was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, t-test, F test and test determination (R2). The value of determination (R2), the contribution of teacher personality variables and teacher professionalism to student achievement, is 14.7%. The rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the analysis of this study. It can be concluded that the teacher's personality has a positive and significant influence on student achievement. Whereas teacher professionalism did not have a positive and significant influence on student achievement in tenth-grade students IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan kata motuh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk wallpaper di UD. Elegance Interior Di Medan, ketahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk wallpaper di UD. Elegance Interior di Medan dan mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kata mulut terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk wallpaper di UD. Keanggunan Interior Di Medan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah produk wallpaper UD. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh yang diperoleh oleh 96 pelanggan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel kuantitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk wallpaper di UD. Elegance Interior Medan terbukti dari nilai thitung 999 lebih kecil dari nilai tabel 1,661. Variabel harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada wallpaper di UD. Keanggunan Interior Di Medan sebagaimana dibuktikan dengan thitung 5,668 lebih besar dari nilai tabel 1,661.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan, determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan, determine the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. The population in this study are customers of PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan in 2019 which is 480 customers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, a total sample of 83 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis showed that Promotion and Service Quality partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that Promotion and Service Quality have an effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. While the remaining is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as brand trust, brand image, brand association, price, advertising, personal selling, distribution channels and consumer commitment.
