Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi investasi asing langsung di Indonesia dalam perkembangan ekonomi global yang meliputi produk domestik bruto, infrastruktur, nilai tukar dan suku bunga untuk periode 1998 - 2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah persamaan regresi linier berganda. dengan teknik analisis Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Error Correction Mechanism (ECM). Hasil empiris dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka panjang variabel produk domestik bruto berpengaruh dan signifikan sedangkan variabel nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Dan variabel infrastruktur memiliki efek negatif tetapi tidak signifikan. Dalam variabel jangka pendek yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan adalah variabel-variabel produk domestik bruto, infrastruktur, dan nilai tukar. Sementara tingkat bunga tidak berpengaruh. Koefisien variabel yang menjelaskan variabel investasi langsung asing dalam pembangunan ekonomi global adalah infrastruktur terbesar, diikuti oleh produk domestik bruto dan nilai tukar rupiah. Koefisien determinasi 78,17% menunjukkan bahwa variasi dalam variabel produk domestik bruto, infrastruktur, nilai tukar dan suku bunga dapat menjelaskan variasi dalam variabel investasi asing langsung di Indonesia dalam pembangunan ekonomi global sementara sisanya 21,83% dijelaskan. oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek penelitian pada PT. Budi Raya Perkasa, yang disebabkan adanya penurunan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja merupakan bagaimana proses pekerjaan berlangsung. Komitmen Organisasi dan kompetensi merupakan salah satu penyebab menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi pengujian secara simultan (Uji-F) dan secara parsial (Uji-t). Sumber data primer yang didapat yaitu berasal dari karyawan PT. Budi Raya Perkasa yang berjumlah 68 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa secara simultan rekrutmen dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Budi Raya Perkasa dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,5% dan sisanya 63,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak dibahas di penelitian ini. Secara parsial rekrutmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Budi Raya Perkasa dan juga komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Budi Raya Perkasa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of sharia economic literacy and peers on student savings interest in Islamic banking (study on students of the 2014 batch of Economic Education Study Program at the State University of Medan. The population in this study were all students of 2014 Economic Education Study Program totaling 126 students with 96 students as research samples.The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of tests and questionnaires. Test the validity of the questionnaire using the Pearson product moment formula, and its reliability is calculated using Cronbach Alpha. The research data analysis technique is multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis using t test and F test. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained equation Y = 31,058 - 0,020X1 + 0,320X2 + e. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.362 which means that it is equal to 36.2%, the variables X1 and X2 can explain the interest in saving students (Y) and the scales of 63.8% are explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the t test, it was found that each variable X1 did not have a positive and significant effect on students' savings interest (Y) in Islamic banking with a tcount <ttable (0.675 <1.666) and there was a positive and significant influence between X2 variables on student savings ( Y) in Islamic banking with a value of t> t table (7.259> 1.666). While the F test found that there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic economic literacy (X1) and peers (X2) on the interest in saving students (Y) in Islamic banking with a value of Fcount> Ftable (26.739> 3.09) and significance value ( 0,000 <0,05).

Abstract

PT.Cakrawala Elecorindo merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menjual produk Elecor di kota Medan. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah keputusan pembelian yang semakin menurun, merek yang kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat, dan personal selling tidak memahami produk yang akan dijual. Berdasarkan uraian singkat tersebut, maka dirumuskan masalah sebagai berikut bagaimana pengaruh merek dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian produk dvd player Elecor pada PT.Cakrawala Elecorindo. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Manajemen Pemasaran, yang berkaitan dengan Merek, Personal Selling dan Keputusan Pembelian. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif, sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif explanatory. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi adalah seluruh pelanggan PT.Cakrawala Elecorindo yang berjumlah 100 toko. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana 30 toko untuk uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. 70 toko untuk uji responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa merek dan personal selling secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian DVD player Elecor pada PT.Cakrawala Elecorindo. Merek dan personal selling memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan sebesar 38,4% dalam keputusan pembelian produk DVD player Elecor pada PT. Cakrawala Elecorindo dan sisanya sebesar 61,6% dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk, harga, dan lain sebagainya. Keywords : Merek, Personal Selling, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh untuk menguji pengaruh Pengalama Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan merek PT Pegadaian Galeri 24. Kurangnya disiplin kerja serta gaya kepemimpinan yang dianggap kurang cocok dalam memimpin karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 karyawan. Metode penelitian mengunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,755 > 1,991 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,007 < 0,05; nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,108 > 1,991 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,038 < 0,05; nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,539 > 1,991 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,013 < 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,30 hal ini berarti 30% dari variasi variabel terikat yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel bebas sedangkan sisanya sebesar 70% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Secara simultan Pengalaman Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pegadaian Galeri 24 dan secara parsial Pengalaman Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kinerja Karyawan PT Pegadaian Galeri 24.

Abstract

High purchasing decisions from consumers of a product is the most important aspect for a company in doing business activity. To increase high purchases from consumers, companies should take account of the factors that influence purchasing decisions; one of them is product quality and promotion provided by the company. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of the lens eyewear brand Domas at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama Medan. This research uses theories about product quality, promotion and purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is explanatory. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Method of data analysis of this study is multiple linear regression. The population of this study is 100 customers who make regular purchases at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama. The results of this study show that partially the quality of calculation products showed that T-count 4,886> T-table 1.99 and promotion with T-count 8,785> T-table 1.99 have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Simultaneously, the value of product quality and promotion showed F-count 72,842 > F-table 2.74 have a positive and significant effect on the lens of Domas brand eyewear at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama Medan. The conclusion of the study states that partially and simultaneously the qualities of products and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Domas eyewear lens at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of work discipline, motivation and compensation on employee performance. The research location at PT. Alpha Scorpii. The population of this research is 130 employees. Simple random sampling is used to choose 98 employees. This type of research is quantitative with survey methods. Data collection using questionnaires. Before the questionnaire was distributed to the sample employees, a validity test and a reliability test were conducted. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) work discipline, motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test the influence of Leadership Style, Surveillance and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of PT Mahesa International Maritime research Method is a quantitative approach, type of research is descriptive and quantitative nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research is 128 employees and the sample amounted to 94 employees. Sample collection techniques, namely simple random sampling. The calculation results of testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneous Style of Leadership, Supervision and Discipline of Work has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of PT Mahesa International Maritime Field.

Abstract

Several elements, including as leadership approach, inspiration, and work contentment, must be addressed in order to increase employee output. A corporation's leadership approach is significant since a proper leadership approach has an effect on staff, that can increase the company's revenue. Conversely, if inspiration and work contentment are treated properly, they can boost productivity and enable staff feel at ease in the workplace. PT Dunkindo Lestari is the subject of this study as a result of a decline in the company's organizational effectiveness. This study employs a quantitative method and is descriptive explanation in nature, multi-linear regression, hypothesis testing, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, as well as reliability and Validity test are among the data analysis techniques employed. The census sampling technique was used in this study, something that obtained overall representative of the entire population. Information was gathered from 46 personnel who participated as respondents via questionnaires, interviews, and documentation assessments. Our findings revealed how leadership approach, motivation, and work contentment really have a favorable and noteworthy impact on staff output. With such a coefficient of determination of 42.5 percent, a value of F arithmetic > F table of (12.105 > 3.22), and a value of T arithmetic > T table for the variables leadership style (1.707 < 2.015), motivation (-1.368 < 2.015), and work satisfaction (3.837 > 2.015).

Abstract

The purpose of this test is to analyze the effect of debt policy, managerial ownership, and profitability on firm value. there is a decrease in the value of the company due to debt policy, managerial ownership, and unstable profitability. The population in this study was obtained by 39 companies and the sample in this study totaled 25 companies that met the criteria. the research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of testing the hypothesis partially debt policy has a positive effect on firm value, while for managerial ownership and profitability have no effect on firm value. and the simultaneous test results show that the variable debt policy, managerial ownership, and profitability have an influence on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021.
